YOU CAN'T SLEEP CLOSER TO THE CARIBBEAN!

Cobia Beach Guest house:

This listing is for BOTH CABANAS TOGETHER:
12 people total if both cabanas are rented together. (8 Adults, 4 kids)
$350 per night for the entire property, both cabanas. (November 1 - April 30)(4 night min.)
$250 per night (May 1 - October 31) (2 night min.)
9% Belize hotel tax
$200 refundable security deposit
We are located near the large FiWe Mart, and the basketball court
Only 30 minute boat ride to largest barrier reef this side of the world
Only 15-20 minute car ride to rain forest mountains and water falls
1.5 hours from Belize city airport, all paved roads
1 hour to Placencia, all paved roads

TEAL CABANA:
Both Cabanas sit on our own beach front next to an access road.
This teal cabana is designed as a "duplex"..... both sides are the same.
King bed on each side, either one can be split into 2 twins.
2 person shower on each side
Each side has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, skillet
Outdoor grill
A/C POLICY: A/C is free to use for a couple hours at night to cool the room. If A/C is left on all day, or with windows open, or left on while you are out on tours, or left on after check out. We will charge $25usd per day.

HOT PINK FAMILY CABANA:
2 king bedrooms facing the sea, each with a 1/2 bath
2 bunk beds (sleep 4) in the back (8 total in this cabana)
Dining area with a kitchenette with sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, skillet
Full bathroom with shower in the back.

Up to 8 total in this cabin.

“Best Vacation ever “. Is all I heard from family members while staying here. I love that it is incorporated in with the locals. Grocery store is 2 minutes walk. So are the restaurants. The cabanas are amazing. Loved the porch, where we spent most of our time.

Family trip to Belize

Wonderful location. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very friendly neighbors. Very clean. Owners are very helpful and communicate quickly. The only downside was not knowing we had to pay extra for the AC, which is very much needed.. Would have neen helpful to have that in the listing.

A great place. The cabanas are comfortable but we spent minimal time inside. In mid-January the temperature and humidity outside were perfect so we sat outside on the porches or in the hammocks when were were on site. For a group of 7 we possibly could have squeezed into the pink cabana but it was really nice to have both. We were here as a family for my wife's 60th birthday treat. We spent 2 x 1/2 days snorkelling, and a couple of hikes (Bocawina and the Cockscomb Basin reserve, and Mayan ruins (Xuanantunich) -- all worthwhile. It was useful having the car to do these trips but if we had just stayed in Hopkins we could have managed without. Being right by the sea was best. Quick swim in the morning and night. Though don't expect to see much if you snorkel off the beach. Best to get a guide to to go one of the many spots on the reef. All the restaurants we went to were good -- from Fry Jacks from Marys and Lous, to Ella's and Semiti Giffitit and Driftwood Beach Bar. Easy to walk around Hopkins. Had lovely time. Highly recommended.

Family Time

Way better than expected! Our family of 11 stayed a week, immersed in the culture of Hopkins, the people, the food, the beach, the breeze! The cabanas were clean and comfortable with everything we needed, The property manager attentive to our needs and request. Just happened to be there for the Mango Festival, oh what fun! The week was everything we hoped for and MORE!

Starting 2025 Off Right!

We originally booked a week and thankfully not only did West Jet extend our stay by 2 nights, the amazing owners were able to accommodate as well. Jon Amy Andrew are some of the nicest / helpful people we’ve encountered during our travels. The ad does not do the location justice - IN ALL GOOD WAYS !!The cabins are stunning and the beach is clearly even better. The hammocks were a nice treat and my family loved to snorkel right out front and see manatees sting rays jelly fish etc. Everything is very close (bars restaurants markets) and the locals are extremely kind and helpful too. Make sure you hit Maximo’s right down the beach for the best chicken quesadilla any of us have ever had from the sweetest local family.

Wonderful stay

Property was so serene and vacation ready. Located in the heart of the village and was close to everything needed. Cabin was clean and roomy. Lorreine, the property manager was so nice and helpful. Readily available and accommodating, made our stay one of the best ever!
