Great stay!!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was clean, the dock was so close as well as the pool. We come to Rockport every summer, we decided to try some new places and we will stay here again for sure!

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. The condo is very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed. Troy was very responsive and provided clear and easy to understand information for check in/ out, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return!!

Hi Rowdy, thanks for staying with us and your positive feedback. Harvey was a devastating storm and there are just a few things the HOA has left to complete. We will have electrical outlets down by the docks before next summer. We have also been treating for the sticker burrows you probably saw around the pool area mostly. Hopefully the treatments work. Glad everything was great with the condo.

Great condo in a great location

This was our families first trip to Rockport and we fell in love with this place and also the town. This condo is totally updated inside. It is close to everything you would want to do in town. There is a swimming pool right out side the back door. Great place for smaller familys

We will definitley be back!

The location is perfect. The condo was clean and updated nicely. The patio is a few steps from the pool and the boat dock with a yard in between to throw the ball around. I loved that i could see the water from the comfort of the pool. My family really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again.

Great Stay, Good Choice!

All you need to do is read the online description of the condo ... it is exactly as presented. Nicely updated, very clean and an excellent place to stay. Decent pool and great water views right outside on the patio. Troy was very responsive to our questions and is a very good host. We go to Rockport a couple of times a year for fishing and will most definitely stay there again.

This beach house was absolutely perfect. Very spacious, very clean, it had everything you need inside of it. Literally a home away from home. My kids loved that the pool was right off the back porch, we enjoyed the fishing just a couple steps from the pool, the tennis courts right around the corner, the beach a short 5 min drive away. Everything was great and we will definitely be staying here in the future when we visit Rockport! Thank you Troy keep up the great work!

Ground floor condo, next to pool, and on the lake!

Amazing place to stay. We traveled with my: spouse, sister, and kids ages 4 & 7. I would stay here again! Very nice condo. It is less than a mile away from Walmart and other restaurants. The Rockport beach was only a few minutes away. It is a decent beach, rocky with lots of little playgrounds for the kids. Day 2, we made the 60-90 min drive (including loading the car onto the ferry) to get to the Aransas beach. This beach was huge! It cost $12 for a parking permit. Lots of shops and restaurants around the little ‘island’.

Hi Jerilynn, you never communicated any of this to us. Our cleaning crew stated it was working fine as did the next guest. In apologize if there was hair in the tub that should not have been there. As stated before you arrived Bayhouse is under going a landscape project and pest and insects are to be expected to a certain degree outside. Glad none were inside as we have quarterly treatments. I have been down several times and found that the ants are nothing different that what we typically see which is minimal. I encourage anyone that is reading this review to look at the many others and feel free to contact me.

The condo was lovely and tastefully done. It was clean and supplied with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the patio overlooking the docks, lake and pool. Great location and fun friendly town. Troy was a very responsive and helpful host.

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo was perfect for our labor day beach trip! The condo was easy to find and is close to Rockport beach. My kids loved the pool right off the back patio. They even made some friends and went kayaking in the bay off the boat docks. Troy was super responsive and helpful.

Great spot close to everything!

Nicely done comfortable condo with a pool and a dock right outside the back door. Beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds & cushy down-filled sofa. The towels and bath mats are upgraded as are most all of the finishes in the condo. Convenient to restaurants & activities Troy was easy to work with. Paddle boarding off of the easy access dock was great!

A great condo and location for Rockport

Enjoyed Harbor Oaks immensely. A great location. The place was clean with a great layout. Updated with granite countertops, kitchen, dining and living area all open and updated. 2 big bathrooms. The bedrooms are good sized and nicely furnished. The patio and bbq area lead out to the grass yard and canal. Will definitely book again.

Nice, updated condo which is true to its description and pictures online. Great location. Cleaning/turnover contractor needs to do a better job; owner was very apologetic about this and vowed to address it, and I believe him.

Super Pleased with our stay!

This was a perfect unit for a family vacation. The pool was close by and well maintained daily. The unit was very clean and spacious for a family of five. Would definitely recommend this unit.
