This luxury GULF FRONT 3rd floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite property management company at Beach Colony Resort.

Resort Amenities include gated entrance, pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite and 2 full sized beds in the second ensuite bedroom.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and three (2) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact your host 3 days in advance of your arrival.

Rules and Restrictions:
-Large groups or parties are not allowed in the unit. Maximum occupancy is 6 at all times.
-Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.
-The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.
-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

The place was exceptionally clean and had plenty of room. I loved the way it was decorated :) The balcony was spacious with a great view. The only issue was the dryer which took forever.Not sure if it needs servicing or to be replaced, as I did not mention this to management.Just a suggestion for an extra set of hand towels in the bathrooms would help.We would definitely return for our next trip to Navarre.

Amazing condo on a beautiful pristine beach

We stayed for a month in February as a winter getaway. The condo was very nice with all the amenities we could ask for. It was clean, up to date, and well furnished, with a very nice beach view from the balcony. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly when we had a problem getting the TV to work. All in all a great experience. We've enjoyed the times we've stayed at Beach Colony, and we love the Navarre Beach area. It's like a slice of heaven with its pristine beaches and low traffic. The weather was amazing for February. We really couldn't have timed it better. We will definitely return!

Family getaway

Not the value that we expected based on prior stays in Beach Colony. While the condo was clean it has seen better days and needs some attention to be deserving of the price that is asked. Dishwasher, bathroom faucets and drains, a better hanging rack in showers for shampoos etc, the light in the main bathroom over shower, Also, when they say bring your own spices etc, they mean it. There is not one extra item provided. The plates dont fit in the cabinet and it has to stay open. Our main toilet needed plunging for little reason and the plunger is cheapo. The sectional has seen better days. Our a/c went out also but the property manager did have a service there quickly. The internet was spotty and cause of frustraion too.While we loved our time in Navarre even though it was the week of hurricane Francine we felt our condo was less than expected and would choose another for future trips.

I like the West tower better because the elevators seem more consistent. Also, both properties have a covered garage but the spaces are tight so harder to navigate with anything bigger than a regular car. This unit was good. Management was great at communications / preparing us for the stay. Management is very clear communicating that the property has the basics in the kitchen but be prepared - it maybe has less than some other units (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) but they do tell you this. They do have a ton of pots and pans but no pot holders. Not a big deal - just prepare. The unit could use some updating on fixtures / faucets but it was clean, great location, good management. I'd stay again.

Grandkids Vacation 2022

My wife and I are back to Navarre, this time with 4 of our grandkids - 2 boys & 2 girls ages 9,9,7 & 6. Yrs we were brave but had an amazing time and this is our 4th on this property and did not disappoint. First time in this particular unit and was allowed on property early to enjoy pool and beach before check in which was greatly appreciated. Unit was ready early and was clean as always and layout perfect for our needs - 2 beds in 2nd bedroom for the 4 grands and king in master with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed it thoroughly and know we will be back

We had the best condo

We traveled to Navarre beach as part of our family reunion beach trip. In total, we had 10 condos at Beach Colony. We had the best one :). The Furnishings were perfect, it was roomy and fit a big chunk of us in there for dinner one night! The view was outstanding. I would highly recommend Beach Colony in general. There are less than 10 rooms on a floor, making it feel super cozy. The Beach is the perfect walking distance, it wasn't too crowded, we were able to set up our tents next to our umbrella and chair rental, which is unusual. This one is in Beach Colony West, which we all decided was better because it comes with the chair rental :). The only negative were the appliances - they seemed super fancy, but when my engineer sister and chef husband couldn't figure out the stove, we knew we were in trouble. However, we called the manager and they eventually called back with how to make it work. I would just suggest a cheat sheet for the next guest. 5-stars! If we go back to the beach, it would be Navarre at Beach Colony!
