Wonderful stay in San Francisco

Very well located, this apartment, ideal for 2 adults without mobility constraints, has a welcoming atmosphere. Barely 2-3 minutes walk from the Muni network, we stayed there and explored the city and its surroundings without a car, except for airport trips (Uber). The hosts are discreet but available for information and other accomodations.

Terrific mother-in-law unit in West Portal! Unique Moroccan-themed decor made for a bright, pleasant stay. Parking was a breeze--there is unrestricted parking across the street up the hill one block, which is great by SF standards. Selim and Lynda were super friendly and would absolutely recommend!

The rooms were clean; the decor eclectic (a real delight) and homey! I was reminded of other places and earlier stages of my life. The hosts were accommodating and gave excellent directions to the sites of San Francisco

Great colorful space and inspiring mix handmade and collected items. Was super easy to get around San Francisco from without a car, being within a 5-15min walk of 6 bus and train routes. Electic little lower apartment

All the reviews I read were spot on. Decorated with an artist and world travelers eye. Makes this a unique, welcoming vibe with lots to read. Situated in a quiet neighborhood a block from the Muni to be downtown in 15 minutes. Lots of neighborhood restaurants and shops right there too so you can stay local. Only caution I would give is the entry walk way down to the front door is very tight. I'm 6'6" and had to squeeze and scrape my way through even with out luggage. Also the steps are prone to be slippery so be aware.Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay immensely and would do it again.

Easy drive to UCSF

I was staying here because I needed to be at the UCSF hospital with my husband who has an aggressive cancer. These were very hard times for me, I left the apartment early and came home late. Under different circumstances I may have enjoyed the apartment more. The one thing I would have improved on was the ability to cook. There is a hot plate but I had trouble with the smoke alarm going off, even using the toaster, so my late dinners consisted of reheating in the microwave.

5 night stay

Wonderful location with easy walking distance to numerous high end food and beverage locations. The unit has a separate entrance within the home but is very private and quiet. A bit cluttered for our taste but other may find it eclectic and interesting. Owner very responsive and was willing to research parking questions as the neighborhood has typical San Francisco restrictions on hours and days.

Fantastic cozy place

Very nice place. Location is great with bus or light rail only few minutes walk. Local shops also only a few minutes walk as well. Host so pleasant and welcoming. A true home away from home feeling.

The neighborhood is upscale with actual street parking. Public transportation is 2 blocks away. The property is absolutely lovely.The unit was well stocked, very comfortable, and homey. Eclectic decor and artwork. I wish i could live there. The hosts were superb!

Wonderful Home

My daughter and I stayed for five nights at Selim and Lynda's wonderful apartment in the woods. It was a great refuge, quiet and secluded, yet surprisingly just minutes to any destination in the city. The careful and loving attention to detail that Lynda poured into every corner of the home was so appreciated. The family was welcoming and attentive to our needs. Parking was easy. I highly recommend!

loved this place! easy access to West Portola Muni, and great sauntering distance to both GGP's Botanical Garden (thanks to Lynda for suggesting it!) and to Ocean Beach. the colorful tilework by Lynda is an energizing delight! very happy with my choice to stay in this googly-eye friendly neighborhood!
