Cette unitĂ© dispose d’un rare espace de stationnement rĂ©servĂ© / couvert directement Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de la porte du hall d’entrĂ©e, l’espace de stationnement le plus proche du hall!

Vues spectaculaires sur la plage depuis le grand balcon avec accÚs depuis la chambre principale et le salon. WIFI gratuit fourni. Spring Break 2025

We had an amazing stay in Destin at this condo. The place was extremely nice and the view was incredible. Great amenities such as complimentary beach chairs and tent and a great parking space. Located close to all the main restaurants and entertainment areas. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time! The Breakers East is located in a quiet and clean area. The beach views from the condo were amazing. The decor was simple and thoughtful. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay!

The view from the balcony was excellent! My Mom hadn't seen the ocean in nearly 40 years and was up to catch the sunrise every day. The covered parking right by the building was a great perk when it rained (as it will in Florida).

Awesome Condo

Everything was super clean and nice. I will definitely try to stay here yearly now. The beds felt like you were sleeping on clouds. I didn’t want to leave the bed! Lol! Only downside was the hot water went out after 2–3 people took showers. The entire family enjoyed the stay!

This was an awesome place to stay!! We took 11 people and it accommodated us all so nicely. The beach was beautiful the view was gorgeous. The room was exactly as described in the photos. The only complaint we had and it’s a small one was there wasn’t many dish towels or rags in the kitchen. But that’s nothing major. Access to the beach was easy as well. Overall we will definitely try to book here again. We had a really great week!!!

We started with one of the condos unfortunately the master bed was no good and me and my wife had back aches due to that. But Carolyn and Brandon stepped in and help us find another condo another floor and made sure we had ample of time to move. Thank you!

Beautiful Ocean Front Views

The condo has been renovated nicely, gorgeous ocean front views. The couch could use replacing. There is a weird, musty smell, however throughout the entire condo. The master bed is horrible, it is a spring mattress and box spring that sinks when you lay down in it almost as bad as a waterbed would. My husband ended up having to sleep on the sofa. The decor of the unit was nicely done if you like, contemporary, modern decor. The unit was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of beds. The washer and dryer could use updating. There was an issue with communicating with the property manager, although I will say that was probably due to the emails being sent to the wrong email address. Free beach set up was a plus, however you must go and speak to the beach attendant and reserve your chairs early in the morning as it’s first come first serve. The pool was nice front facing the beach. He balcony outside, facing the ocean. A nice added surprise is you have a parking space reserved for this condo, very first parking space covered beside the lobby. Elevators were clean and fast. Overall we had a pretty good time.
