The recently installed split system air conditioning ensures your comfort throughout your stay, with units in the living room and both bedrooms. The master suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, providing a restful haven for all.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential cooking utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the private balcony, where you can soak in the stunning ocean views while savoring your favorite dishes.

Amazing view, amazing location with the best beach within minute for waves or snorkeling , a small mart right in front for all your last moment purchase. Could not have thought of anything better.

Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The beds were comfortable and the condo is exactly as the pictures depict. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. The view of the beach is magnificent. I would love to stay here again

Served its purpose well.

I just needed a place to stay while working for a few weeks. The place was clean and functional for the most part. The elevator was out of order for a few days on 2 separate occasions during my stay which caused some inconvenience because the stairwell requires a key for entry, of which, there is only 1. I had a coworker staying with me who worked a different shift. We had to continuously coordinate to ensure access to the building during those days. Other than that, there are no complaints. The view is great. The location is great. The beds are comfortable enough. The place is clean. Everything functioned well in the condo. I'm not sure what more you would ask for.

Wonderful Accommodations

The location was wonderful and we enjoyed being right on the ocean. The unit was well equipped with all kitchen needs and the management was very quick to replace a beach chair that was missing. Comfy beds and furniture too. We hope to stay here again!

Great view!

We have a great 9 day stay! Very relaxing view, we seen dolphins and enjoyed watching the surfers all day! Wonderful kitchen amenities to cook all our meals. We enjoyed our time away together. We had friends in another condo and we had fun playing cards at night.

Right on Ocean!

Our room overlooked the ocean. Fantastic views. Listing photos were 100% accurate. Loved watching the surfers from early morning till sunset from the lanai. Gorgeous sunsets! Hearing the waves crashing against the rocks was exactly what we wanted. The condo kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Excellent location - grocery stores, restaurants & shopping nearby. The pool & hot tub were clean & also on the ocean - great views. Having a gas bbq by the pool area was perfect. No complaints. For us, a perfect Hawaiian getaway.

Amazing Stay

Couldn't be happier with our stay and plan on returning. Right on the water with beautiful views. AC was a plus as the heat was intense. Comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. The 80” plus TV was nice too. Will def. be back.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great with access to shopping, restaurants and various beaches. The condo itself was pretty basic but it had everything we needed. The only downside for our group was that it's not a very kid friendly place and we had several kids in our group. They were excited to play in the pool but the rules about noise and activities are really strict. For that reason only, we probably wouldn't come back to this place unless it was only adults on the trip.

35th Anniversary

I loved the view of the ocean, it's a hot spot for surfing which is fun to watch. We seen dolphins basically daily as we sat on the lanai enjoying our morning coffee. Location is great, everything is within minutes. Has all your needs for cooking which we did almost daily and bar b que was convenient as well. Any questions we had were promptly answered as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy vacay place

We could've used some more paper products like at least one extra paper towel roll and more than one extra toilet paper roll, and more dishwasher detergent. We didn't find any beach towels and bath towels were limited. Otherwise I get not wasting a lot of soap etc. parking and check out was easy. We loved sitting on lanai and watching surfers. The cleaning smell was too strong on arrival.

No extra trash bags. Curtains do not cover windows completely, letting in a lot of light. Sliding main suite door had a defective panel. Sliding laundry machine door was broken upon arrival but then replaired. No lower level staircase key available in case elevator malfunctions. Charming place with great location.

Absolutely stunning view!

We had 2 couples for our week long stay and we all had a great time! We especially loved the mornings on the lanai and watching surfers every morning and evening. There’s a little tiny beach right next door which took us a 4 days to discover. Wish we had found it sooner as it has nice shade trees and a beautiful view as well, and the lanai can get pretty hot in the afternoon sun. The condo is older, with corrosion from the salt air, but is clean. The ocean waves crash against the barrier wall in the mornings so it’s difficult to keep the big windows clean from the salty ocean spray, but you can’t beat that view! Both king beds were comfortable, which is my top priority. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again

The Perfect Condo!!!

This condo is my dream condo!! What else can you ask for? It's very close to the water and the place has everything you can ask for! King bed is super comfy. We did nit want to leave. It is very spacious. It even has beach chairs and umbrella and cooler for your outings. I will want to stay here again. In fact I have recommended it to my friends . In the mornings I watch the surfers in front . You can grill your food downstairs and they have a heated pool. This unit is 10/10. Seriously . This is the condo to stay in Kona

DON'T DO IT

We stayed 3 nights. Our experience was a huge disappointment in the unit. The unit is moldy, mildewy, dirty and we had only 1 working shower for 2 of the 3 nights. The furniture is covered in vinyl and sagging. The washer worked but the dryer did not do a satisfactory job. The view was gorgeous as long as you were standing on the balcony. The windows are old and fogged. The linens are old and thin. The towels are frayed. The kitchen was relatively new and the refrigerator was clean. The bathrooms were extremely dirty.

Beautiful view!

The property is just as described, right on the ocean! It was fun watching the surfers right out the window. The 3 separate A/C units were great to have although the LED lights from the panels were a bit annoying at night. The unit is bright and airy, clean and comfortable. We personally loved having no carpet anywhere in the condo, just nice tile and LPV flooring. Kitchen was well stocked, and bathrooms had plenty of towels. The condo actually seemed bigger than the photos showed. The beds were comfortable and we really liked all the ceiling fans which kept the A/C distributed nicely. Condo is easy access right from the elevator, and garbage chute is conveniently located right outside the front door. We would absolutely stay here again!
