Récemment rénové, 3BR étapes à Pleasant Bay, prÚs de la plage Nauset

Un super endroit pour les familles! Profitez d'Orléans et du Cap extérieur depuis cette maison récemment mise à jour sur 1. 4 acres sur Barley Neck. L'accÚs à Pleasant Bay se trouve au bout de notre voie privée. Lancez un canoë, un kayak, un petit voilier ou un SUP pour explorer Pleasant Bay ou visitez le cÎté sud de la plage de Nauset.

L'accÚs à la plage de Nauset est à 3 km et pour les petits enfants ou une promenade sur les marées à marée basse, la plage de Skaket est à environ 8 km.

Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Orléans, c'est la meilleure combinaison d'accÚs aux plages de l'océan et de la baie, à des endroits isolés et à toutes les commodités pour des vacances en famille idéales.

Les chambres, salles de bains et terrasse ont été rénovées en 2015 et la cuisine a également été récemment rénovée. Le premier étage a deux chambres avec lit queen. Le deuxiÚme étage est un grand loft avec quatre lits jumeaux et un coin salon.

Il y a une grande cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un dßner au homard ou un festin gastronomique. Il y a une table à manger pour huit personnes et une table de cuisine pour quatre. La maison comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse Bosch et une corde à linge à proximité.

Le WiFi est inclus, ainsi que Roku pour le streaming vidéo.

Le pont, donnant sur Orie Lane et Pleasant Bar, a également été mis à jour en 2015 et comprend un barbecue à gaz. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure.

La propriĂ©tĂ© comprend un terrain de pĂ©tanque en terre battue, une aire de pique-nique et un foyer pour les soirĂ©es d'Ă©tĂ©. Les lucioles peuvent souvent ĂȘtre vues aprĂšs le coucher du soleil. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de beaucoup d'espace pour le volley-ball, le croquet, le football et les matchs de football ou de baseball. Ou, profitez simplement du calme de la prairie et des arbres sur notre propriĂ©tĂ©. Plusieurs emplacements sur la propriĂ©tĂ© peuvent accueillir un hamac

Une courte promenade jusqu'Ă  la fin de Barley Neck donne accĂšs Ă  des sentiers pĂ©destres qui sillonnent Pleasant Bay jusqu'Ă  Jackknife Point. Ces sentiers offrent un accĂšs Ă  l'observation des oiseaux et Ă  la pĂȘche.

La plage de Nauset est à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. La maison comprend des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, une glaciÚre et des boules de pétanque à l'usage des clients.

Terrific house in East Orleans, our favorite place in the world. The house is super well-equipped for cooking and beach trips. We appreciated the AC unit in the upstairs bedroom on hot days, the rest of the house stayed cool and comfortable. Wonderful fire pit and lawn area, great place to sit and watch the bunnies and birds. Host is very responsive. Hope to be able to stay here again!

This was our fourth year staying at Ed’s property, and continues to be fabulous.Location is great. Close to Nauset Beach. Quiet neighborhood with large yard, but close enough to town. Plenty of room between houses so the neighbors are not right on top of you.The house has everything you need. Updated, clean, open living area, lots of windows. It is so nice when you can have the windows open, and the breeze comes right through.We will definitely be back next year.

Ed and Kate were wonderful hosts! All details about the property and check-in/check-out process were clear and straight forward. Our family had a terrific stay in the house and on the cape. Nearby beaches and restaurants were great as well! Would recommend the drive to Mayflower Beach too. Thanks again!

Great Location and Spot for Family

One of the best bangs for my buck that I have stayed on Cape. Great location in Orleans close to Nauset and restaurants but far enough away thats its quiet and peaceful when you are outside. HUGE yard great for 7+ year old kids plenty of room for outdoor games.

Great Orleans experience

Nice Location

The house is in a nice location to get to local beaches and explore the island, while also being in a quiet neighborhood just off the beaten path. The yard was nice for hanging out after a busy day and for having a campfire at night.

This Orleans home was the perfect spot for our family, with a spacious yard perfect for kids to play and enjoy outdoor games, along with indoor toys upstairs to keep them entertained. We enjoyed watching the bunnies outside and roasting marshmallows in the firepit in the evenings. The well-equipped kitchen included all the necessary supplies for convenient meal preparation.The fantastic location offered easy access to the beaches, including ocean-side Nauset Beach and the calm, bay-side Skaket Beach, while remaining a quiet and peaceful retreat. It was only about 15 minutes from Nickerson State Park where we enjoyed hiking with the kids as well as the playground and pond.We hope to come again!

Great Stay in Orleans

We really enjoyed our stay in East Orleans. The property is well located in a nice residential neighborhood. The kitchen, living room and dining area were spacious and comfortable, and we loved having plentiful beach chairs, beach towels and bath towels provided. Our family got a kick out of the bocce court. The owner was super nice and gave us great advice on making the most of Orleans.

Excellent vacation

Ed's home is just adorable - cute, in a perfect location, wonderfully set up and clean. The attic space is perfectly setup for kids and my 6 year old nephew had an amazing time. We did a BBQ, walked to the nearby pond, fished and had the best vacation. Highly recommended.

Great House & Owner!

