Friendly and helpful, we had a very efficient check in to the property to start our holiday. The property is in a very peaceful location with only a 10 minute walk into the town. The villa was perfect for us, very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance from bars & restaurants…half hour walk to the beach.Everything we needed for a golfing week, close to several excellent golf courses…Listing was accurate, would definitely stay again….

We are just back from an amazing 4 weeks in this gorgeous property.Tim was so nice on checking in and gave us all the information on the area.The house has everything you could need,very spacious and we loved the secure outdoor area for our little boy.It is only 8 mins walk from the main strip but was a lovely quiet area.The communal pool was lovely,we met so many friendly people there,it was never too busy.The house is within easy walking distance to La Zenia Boulevard and La Zenia Beach,which we preferred.Would highly recommend staying here.Thank you Ania and Tim.

Communication and check in were fantastic. The home had everything we needed for a group of 5 adults and 1 teenager. It was about 10mins walk to strip....15 to beach. Great location. Inside the property was clean with 3 decent bedroom (2 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms. Bath towels provided- 1 each. Would be good to have a few extra but managed with what we had. Outside area had 5 sunloungers...and a nice sitting area to eat/ have drinks.Some suggestions that could make the property even batter- the upstairs balcony and chairs on it were grubby- we didn't use the area- if it were clean and had a nice seating area it would make such a difference. Also, the communal swimming pool was great however no beds/ loungers- a few foldable chairs or loungers to take to the pool would be great. A good place for the price. Would return.

The property had everything we needed and so much more, we only had 1 small issue with a socket one night but this was swiftly sorted out the following morning after a phone call with the property manager, I/we would happily stay here again

Good area and close to restaurants and bars and the sea. Would prefer walk-in shower as opposed to shower over bath.

A holiday for four seniors

Nothing to complain about, worked really well for our group (4 adults). Location, level of equipment, beds, grill, outdoor spaces, pool area, almost perfect!! And a very helpful maintenance man/house man, big thanks to Tim .Thanks also to Ania for letting us use the wonderful villa

Holiday home

Lovely property had everything you could need. Excellent communication with all involved. It really is a lovely place to stay and within walking distance to Cabo Roig strip and beach. Only downside was unfortunately there was no sun on the terrace but it was winter season and I’m sure during the summer this certainly wouldn’t be the case. Would definitely return.

Great location 10 mins stroll to main strip lots of bars with live music good restaurants we went during a very hot spell 45degees most days far too hot for us house was very comfortable but needs a lot clearing out top of wardrobes bedding thrown in needs boxing up clutter in downstairs cupboard smelt as people had just thrown in pool items outside seat covers had gone mouldy outside loungers need replacing hard plastic no mattress for them we hired a car to get around as it was too hot to walk far but we all enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t go in August again .can park car just at the end of the road no problem getting a space pool a few minutes walk away was very nice all in all everyone had a great time kind regards Ann and family

Misleading

This was described as an AC house, which was one of the reasons we booked. The picture of the lounge clearly shows an AC unit, however there wasn't one. The double room upstairs has no AC and was very hot, even with the ceiling fan. We stayed here for 2weeks and there was no midweek clean, fist time in all the years we have been staying in villas this had happened. There is limited equipment for 6 people, no fully relaxing chairs, the small wheeled loungers need replacing as the first time I used one the wheel fell of. Wouldn't stay here again Barbara. B

Dear Barbara, We apologise that your stay wasn't perfect and appreciate your feedback. With regards to Air Con, the one in the lounge wasn't working when we bought the house but unfortunately the photos were taken when it was still up there, our oversight; we replaced it with 2 new units, one in an upstairs bedroom and one downstairs in the main bedroom, which should be plenty to keep the house cool and our guests have not complained so far about the heat. We have now replaced the photo that showed the broken unit with an up-to-date one. With regards to the equipment, we review the inventory at the start of every season and will definitely purchase additional new loungers for 2019. Our terms and conditions we send to everyone state that cleaning occurs on changeover only, however cleaning services are available at an additional fee, if required. Kind regards, Ania & Ben

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y la atención de Tim. La casa era muy agradable, tenía de todo, muy limpia y acogedora. Se puede aparcar perfecto. Cerca de todo, sin ruidos. La piscina no la encontrabamos,pero no importó.

Das Haus und seine Ausstattung entsprachen genau der Beschreibung Es war sehr praktisch, dass es zwei Bäder gab.Der Pool ist in der Nähe. Uns hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in 5 Autominuten entfernt.Wir waren mit allem zufrieden und werden versuchen, in naher Zukunft wieder dorthin zu kommen. Vielen Dank

Casi perfecto.

La única pega que puedo indicar, es que la piscina esta un tanto alejada, pero super limpia y demás, vamos perfecta. También indicar que el segundo día, teníamos cucarachas en la cocina, baño de bajo y una habitación de arriba (la de dos camas). El resto todo perfecto, hemos estado super agusto. Muchas gracias por todo.

La casa en general está muy bien, pero en la habitación de arriba de matrimonio no había aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo no tiraba aire a penas y era imposible dormir ahí...por lo demás la casa muy bien equipada y muy tranquila.
