Hey Bob, it was nice to meet you and Tracy for the tour of my home. Thanks for the review. Glad you had fun! Hope to see you again sometime. Arrivederci, Bill on the Hill

Cheryl, it was nice to have you. I really appreciate the respect you gave my home and I am glad you had an awesome time. Last but far from least thank you for leaving my house in such great shape. Hope to see you again. BIll

Michael, glad you had fun. Having a pool heated between 88-90 all year makes for a fun time. Thanks for leaving the house in such good shape. I hardly knew someone was there other than the bed sheets by the washing machine. Hopefully see you again! Bill on the Hill

Sharon, you were an over-the-top great client. As a home owner you are the person/people we want in our homes. My house is my home not just a rental and you respected it as such. You left my home as clean as it was as when you arrived. It was a WIN / WIN for all. Thank you and you are welcome anytime. Warm Wishes, Bill

Nice review Doug. I am happy things were just the way you were hoping. I came home and it looked as though nobody had been here. For that I am thankful and know that you and the girls will always have an open invitation to come again anytime. I felt we were a great match. Take Care! Bill on the Hill

Thanks Brian. It was a pleasure having you and your family. Waaaaay to short of a visit. I literally had to hold back from telling you about all the great spots because of your limited time. Next time make it a week. I was also more than happy to get the refrigerator started with food and drinks for you knowing you would not want to waste what little time you had by having to go to a grocery store. It was my pleasure. Don't stay a stranger. Come on back. My best to you, Linda and the kids. Bill P.S. Thanks for leaving the house in such great shape!!!!

Hi Natalie, thank you for such a nice review. I always enjoy hearing from guests that can appreciate the comforts and extra thoughts that went into making their stays be the best. One of the big differences is that this is not just a rental, it is my real home. All the extra efforts I put into my own home for my own comfort and conveniences I get to share with my guests. I started with VRBO almost 30 years ago when they first began, many years before AirBNB. It was a big house in Lake Tahoe. That has been sold and now I enjoy traveling while our home is rented. It's April 15th and I am still sporting a nice tan from my trip. It does not get much better. Thank you again for being a great guests. When we walked in the door it looked like nobody had been here. Please come back. There is a smaller learning curve each time and always more to discover. I hope you used the Massage chair. Warm Wishes, Bill & Diana

YOU are a sweetheart. Thank you. Yes, damsels in distress my specialty. LOL. I am glad you all had a good time. I tried my best to make it be flawless from my end. It is not always possible but from early check in to very late check out on Sunday. The day after a night wedding, giving you a day of rest at the pool with Hot tub probably helped ease your exhausted bodies. Just what the doctor ordered. You seemed to be a great Bridesmaid/Maid of Honor. You pulled it off. If you are in the area come by and say hi. Arriverdeci, Bill

Hi Mel, we did all meld together nicely. Once your son got into the massage chair, I think he could have stayed there the whole trip with that big smile on his face. I have created a very spoiling atmosphere here originally for me and sometimes it is hard for me to leave. I truly like to spoil my guests. You guys were great. When I walked back in the house it looked like nobody had been here. Thanks. I think the only problem we both might agree upon is you did not stay long enough. I hope to see all of you again. Put me in your future plans. Wishing you all the best. Arriverdeci, Bill on the Hill (I think you meant to say VRBO Stars) Thank you!

Thanks Sabrina, we did have a very good time considering the language barrier. I'm thankful for the google translator between French and English. It was a very fun experience for me. I would love for all of you to come back and visit again. I wish you and your family much happiness. Hi Bill We had a very good trip in your home !! Your kindness and your hospitality are fantastic !! It is true that the barrier language it was difficult to exchange and share, but all it was perfect !!!! Thank you !!! See you soon ☀️🙏☀️🙏 Sabrina

AWE, thanks Laura. Although I typically give a tour of the property, you seemed to have found your way around just fine. I am an older guy but at one point in my life I went to school to learn about owning and running a bed & breakfast. I think I am much more suited to this type of scenario. You and your girls are more than welcome back anytime. You left the house in great shape and I always appreciate when someone gives me a head start on dishes and laundry. I wish you and your family the best. Warm Wishes, Bill

You guys were awesome. Thanks for coming! It looked like no one had been here when I got back. Please come back another time. Warm Wishes, Bill

Barb, thank you for the kind words. Yes, I too agree I think my home is a, "Slice of Paradise". Guests like you should know you are my excuse to get out of my house and have an adventure. Otherwise I'm not sure I would ever leave. LOL! It is also very rewarding to know what I have created can be shared and appreciated by my guests. Now as far as you and your family go, you are all welcome to come back anytime. You were very considerate and had much respect for my home. You left it as nice as I left it for you minus some laundry which I never expect the guest to deal with. I think you even vacuumed not counting the kitchen and dining room were both cleaned. Thank you again. Hope to see you again. Arriverdeci, Bill

Hey Jeff, you and your family are always welcome to come visit. It was a pleasure having you here and thanks for leaving the house in such great shape. I hardly knew anybody had been here. I'm glad I had an opportunity to share my knowledge of the local area and you had a chance to do some of the things I recommended. I enjoy helping visitors feel welcome especially when asked to help with their plans. Arriverdeci & Happy Holidays! Bill

..............................and a good time was had by all. I'll hope to see you two again. Hopefully sooner than later. Maybe I can meet you at Friday's Jazz/Blues night on the water front in Sausalito and buy you two a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you again. Thanks for the kind words. I do like to spoil my guests. :-) Warm Wishes, Bill

Thanks for coming! There are a lot of facets to creating a nice stay for people and I seem to take pleasure in being someone that wants to create an atmosphere that people will not forget and hopefully come back and visit again. Thanks again for your nice words and who knows???? Maybe I will see you again! :-) Warm Wishes, Bill

Hi Heather, as I am preparing right now for my next guests I'm reading your response. Thank you. It was really nice to meet the both of you. Years ago I actually had schooling on how to become an owner of a B & B. The reason it did not suit me was the amount of hours needed to be on site with the guests. I think I have found my niche. I'm calling this part of my life. Bill's Adventures! Meeting great people and traveling and now visiting friends and family that I might not normally go visit. I joke with people with my new expression. If someone is staying in my house it puts a boot print on my rear as I go out the door. Thus creating a new Adventure. Since this is my actual home. This would obviously not work if I was not widowed. Thanks for giving me that boot print and adding to Bill's Adventures. You were a great guest and I hope to see more of you. Warm Wishes, Bill

It was great to meet you and your family. I'm also glad I could help you out with my tour guide person. I'm sure he added a lot of value to getting a lot squeezed into your visit. All in all I know it was great for everybody involved. I also really appreciated walking in and seeing my home look just as nice as I left it. You are welcome here anytime and my offer still stands, if you need a get away with just you and your wife and possibly another couple I would be happy to try and make that work with a savings to you. Arriverdeci (until we meet again) Bill

Victoria, it sounds like you had a wonderful time with your family celebrating your mom's 80th birthday in my home. I'm guessing all the kids were in the pool and hot tub long enough to look like little prunes. I am getting a new Bunk Bed for the kids room. I just spent almost $2000. Please come up with another excuse to come and visit. Best Wishes, Bill
