Winter Break

Great location - easily walkable to 'village' and access to main lifts, restaurants, and rentals. Condo is cozy...with a family of four and snow gear. Primary bedroom bed very comfortable. Pull out bed OK for kids but wouldn't have work for big adult (like most pull outs). Kitchen had what you mostly would need. No dining room table but bar seating with bar stools. We'd stay here again.

The property was as described. Very clean and great location. Sitting on the balcony and watching the people getting off the lift was very entertaining. I would definitely rent again

Quick Snowshoe Trip

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a quick 3 day ski trip to Snowshoe. This spot was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable and incredibly convenient to walk right out and start down the mountain. It was also nice to be able to easily pop in for lunch or some rest before going back out. I would stay here again!

Cold & Snowy Ski Vacation

Beautiful skiing in cold but delightful conditions! Great condo which was clean and comfortable. No toilet paper or hand soap in the unit was our only complaint. Would rent again. They check in desk guy with red hair (possibly Will) was not pleasant.

Nice room condition

We enjoyed the staying. Very convenient and accessible to the ski lift, room is clean, bed and sofabed both are comfortable, kitchen is equipped with plenty of cooking tools, night is quite, shower hot water is satisfied, nothing is negative.

Absolutely wonderful time!

Right on the slope! Beautiful clean place! Air was a little tricky but it was warmer than usual so we just opened up the sliding door! Absolute blast!

Just Okay...Good Rate

Not sure its the property owners responsibility or the resorts. When I opened the door the unit was obviously just smoked in with marijuana. So not sure if it was the previous renter or the resort staff. The TV in the bedroom is smaller than my computer monitor I have at home.

Perfect location but the condo was HOT!

We enjoyed our trip to Snowshoe. The condo was conveniently located to all the events we were part of for the GNCC race. The condo was dated. The bathroom ceiling finish was crumbling, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and it was very hot without any main AC. There was a portable AC in the main living area but it did not produce enough cold air to cool off the bedroom which was at the opposite end of the condo. We were not able to open the sliding door to get air in either due to it being blocked because of the building's exterior being redone. We also had box fans we ran the entire time we were there but they were a nuisance due to having to yell over them and the AC unit. Overall the trip was successful but wish we could have been more comfortable and able to sleep better.

Comfortable and convenient.

A short walk to the Balhooter lift and Village. The clean and comfortable unit met the needs of this dad and his college aged son perfectly.

Ample Value Opportunity

We booked this last minute and likely why the experience wasn’t the best. Additionally, I’m a huge veterans supporter so pained to write a negative review, market price for this unit is highly over valued! what the average per night is on VBRO. Shocked at the price for this older, unclean rental. The walls are soiled, the backsplash soiled, stains on the ceiling and carpet. The photo angles of this property are very generous and there is a huge safety gate in the living room which is not photoed. I’m not sure you can use VBRO for last minute plans as I think there are reasons why these properties are still available last minute. If I had booked this with fraternity brothers and been closer to a reasonable rate then it’d be fine. Disappointed, as I have a pretty solid handle on the renter market at Snowshoe, this property is highly over valued on the condition, size and amenities of the property...

Great Location!

Condo was so close to the village! It made it easy to walk to restaurants and to the lifts for fall foliage viewing. Living area of condo was great but bedroom was quite small for two people. Parking lot gate was not being used and there wasn't an attendant. Nearby convenience/grocery store had limited hours. We were there on the last weekend of the summer/fall season.

Great little condo

Rented for a weekend of mountain biking, great location at top of the lift, would also work great for skiing/snowboarding. Storage lockers in the lobby worked great for storing our bikes. Wanted to book an extra night’s stay and the property owner got back to me first thing in the morning and set everything up immediately.
