Location de Turquoise Place sont Orange Beach, condos en bord de mer les plus luxueux de l'Alabama avec des logements pas comme les autres! Les bains à remous et des grils à gaz sur chaque balcon individuel mis vraiment Turquoise place en dehors de toutes les autres propriétés! Turquoise place 404D est un condo en bord de mer avec 3 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains et plus de 2400 pieds carrés. Ce condo était l'unité de modèle et est situé sur le niveau d'équipement. Étant situé sur le même niveau que la Lazy River, piscine intérieure, et Gym offre la commodité de ne pas avoir à utiliser les ascenseurs pour accéder à certaines commodités. Il y a un lit king size dans chaque chambre et un Twin déplier qui peut être placé dans l'une des chambres, offrant une capacité de couchage de 6 à 8. Au Turquoise Place, vous avez un accès complet à toutes les commodités, y compris une rivière extérieure Lazy, courts de tennis, 2 grandes piscines extérieures (une qui est chauffée en saison), 2 piscines intérieures énormes / bains à remous avec des chambres à vapeur spacieuses et saunas secs, ainsi que un centre state-of-the-art fitness. It saddens me to share with you the disappointment my family and I experienced during our stay at Turquoise ! Our previous stays have been magical and over way too soon! This recent Visit was borderline depressing and an embarrassment to o me for suggesting we stay there! Aside from a washing machine left half full of water that dumped on the floor on my feet when we opened the door, to a complex tV system that had no operating instructions, to the most dilapidated,, Shabby, and tasteless furnishings imaginable! Shame on everyone involved in suggesting this property was worthy to tepresent Turquoise! property as an equivalent to the standards we expect at Turquoise!

Beautiful Stay

Everything was awesome except the televisions. Each TV needs specific directions on which remotes do what. When there are 2 or 3 remotes to deal with on each TV and there's no channel line up, you spend way too much time trying to find anything. The TV in the back only had audio on the Fox live schedule. BTW. Fox News was NOT even offered. Half the country watches it! If not for the above problem I would have given 5 stars.

The entire place is amazing. The weather was a bit cold in January, however the south facing deck provides heat from the sun and protection from the wind. So even when it's 40-50 degrees out the sun feels like 60-70. The only negative thing I would have to say about it was the buildings plumbing wasn't the greatest.

Fall Fling

Super nice condo located in Turquoise Place. Would recommend that you reserve for a stay. Very pleased. My only issue is that the hot tub on the balcony was not is use and that could have been disclosed as it was drained. Other than that I have no issues with this property.

Very nice.

Room was very nice. ( Housekeeping could do better cleaning and dusting.) Indoor pool by our room wasn’t working or heated until time for us to leave. Beach was beautiful and clean. Even with some issues we had a great time and I would recommend the room. Very convenient to parking, gym, lazy river and play area. Three stars is not for room it was 4 1-2 stars. 3 stars for facility not having pool working.

Spacious and Convenient

This was my first visit to the Turquoise and we loved it. We had a toddler with us, so we really enjoyed staying on the 4th floor which was convenient to the lazy river and indoor pool. The condo was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. I could tell that the condo used to be a model unit as it was lavishly decorated. My only suggestion would be that some of the furnishings were a little worn and could use some updating. My children said the beds in the guest bedroom weren’t too comfortable but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit and plan to visit again!

Spring Break 2023 at Turquoise Place

Our Spring Break is one for the books! Our condo was beautiful and so spacious! We were extremely disappointed that all the hot tubs were closed, but yet we weren't offered even a small refund. We loved being on the 4th floor and so close to the pool and playground, however, we heard EVERY SINGLE time weights were dropped in the weight room. The weight room needs to have specific hours and be closed during the night. Overall, we were extremely happy....these were just a couple things worth mentioning!

Initial reaction was very positive. However further examination furniture was wore with torn piping seat cushions to uncomfortable due to age.. Mold was present in both showers and on the deck. Important as on of the guests had mold Allegeries.. On Feb 13 Workers started with a very loud demolition process on a nearby unit that lasted nearly 2 days. Overall impression We liked the location very well. View is great, proximity to the beach and other amenities was very good. Management was cooperative trying to resolve shortcomings.

Renter beware

Unit 404D was a horrible unit. Every piece of furniture was stained. The carpet was dirty and the master bedroom box spring was broken. We had to sleep in one of the smaller bedrooms. Actually I slept in my clothes because I was afraid of gettin something. How could this unit rate 4.8 on VRBO? This was a horrible misrepresentation by VRBO.
