Maison de ville spacieuse et rĂ©novĂ©e situĂ©e au bord de l'ocĂ©an, avec 2 chambres Ă  coucher, Ă  quelques pas de la plage. Patios hors salon et les deux chambres. Le salon et la chambre principale orientïżœïżœs au sud sont chauds et ensoleillĂ©s en hiver et frais en ïżœïżœïżœïżœtĂ©. Vue agrïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœïżœable sur le lagon et la piscine! Internet, WIFI et HDTV. Garage privĂ©, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Cour de tennis mis Ă  jour. Une grande famille ou une escapade en couple. Proche de la vieille ville, du golf et des loisirs illimitĂ©s.

Sea Winds est assis le long de la rue Augustine Beach. Juste au sud se trouve le calme de Crescent Beach et de Summer Haven. Au nord cinq minutes, la rue Quartier historique des Augustins. À partir du parc d'État d'Anastasia, le St. L’AmphithĂ©Ăątre Augustine, la Ferme des Alligators et le St. Augustine Lighthouse, vous saurez que vous ĂȘtes arrivĂ©. Continuez sur le pont des Lions pour flĂąner dans St. George Street pour faire du shopping et se restaurer, ou dirigez-vous vers le Castillo de San Marcos ou la fontaine de la jeunesse pour assister Ă  des expositions de coups de canon.

Great beach stay!

This home is wonderful! It is very roomy and comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay at the beach. It is away from the crowds at downtown St Augustine, yet a very close drive to see the sights. It has handy grocery stores and restaurants, but feels uncrowded and quiet. I would stay here every time I go to St Augustine.

Beautiful beach!

This unit was a great size for two couples traveling through the area. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool and hot tub. Our only complaint was lack of toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom and only having one trash bag for a three night stay. When I inquired I was told they only supplied starter items...... we managed but it would have been nice to have tp in each bathroom and one extra trash bag. Also..... no hair dryers unlike every other VRBO unit I have stayed in.

The after hours check in was easy. The property was very nice and close to the beautiful beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. We will definitely come back!

Overall it was a good please to stay.

The property was nice. I liked the location to the beach and restaurants and such. I wasn’t very happy in the beginning. The rental agency never sent me any information on check in, so of course you would assume you go to the office there on the property. After talking to the woman at the office on-site, she gives us a phone number to find out how to get the keys. We had to search for the address of the rental agency. I called when I couldn’t find them and after getting a voicemail, I decided not to wait for a return call, we my family and are were tired and aggravated at this point and just wanted to get settled in. When I called back I was told, very rudely that the check in information was sent to me back in April. As I looked in my email, I found it was not sent to me so was told they could send it again. Then when I get there, I’m told that because of the recent storm, the main TV was not working and the cable people were coming the following day. I was told if I couldn’t wait for them to come, they would have to find someone to do this or reschedule. I initially said I would rather not wait for them myself as I’m a paying guest and was told that the rental agency didn’t have anyone at the moment to wait for them to come. So we wound up waiting for them the following morning and waited for the company to work on all 3 TV’s in the house. The second thing that aggravated me was that we couldn’t enjoy our patio because of the mess that was left from the animals, that I could tell had been there quite a while. (I understand they are going to make a mess, but I think it should’ve been cleaned up when the last person left or before we arrived.) Other than that, we had a good time. I really liked the location to the beach. It was a nice quick walk. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could think of. I just wish they would give a list of what is actually available so we could’ve came a little more prepared for what was needed and what wasn’t. Overall, we had a good stay.

My family and I had a fun and relaxing stay. The carpet upstairs is worn down but overall place is clean. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and direct access to the beach! Yes we will return!

Every convenience was provided for!

We enjoyed our stay here because it felt like a home! The amenities and details were provided, from kitchen tools to DVDs and linens. All family members had a balcony, a tv, and our own bathroom. Also, we were very close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for two couples for a get away weekend! We will be back and we did the whole St Augustine touring from there and it was too easy! Condo had everything and it was perfect!

Perfect location!

Our daughter is attending Flagler College and we needed a place that was close by for move in day as well as near the ocean. This fit the bill perfectly. There was just a short walk to the beach and the pool was literally around the corner. It's a short drive into the Old City, there's also a shopping area right down the road for necessities. The unit was clean and well maintained. There were more than enough towels and extra pillows available. Beach chairs were provided which cut down our our need to buy them and haul back to NJ. The use of the garage was greatly appreciated as we used the extra space to store our daughter's boxes for move in day. Check in was easy, we used the lock box since we arrived later than expected. We will definitely keep this in mind over the next four years that we'll be visiting the area!

Spacious, comfortable ocean-side 2-bedroom townhouse just a short private walk to the beach. Balconies off the living room and both bedrooms. The south-facing living room and primary bedroom are warm and sunny in winter and cool in summer!
