Bienvenue à Gulf Shores Plantation - le complexe parfait pour toute la famille! Ici, vous trouverez votre propre petit paradis. Il y a une cabane de gardien à l'entrée où vous obtiendrez vos laissez-passer de stationnement et toute autre information concernant le complexe. Cette communauté de villégiature fermée comprend des courts de tennis, du volley-ball, un green, des terrains de basket-ball, un jeu de palets, des piscines intérieure et extérieure, plusieurs zones de grillades et un café proposant du café Starbucks. Vous apprécierez les plages privées, blanc comme le sucre, les dunes de sable naturelles et le magnifique aménagement paysager. Il y a des activités disponibles pour tous les âges et parfaites pour les escapades en famille! Le club de golf de Kiva Dunes et l'impressionnant restaurant Kiva Dunes sont à côté à distance de marche. De plus, vous êtes à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de toutes les grandes attractions que Gulf Shores a à offrir!

Cette adorable unité de studio mise à jour a tout ce que vous pourriez demander! Ce condo peut accueillir trois personnes confortablement avec un lit queen et un lit de jour. La lumière naturelle est abondante dans toute l'unité et la vue depuis le balcon, ainsi que la pièce, vous épatera! Le décor est moderne et mis à jour et vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Il y a un petit espace salle à manger pour deux et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer un délicieux dîner. Il y a aussi une buanderie sur place pour votre commodité.

Just enough room for a short stay

Nice clean property with security and private beach access for resort guest only. Was not informed of a parking pass fee until booked and it is in Fort Morgan not Gulf Shores. There is a resturant on site which is convenient. So if your beach junkies your good, if not, your 30 min out from any activities, shops and resturants. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was the perfect size for the two of us. It provides everything you need. The only negative I would say is the mattress on the bed is very firm/hard.

Fort Morgan First

After several visits to the Alabama shore nearer Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, we thoroughly enjoyed the quiet, unhurried stay at Fort Morgan. Our studio was the perfect size for two adults and was very thoughtfully appointed. Not having to load the car and travel to a beach was the best! Just a short walk to the sand was so relaxing. We will be back!

Couples get away

Great room even though it’s on the 7th floor and at the very end of the hallway . Definitely have it saved so we can get the same room next year ! Just a warning for those who can’t sleep with sunlight , very bright room . We loved it though , waking up and the first thing you’d see is sunshine and sand!

We enjoyed our stay, the pictures on the internet was just like the room, the only thing that was uncomfortable was the bathroom it was a small one and the TV didn’t work , no instructions. Everything else was great.

Great location but lacking in cleanliness

The location of our room was great; being on the 7th floor gave us great views. However, I struggled with the fact that everything was dirty or stained. Our pillows had makeup and drool marks, and we had to ask for new pillow case covers, but we only received one. We had dark, long hair in the sink and floors. Both of the coffee cups, the wine glass, and the drinking glasses had sticky stuff on the bottom, so not washed but put in the cabinet. There is no door on the bathroom, only a curtain that was filthy hanging across a rod. The space is way too small to feel comfortable doing your business with someone else in the room, so we had to take turns leaving the room in the morning......... All of this was told to management, and they did nothing not even a call back.

Small, but cozy

We were in Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan for my daughter's cheer camp, I originally had another condo reserved that was closer to her camp location, but they canceled on me last minute. Luckily I was able to book this one in time, AND it was only 5mins away from her cheer camp location where she was staying. I was so happy! The condo is small, it says it's a studio and it is! But it was perfect for me. There could be some updates to bathroom, but everything worked and was clean when I arrived. You still have everything you need: coffee maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, utensils, pots and pans. I honestly can't complain with the price, last minute booking, and being so close to the beach! There's a restaurant on site that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Minimal relaxation

First off I will start by saying the part that’s on me is I forgot we had to stop by the office to get the keys. Being this property is 30 minutes from the office and it was 10pm having to drive back to get the key was a pain HOWEVER we drove back and picked up the envelope FOR A DOOR CODE. Why could this have not been emailed the day of? Heck text me the door code at check in time. There is no logical reason this day and age that I have to stop at an office to get a code to the door. Second- this is a small studio unit- which we knew and was fine- EXCEPT - there is no bathroom door 😅 like to the toilet. You are in a closet size room with no door to do your business- there is a curtain. I guess if you and your partner don’t mind going to the bathroom within earshot of each other you’ll be fine, however that’s not our jam so we would leave the room for the other to go peacefully. Husband said he highly recommends the bathroom down by the sauna as that’s where he went for his bathroom visits. The bed was also SUPER squeaky just for sleeping. Like every time you moved the slightest bit you’re waking up. The property itself was great and the pools were fine. I just think if we decide to stay near this area again I will def do more research on the accommodations.

