Our family loved Kims place! Very clean and had eveything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the pools and hot tub and it was so nice that we could walk to different restaurants and the gas station close by. Beautiful view of the Gulf right from the balcony. Kim was always very responsive.

In the dozen or more times I have contacted hosts through this site, I have never had a host as responsive as I had this time. I couldn't have been happier and we enjoyed our stay so much that I know we'll be back. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues throughout our whole stay. Although this is our first stay in this unit, we have stayed at the Pearl before and wanted to stay there again because we knew we really liked the building and location. I really couldn't say enough about the place or the host. Everything would be positive. For reference, if you've never been to Navarre and are looking for amusements or busy nightlife, this really isn't your area. We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and were looking to chill without the crowds. It's here, but don't tell everyone. I don't want everyone showing up. If I had one negative (if you can call it that), and it has nothing at all to do with the host, the community gym is awful. The equipment is very old, the dumbbells go only to 35lbs, there is one treadmill for the whole building, and the floor is filthy because it is often used as a cut through coming from the beach or the pool. It's also used as office space by one of the condo management people who I have never been able to acknowledge me when I say hi. But whatever. Don't let the gym be the reason you don't stay here. Everything else is amazing.

The check in process and communication with the property owner/manager was excellent. The unit was exactly as described with exceptional views. The on-site amenities were wonderful and while busy they were not crowded. The gated entry and parking were appreciated. The furniture, beds, televisions, etc were all comfortable and accommodating.We would book this unit without hesitation for future stays.

The best getaway

I was so impressed with the wonderful beachfront home, everything was spotless inside, the beach was also so well kept and pool was beautiful! The kitchen had plenty of equipment to cook with. Overall this was a perfect place to stay, would love to book again soon!!
