GULF BEACH RESORT # 403 Condo sur la plage mis Ă  jour, MEILLEURS COUCHERS DE SOLEIL

Ce bel immeuble de caractÚre est parfaitement entretenu et abrite seulement 18 unités de condos, situé juste sur le golfe du Mexique, notre unité # 403 a été récemment redécorée et dispose également d'une nouvelle cuisine !! La chambre principale a un lit king size avec un nouveau matelas qui est trÚs confortable. Il y a beaucoup de rangement et de grandes laveuses et sécheuses disponibles sans frais. Les vues de cette unité au 4Úme étage sont magnifiques mais vous passerez la plupart de votre temps sur la plage ou dans l'un des nombreux excellents restaurants situés à distance de marche. Il y a aussi 10 points d'eau locaux à vérifier sur la plage. De vrais bars de plage accessibles depuis la plage. Ce bùtiment est unique en son genre et trÚs sécurisé. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir !!!

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our week long stay. Place is clean and has everything you need. Beach is close and food is also close. People were nice and friendly and place was well maintained.

Don't stay

The place had ants. The kitchen counter was wiped down several time and they kept coming back. The hall bath every time you went in there they were on the soap. Stayed one night of three scheduled and left. would expect a two night refund.

Great weekend getaway

If you’re looking for a sleepy, relaxing place to vacation, this is it! Great place. Comfortable bed. Close proximity to Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants. Would love to visit again! Rent beach chairs next door- affordable and with a beach bar right there!

Excellent place to stay! Quiet, on the beach and close to restaurants, groceries, shops, and drugstore. Pool, hot tub, and the ⛱. The room we stayed in (403) just needed to replace the window overlooking the gulf.

Beautiful and Relaxing

The unit was just as described. A beautiful location right on the beach. Loved the quiet of this property. Perfectly appointed, comfortable bed and two nice bathrooms. The pool was nice and never crowded. Really enjoyed our morning walks on the beach.

Weekend Stay

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay and were pleased with services. After having a slight mix up with check-in, the staff was accommodating and apologetic. Our room was clean with plenty of towels, wash clothes, blankets, and kitchen utensils to use. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and an amazing view to wake up to. We would definitely come back and stay.

we have been staying at St Pete Beach for over 15 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The management was so nice and accommodating. We already booked for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a small complex with easy access to the beach. It was disappointing that the LR window (centerpiece view of the gulf) had a broken seal and was hazed over. We loved how many attractions were within walking distance. We will be back!!!

Wonderful location

The unit is in a great location with the beautiful beach area. With a side view of the beach and supplied with most of the essential needs. The shower’s in bath restrooms could use some deep scrubbing and/or replacement of tile work but overall satisfied with the unit and the grounds. We plan on returning and hopefully renting an oceanfront unit next trip.

We are from the western suburbs of chicago and have been coming to St Pete Beach for the last six years. Friends of ours moved out here and told us how beautiful it was. After the first time we came, we fell in love with the vibe and knew this was where we wanted to come to get out of the cold. We finally made the jump to buy a place of our own and hope that every one of our guests enjoys the area as much as we have.

This building is special in that it is one of the nicest right on the beach and it is located in the middle of everything AND all within walking distance! There is a wide variety of things to do from great restaurants, walk up beach bars, coffee shops, sunset and dolphin cruises, and more.

Our on site rental office has won awards from Trip Advisor for its outstanding service. You will agree.