Clean condo

Starting with the great things about this condo... it was super clean, nicely decorated and the air conditioning worked great. The appliances all worked (although the fridge could use some paint and the microwave even with the step stool was too high for me to reach). The parking area felt very secure. The beaches were awesome and there are pools everywhere. The staff at the check-in and at the condo site itself were all very nice and helpful. The building itself is clean, tastefully decorated and has a nice front lobby area to sit. Things I wished I knew before going... for starters it was maintenance week for the balcony and we were not allowed to use it from 8 am until 6 pm...part of the reason we booked was for the view so this was disappointing. All of the outdoor furniture was shoved into the kitchen because it could not be on the balcony during those hours making an already small area even smaller. While mnt is necessary, if I had of known we would not have stayed here. This should have been posted on booking site and if it was added after the reservation I should have been notified with the option to cancel. Second, NO DOOR on the bathroom. So if your not super comfortable with your significant other hearing all of your bodily functions this room is not for you. I have been married for 7 years but really some things should remain private! Lastly was the location of the unit. This room is on the opposite end as the elevators so pack your comfy shoes. I'm not sure how long the hall actually is but it is long and your other choice is 7 flights of stairs. Now, this doesn't seem like that big of a deal the first couple of trips...but after going back and forth to the beach and other activities you spend a lot of time walking. If walking is hard for you this may not be the right room for you. We really didn't come for the tv, but with Barry in the gulf we wanted to check the weather station but the tv only had signal part of the time. But again, the tv wasn't really that significant with the view outside. Lastly, the bed is not comfortable and even out of about 10 pillows to choose we couldn't find a good one. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores area. All in all, we were satisfied, but the lack of use of our balcony and our sore backs/necks made it a 4 star instead of 5.

Thank you for the 4 star review. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the maintenance going on on the balcony. The association handles that, and unless they let us know, we are unaware. There is a door on the bathroom, it is a sliding pocket door since this space is a smaller area. Everyone has different tastes in comfort of beds/pillows, so that is an issue that we will always encounter as there is no way to please everyone's view of comfort.

Overall 4/5 rating. The bed frame needs replacement as it is cracked at each corner resulting in a very large amount of noise. Facilities are top notch and wellMaintained. Rental management firm great to deal with. Coffee machine failed and was replaced same day.

A lot of minor inconveniences

*Room was very clean and perfect size for a couple on vacation. *There was nothing major that was wrong, but a lot of minor inconveniences we dealt with ended up being annoying when we were trying to enjoy our vacation. *Check in wasn’t great. I received the initial emails sent by the property management company, but not the latter emails supposedly sent to me that contained how to check in. None of those emails were in my spam folder either so I’m not sure what was up there, but we had to rush back to the company’s office to get our key to get in before they closed. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the property wasn’t 20 minutes off the beaten path. *If you are the type of people who are out and about on your vacation, then I would consider elsewhere. We spend very little time in the room and it’s a 20 minute drive on a one lane road just to get back into town. Then however much time it takes to get where you’re going. It took us at least 30 minutes to get anywhere or do anything every time we left the property. There were gas stations and little restaurants close, but they weren't open until the evening time. There was a restaurant at the property, the Sassy Bass, that had wonderful food, but inconsistently open. *The door knob was not secure and was very loose. We called maintenance so they were aware. Somebody did come fix it, but then the bottom lock on the door knob didn’t lock into place, so you could still open the door even though it was locked. *The shower didn’t drain which was pretty gross after spending the morning at the beach. We had to wait a while for it to drain and rinse the tub out before my husband could shower. *The keys to the property are actual keys which didn’t bother us, but the amenities (workout room, pool, laundry, sauna, etc.) needed a key card to access which wasn’t provided to us. My husband called the first day we were there to inform them of us needing a key card and they said they weren’t aware of that and didn’t have one, but would try to get one. We called the property management company 3 more times but never got a key card, so we had to ask other people to give us access to the amenities which was aggravating. *As I said the room was very clean, but the side of the fridge was nasty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They did have a broom to sweep, but no dust pan, so I just kept sweeping the dirt into a pile in the corner.

So far away

It is on a two lane road and they were doing road construction. It was a long drive to everything. Also there was no where to hang clothes, no broom, and no door on bathroom.

Wonderful Place to stay

It's right on the beach. Easy access to everything. Quiet. Clean. We had a wonderful time! And we LOVED the Sassy Bass.

Almost perfect

We enjoyed our stay. The property was the perfect size and location. However, there was a terrible smell that would not go away.

Extremely disappointed

Upon entering the condo the building hallway had trash and dirty floors and smelled funny. Once in the actual studio condo the smell worsened. It smelled like cigarette smoke and mold mixed. The floors weren’t clean and the linens all smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The fridge was dirty as well as the dishes. We had to come in and clean our condo that’s how our vacation started. The bed was beyond uncomfortable. I could go on and on. We purchased some air freshener and left it there for coming guest bc we fear the mold smell isn’t going anywhere. The condo could really use a fresh coat of paint. It was very worn and dingy looking. Extremely disappointed.
