Votre maison sur l’île est située au dernier étage d’un immeuble en triplex - Pu'uwai O 'Kahalu'u (au cœur de Kahalu'u) Le garage permet d’accéder facilement à votre logement. Tout est neuf et vierge, ventilateurs de plafond partout. Cuisine bien approvisionnée et 1100 pieds carrés plus 350 pieds carrés de lanais couvert avec vue sur l'océan / plage. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec lits king size et un lit de repos avec 2 matelas jumeaux dans le salon. Endormez-vous au son du ressac!

Traversez la rue jusqu'au parc Kahalu'u Beach, le premier spot de plongée et de surf de l'île. Le quartier compte plusieurs magasins de location de planches et le voisin d'à côté dirige une école de surf. Équipement de plongée disponible à la location à la plage. À moins de 1,6 km, vous trouverez des magasins, des restaurants, une salle de cinéma, une épicerie, une pharmacie et les soins urgents de Keauhou. Nous espérons que ce n’est pas nécessaire. À moins de 3 km de la jetée de la baie de Keauhou, lieu de départ de diverses activités, dont la baignade avec les raies Manta. Our stay at Kahalu'u Bay was as amazing as I hoped it to be. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed. The showers were hot and loved the open plan (no doors or curtains). The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The living room couch was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. And the elevator was essential for our Mom who has trouble with stairs. But for the most part, we rented this because of the lanai overlooking Kahalu'u. Every moment we weren't touring or snorkeling we were on the lanai: coffee in the morning, afternoon naps, drinks at night, sunsets. We enjoyed watching the snorkelers and the surf lessons from our nigh perch. There is a gas-grill on the lanai and a dining set so you never have to cook inside. You can walk across the street to Kahalu'u. Kona Coast Vacations were available any time we called with questions and were very responsive.

Great location and the pictures don't do the property justice!

My wife and I visited the Big Island as part of our 30th wedding anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed our home for our stay on the Big Island. This location offered everything we needed and was conveniently located to both grocery stores and restaurants. If we ever make it back to the area, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Super view and very comfortable

This property had everything you could need in a Hawaiian vacation home. Beds were super comfortable, the deck (lanai) was spectacular. The breeze and fans in every room made it so comfortable, we never needed to use the air conditioning.

Beautiful home in a great location

This property is probably one of the most loved by my family. It is spacious, clean and well updated. Best snorkeling in Hawaii right across the street. Out favoutrite was the lanai..we lived watching sunsets from here, eating together and just spending time playing games in the afternoons. Overall a great stay! Will definitely come back!

This penthouse is exactly what we had envisioned after reading the reviews from other renters. We enjoyed everything about this place, location, sunset view from the Lanai, amenities, size of the rooms, bathrooms, etc. Rental office staff was very courteous and responsive! Thank you so much! Fantastic Penthouse - Fantastic location

The penthouse is the entire top floor, with an elevator, and outdoor shower for rinsing snorkel-scuba gear. Early morning views and sunset views of Kahaluu Beach from the very large lanai were the best. Penthouse has everything. Definitely will stay here again.

Great location, with a beautiful view. My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The lanai was perfect, we sat out there every night we could to watch the sunset. One of the a/c’s stopped working while we were there, I contacted the host and the a/c was replaced by the next morning. We were impressed by the quick response and how they handled the situation. The location is just far enough away from downtown Kona that you don’t get the road noise and heavy traffic, but still convenient to shops and other activities. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Kahalu'u Bay Penthouse

We just got home from our 21 day adventure on the Big Island. The Penthouse is fantastic, so well stocked, and centrally located. The Kona Vacations team is very responsive and David their concierge has world class offerings. The condo is everything it says and more. You will not be disappointed with the penthouse!

Seaside retreat

My wife and I enjoyed this unit so much. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to cook. The location can’t be beat as you have a gorgeous view of the ocean and can watch the surfers all day. The deck facing the ocean is large and it’s a 2 minute walk across the way to sit at the beach or snorkel. We recommend this unit as an excellent location. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location of rental is in an ideal spot. It's away from the main hub (Kailua-Kona) but still easily accessible for an evening out to explore/experience the many fine dining options around. And you can't forget that it's right across from Kahalu'u Beach, a popular spot for learning to surf and snorkel (observed it was popular with the families). Favorite part of the penthouse was the lanai; we enjoyed having such a spacious area for card playing, dinner and watching the sunset after a full day of exploration of the Big Island. -Mahalo

10x better than a hotel.

This place was a great find! You can just walk across the street to snorkel or surf. A supermarket and some restaurants are 2-3 minute drive. No loud music or drunken people hollering at night to worry about. You can sit at the spacious lanai and enjoy the amazing sunset. Inside is very spacious. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. Plenty of ceiling fans and air conditioners to keep you comfortable. The complimentary supplies were more than enough for my party of 2 that stayed for 5 days. The handy elevator was a plus. If I ever return to Big Island, I will be looking to rent this place again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful View & Quick access to beach/snorkel and surfing school

Spacious and well equipped this location was great. There are a few things that needed some repairs and they promptly replaced a broken washing machine. We were contacted the day after we arrive to make sure everything was OK and it wasn’t until day three that we realize some of the things that were needing a little TLC, such as one nonworking ceiling fan out of 8 others that were working. Internet, beach towels, and TVs were available along with a few puzzles. BBQ worked well. There’s even a small elevator to help you get to the penthouse!
