Lovely and Comfortable

House exceeded our expectations! Had everything we needed, was clean and well maintained. Pool diectly outside the property was fab, kids loved it. Was never too busy either. Owners communication was great too. Would highly recommend.

Fully equiped property, nice pool area in a quiet gated community.

We’ve visited this urbanization some years now, renting in another community, but this property met our expectations and beyond. Well equiped kitchen, good beds, nice outside area. We will definitely recommend this property to others. If there was one negative thing we had to mention it must be slow internet. One of the bedrooms is without AC and we couldn’t get the fan working in the living room to get some circulation in that bedroom, but we slept well in almost 3 weeks. Property owners were always available on telephone/SMS and gave good information before and during the stay.

Perfect vacation getaway!!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this cozy and inviting accommodation. The house was impeccably maintained and provided an instant sense of being at home. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, including individual AC/fans in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, and ample towels and bedding. One of the standout features was the front garden with its terrace and pool access, offering the perfect setting for relaxation. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our vacation, thanks in large part to this lovely property. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, adding to the overall positive experience. A special mention must go to the owners, Farah and Alfredo, who were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Without hesitation, we highly recommend this accommodation in Orihuela, and if we return to the area, we will definitely choose to stay in this house again. It made our vacation truly memorable!

Super logement complet !

Le logement d’ Alfredo et Farah est super spacieux , avec des rangement et tous ce dont on a besoin en vacance ( serviette, gel douche , draps… ) La piscine collective était hyper sympathique , le voisinage agréable … Le seule petit hic était la connexion internet un peu restreinte à certain moment !! Je vous le recommande 🙂 Merci infiniment à Alfredo et Farah pour leurs disponibilités 😁

Sind soweit sehr zufrieden!!!

Sind soweit sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Schöner Pool, konnte man sehr gut Kinder von der Terrasse beobachten. Was leider nicht so gut war. Fernseher war leider nur eine Sprache und Internet ist leider schlecht. Im großen und ganzen kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

10 days of relaxation

Beautiful accommodation, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Has everything you need and more for a self-catering holiday. In a secured, gated complex. Pool area immaculate and the terrace of this accommodation, which has a dining area is right at poolside. Front garden is a lovely sun trap with dining area and sun loungers also. A few very good restaurants and bars within walking distance. To venture further to main Cabo Roig strip, beaches or La Zenia would recommend local taxi service or hire a car as good 20-30 minute walk. Communication with owners was 100% and collecting and returning keys was hassle free, and made themselves available throughout our stay should we have any queries, which we didn’t as everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this accommodation if it’s somewhere you just want to get away, relax and enjoy the sun. Many thanks to Farah & Alfredo for a lovely stay, will definitely be back.

Lovely stay, wonderful house

The house was clean, the facilities were great. There is a swimming pool, an indoor and outdoor dining area and the master bedroom is large. The kitchen is easy to get around and it has a coffee machine and the cooker is simple to use. It is easy to get to the beach and the restaurants and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. It is not far from the highway that services both the Murcia and Alicante airports.

Peace & Tranquility - exceeded our expectations

Photos of house were fabulous and we there's always the concern that they may be a bit dated, but as of Sept 2017 they were bang up to date and the house was even better than depicted. HOUSE: entered via gate into a beautiful private front garden/patio area (not overlooked by anyone). Front door leads into a stunning open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, which is modern with lots of character accessories to give a bit of quirkiness. Kitchen has all mod cons - great fridge/freezer, dishwasher and we were delighted with the Dulce Gusto coffee machine. Patio doors lead to a 2nd patio which has gate opening onto beautiful communal garden/pool area. Also downstairs is a toilet/shower room & single bedroom (with guest bed) - this also opens onto the front garden. Upstairs is main bathroom & a double bedroom, (with plenty of storage space). Bedroom & landing area both open onto another terrace, which gets sun most of day. All windows have sliding shutters which keep the house cool - with temps in low 30s we didn't need to use aircon as there's a great airflow through the house. House has great Wifi - TV just has Spanish channels (not a problem for us) Early Sept the complex was very quiet - pool was fantastic in beautifully kept gardens - you could get a great workout it's that long (meant to measure - maybe 20M??). We had it to ourselves majority of time. LOCATION: approx 2km from beach Aguamarina/Playa de la Glea, but this gives you a quieter area. House is under 10 mins slow stroll to a bar/restaurant complex (if you don't want to get into car & go further afield) and Aldi is also in that area. 5 mins in car takes you to Cabo Roig strip with all its bars/restaurants. A nice treat if craving "English food" was to walk up to White Rose Tea Rooms for an €8 afternoon tea (which would cost €20 at home). HOSTS - Dealing with Alfredo & Farah was a pleasure - communication excellent and great handover at the house and lots of tips in folders in the house. LOVED THIS PLACE