The house was great for our family of 5 (mom, dad & 2 adult kids one older teen). The kitchen came with everything that we needed to be able to balance meals out with meals in. Outdoor space included a fire pit that was lovely. Location was ideal for an equal # of day-trips to the Outer Cape and the Upper/Mid Cape. Great ice cream was a short drive away, beautiful roads for walking & running, short drive to ocean beach @ Nauset, and bay beaches @ Skaket & Rock Harbor. Beds were super comfy. Ed was GREAT to work with. There were no down sides to this rental!

Perfect home!

Our stay was great! This house is exactly as described and perhaps even better. Everything was there that we needed, down to spices, coffee, reusable shopping bags, so many details were thought of! The location is great - a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Orleans and any shop/restaurant you may need. Kitchen is equipped well if you want to cook at home. Ed is a great host and very responsive.

The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The owners are very thoughtful. In addition to all the kitchen equipment to cook any meals you could want, there are lots of toys for kids, a great yard with perfect pit for a fire, outdoor shower, and lots of nice towels. Perfect place

We were grateful to find a house that rents less than a week. The kitchen had a lot of pans, dishes, utensils which was great. I would suggest a few more lobster crackers- we only found 2 and there were 5 of us for lobster night.

Clean, bright and comfortable in Orleans

Easy house to stay at in a lovely neighborhood. Well equipped and property has a nice, large yard. Central living areas and kitchen are a nice space for gathering, as is the deck. We did not need to turn on AC, but each room had one. The upper loft would be a wonderful area for a family with children. Ed is an attentive host who truly seems to want his guests to have a wonderful time at the Cape.

Great location at a great price.

Check in was a breeze. Everything we needed for a vacation was provided. Convenient to a couple of local markets with delicious take out sandwiches and dinners. This place is also convenient to all parts of the cape, from Sandwich to Provincetown. 35 - 45 minutes gets you to either end and so much in between. Ed answered all our questions quickly. Any concerns he was always within reach. We would stay there again anytime we are back on the Cape.

What a great 2 weeks!

This is the first time we've stayed for 2 weeks and we come every summer - hands down best rental ever. Ed was fantastic and so communicative - most I've ever communicated with someone who we rented from - even checked in with us after a horrific storm passed through! The yard was enormous and perfect for cornhole games! The kitchen was amazingly stocked and we didn't even have to bring our beach chairs, boogie boards because it was all there. Can't say enough and minutes from Nauset so location couldn't be better - walked to breakfast and evenings at the Barley Neck on the lawn. Thank you Ed for a great stay!

If you love Nauset Beach this is the place for you

The location of this property is excellent for access to Nauset Beach (5 mins drive) and other attractions and services in Orleans. Located on a very quiet street/lane (save for a noisy and protective fury friend downs and across the lane!) this property has very nice and large grounds and is also a short walk of a few hundred yards away from access to Pleasant Bay (not beach territory). The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and the overall setup could be described as "classic Cape Cod cottage rental" - speaking as someone who's been coming to the Cape for over fifty years. We didn't need to ask Ed much of anything but when we did he responded quickly.

Love This House - 3rd Year!

This was our third year staying at 27 Twiss and we will be back again next year. The house has everything you need. It is modern, updated, clean and comfortable. This house would be great for a family. We had friends and family in town this year with children, and when they visited for dinner we were able to send the kids upstairs to play and didn't see them until it was time to leave. The bathrooms are both large and recently redone. We love the open floor plan of the living area and the deck. The yard is huge. The owners are great and super responsive. I highly recommend it!

Love this house!

This is our fourth year renting this house, and we will be back next year. The house is immaculate. We appreciate that linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully appointed. I cannot think of anything that we have ever needed that was not provided. It's great to be able to pack lightly and not worry we are going to be missing something. Location is great. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Nauset Beach, center of Orleans, and Route 6. There is a great small market, Nauset Farms, just down the road to pick up last minute supplies without having to go into town, if needed before heading to the beach. Ed has always been very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. We have never stayed with children, but the house is very family friendly. The upstairs bedroom/playroom is huge and full of toys and games. When friends have visited with children, it's lovely to be able to send them upstairs to keep them occupied. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Orleans vacation spot

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within a walk to Pleasant Bay and one to a dock where the kids fished for blue crabs, which they loved. It's an easy bike ride up Barley Neck Rd to a couple of good restaurants, and an equally easy trip to Nauset Beach via neighborhood streets until the final stretch on Beach Rd. Orleans is a great location, with beaches on the bay side and the ocean side and access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen items and, with windows on all sides, had amazing breezes and cross ventilation. The pictures and description of the house are accurate and reliable. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 7-14).

We spend most weekends during the summer in Orleans with our two girls and extended family. We have always favored the Outer Cape for its slower pace, National Seashore beaches, and green summers.

We are long-time Orleans visitors with family living nearby. The green summers of Barley Neck and the nearness of the Outer Beach bring us back each year.

Our home is on 1.4 private acres, including a large meadow for sports or quiet enjoyment. We have a fire pit, bocce court, and picnic area fronting the meadow. Our house features plenty of room, indoors and out, and easy access to the best of the Barely Neck and the outer cape.
