Spring Break 2025

We loved the condo. Everything was so clean. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and more. There was a cooler for the beach, beach toys and chairs. Having the reserved chairs and umbrella was so nice. The location was perfect being just steps from the beach. Just out the door and you’re less than 50 yards from the water. Chick-fil-A was directly across the street and Walmart was only a mile down the road. We hope to rent this condo again in the near future.

A time to remember?

We had such a great time staying at this property. It was awesome. Felt like home away from home. Plenty big enough for me the husband and three kids love that hat on site. Laundry even had dawn, dish soap and dishwashing liquid under the sink. Normally, you have to buy that stuff it was already there Beach towels were already there. It was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We all made wonderful memories thank you breakers east room 701.

The view is amazing and access to the white sand is gated for safety. We love the keyless entry systems and secure parking for our vehicle. Our condo was so well stocked for all of our food prep too! We were able to just relax and enjoy our time.

Nicely met our expectations for an enjoyable stay

Great location - excellent views of/access to beautiful beach. Other renters/owners are a friendly lot, mostly snowbirds from the mid-west and Canada like us but a few younger families on wknds and holidays.
