Turquoise Lieu 2202C est un grand 3 chambres 3. 5 salles de bains appartement avec plus de 2400 pieds carrés. La chambre principale a un lit King avec 1 Twin chaise lit, lit King et un ensemble supplémentaire de lits superposés et 2 lits doubles. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. La capacité globale de couchage est de 13! Grande unité pour les grands groupes ou beaucoup d'enfants! Turquoise Place propose également plusieurs piscines intérieures et extérieures, une rivière lente, des courts de tennis, un bar et un grill au bord de la piscine, un spa sur place ainsi que des «cabanas de piscine privée» qui sont également disponibles à la location par Prickett Properties. Les cabanas de la piscine Turquoise Place sont au top! Aucun RESORT sauf Turquoise Place a des cabines de piscine qui sont climatisées avec un bar de service complet (machine à glaçons inclus) PLUS une salle de bain complète avec douche. Turquoise Place was very nice. Enjoyed the ocean view. Having a hot tub on the balcony was nice. The rooms were spacious, especially the master suite. The different indoor and outdoor pools, the water slide and the lazy river provided loads of fun.

Easy and timely check-in. This was our third Fall Break spent as a family at Turquoise Place and we hope to go back again next September! This unit has a stunning view to the East of Perdido Pass and I especially loved that we had full shade in the afternoons. We also loved that this unit had a sectional on the balcony.

We had a great time but the room was pretty beat up ( walls, doors) I imagine it was due to end of summer season and they are booked back to back that time for repair is limited. Overall it was a great room and it was clean.

Beautiful condo- highly recommend

We loved our stay. Spacious enough for our large family. Beautiful and well kept. Wonderful amenities-great tiki bar, pools, and playground. The playground was a huge hit with the kiddo! We will return!

Great place for families

The property is very clean and well maintained. Check in process was quick and efficient. We had a small issue with our hot tub, but the maintenance guy was called and came out immediately. Hot tub was working fine after his visit. Overall no problems and would recommend to stay here.

This property is amazing. Some of the furniture was different - but in a positive way. Love the large dining table. Great resort and great location. Leasing company was great to respond and quick action for very minor issues. I would definitely visit again.

A Great place to stay!

The property was very clean. The staff at Prickett Properties were very nice and helpful. The furnishings were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor furnishings and space. We would just hang out on the couch on the balcony and relax. It was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We had an absolute blast at this beautiful condo! Everything was in great condition and looks just like the photos. All of the staff were very nice and go above and beyond for you. We were there while construction was being done and even though it was right beside us we couldn’t hear it and had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this condo and plan to stay again in the future!

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful and had just the right amount of space for our group. It fit two families with four total kids. We loved being right on the beach, cooking in the condo, using the grill on the balcony, swimming in the pools, and enjoying the hot tub on the balcony. The views were fantastic, and the condo is close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The master bedroom was very comfortable. The second king bed was a bit low for adults to sleep in and may be better for teenagers or kids. The condo was clean and quiet. We really appreciated the laundry machine in the unit. Elevators were quick. Parking was easy and came with two spaces.

nice place but SanDestin Wharf Condo's are maintained much better.1, Grandson found blue pill on floor and cookie under couch. Thank Goodness he came to us first before trying to eat it.2, Master BR tub is useless would take 6 hours to fill if you want hot water in it at the end 3, Deck Couch cushions are ripped and dried out4, lighter for BBQ did not work 5, chandelier over table had not been dusted in a long long time6,dishwasher fell out and almost mashed out foot when opening 7,curtains in MB need fixed almost impossible to close them all the way8, faucet in MB shower was so hard to turn, you had to use a face towel on the sailboat looking steering wheel knob or it would cut you9, don't waste your time texting the maintenance support help line, they do not reply had to call several times

As always we had a wonderful time at the turquoise. We have been staying here for years and I hate to say but this room was a disappointment. It is time for a deep clean.-Layers of dust and crumbs under the couch, behind appliances, and the fans have layers of dust too.- The floors were sticky. -all furniture looks old and worn out. Cushions flat and uncomfortable -the rug in the master is disgusting. Looks like a 30 year old shag rug with a huge stain on it -all the walls looks beat up with marks all over them. Definitely time for a paint job -we had plumbing issues in 2 bathrooms -the big plungers next to every toilet is gross to me. I couldn’t help but wonder the last time they were cleaned considering the state of the rest of the place -had air conditioner issues -there is mold in the washing machine-bbq pit needs cleaned -7 remotes and couldn’t get the tv to work

This property is beautiful. We loved everything from the glass elevator to bbq on the balcony. We could hear the waves beautifully from way up on the 22nd floor, which was just above the pelicans’ flight altitude. We were shocked one afternoon when the blue angles flew by so close we could read the letters on the planes….. the were right at eye level or just below. The only downside to our experience was the mattresses. The general consensus of our family was that all the mattresses in the condo needed to be replaced. The master mattress was sunk-in in the middle. The others were just generally uncomfortable.

Nice location.

We really enjoy staying at the Turquoise Resort. It is convenient and has great amenities. This stay we noticed several things about the complex where it is beginning to show its age. There were tiles missing off the pool edge snd the kiddy pool was completely closed. Our particular unit was adequate but nothing extra. When we arrived the hot tub was nasty but that was taken care of in short order by Prickett and the “hot tub staff” at Turquoise. It was completely drained, cleaned, refilled with new chemicals so it was nice and fresh. Everything in the condo seemed to work fine, it just needs a good revamp. The furniture was cheap, the dresser in the master bedroom is sagged in the middle from the weight of the tv, the finish on the dining table is very scarred, the bench with the table has a rip in the upholstery, the kitchen utensils were in bad shape - they were cheap to start with and they are worn out now, the mattresses on all the beds need to be replaced, and the wands to close the curtains were missing. Nothing that would absolutely ruin your visit but I do not believe this unit is worth it’s per night rate.
