Santa Rosa Towers (unité 502) Condo 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain. Cette unité a été entièrement rénovée et est pratiquement neuve. Comprend de nombreuses améliorations comme de grandes moulures couronnées, des planchers en bois dur et en marbre et un thème de décoration côtière. L'unité offre certaines des vues les plus époustouflantes sur le golfe du Mexique. Assis dans le condo, vous avez le sentiment que vous avez raison sur la belle eau bleu-vert. Le condo est entièrement approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Préparez vos repas ou rendez-vous dans l'un des excellents restaurants de Pensacola Beaches. Our condo was beautiful with amazing gulf views. Tennis courts, outside pool and bikes were a great bonus! We had a wonderful stay, everything was clean and our condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need! Loved the privacy and the gated area.

Wonderful Views & Easy Beach Access!

This is our 2nd summer staying in this condo, and we were not disappointed. The owner is always quick to communicate and check in with you to ensure you're enjoying your stay. The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms are spacious. Love having the entire condo with floor to ceiling windows and beach views. It's only a short walk to the beach, and there's also a well-maintained pool to enjoy. I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

We like the location of this condo. It’s spacious, the pool is great, and the permanent residents living there are so friendly. I had to clean the refrigerator prior to putting food in it and there was a sticky spill on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The outdoor grill didn’t work along with the electrical plug on the patio. There is a nice patio table where we enjoy having our meals.

Amazing view

When you walk in all u see is ocean. After 1st night we did notice some small things, one TV didn't have a remote so u couldn't adjust the sound and it had lines on top of the screen. Paint chipping off cabinets. But overall this place was great. We all had a great time here.

Beautiful view, short walk to the beach

This is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. The manager needs to do the following. 1. Unplug the tub in the main bathroom so that it drains properly. 2. Get a different cleaning crew as we found human hair in two beds. They also need to clean between the box spring and the wall. We went and purchased new sheets and pillow cases as we did not believe the linen was clean. The place is very nice, but you also expect it to be clean and the drains work. We would go back, we hope the manager will take action on these two items. Thank you. Mike

Gorgeous View

Host responds quickly and accommodated early check in. The condo represented a grill it was electric did not work. Filthy condo and have pictures of proof. Black mold in both bathrooms again have pictures. Blood stains on master bedroom drapes. Main air return awful with dust again have pictures. Host did not respond when sent pictures and explanation after our stay. Did search for different condo but was not cost effective. Did not reach out to host when we were there did not want to have to waste time sitting there if he would have sent a cleaner. It would take all day and then some. Urine on toilet and floor. Again great views. We have spent money now do to severe allergies from the dust and filth.and sluder did nit open was broken..

I am very sorry to hear of these issues. As evidence of all our past 5 star reviews we take great pride in providing a clean family friendly condo. We out source most of our cleaning and unless we recieve feed back from our guests when they check in -we have no idea if it was not done properly. This feedback after our cleaning staff is vital for us . In my welcome text with check in instructions I had asked that you please let me know when you have arrived and that everything is good. I heard nothing from you until after you had checked out. A simple text of call and we would of made this right. A few of the other items you mentioned could of been easily attended to also. The BBQ is electric and it plugs into a ground fault receptacle. Sometime this gets tripped and just requires the button to be pushed to reset- a text or phone call could of solved this problem very easily. The slider in the master bedroom works perfectly. Once again a simple text or call and I could of explained that it’s a hurricane window and they are very heavy and need a good push to open. The vacuum also works perfect and was located in the laundry room above the washer and dryer. The filter when dirty just needs to be replaced to improve suction and we have extra filters on hand. Once again a simple text or call could of solved this. I am sorry your stay was not up to your expectations but we would of made it right and also been able to explain how to correct the other issues if you had reached out as I had asked. I am super easy to get ahold of and pride myself on a prompt reply

Visiting Pensacola Beach for 35 years we have stayed in many condos. This was our first time staying in the Santa Rosa Towers and it did not disappoint. The view was wonderful. Our condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items to make cooking easy. Board games, puzzles, beach chairs and a couple of bikes were available. Nothing can beat the scenery and view from the balcony. The property manager was very easy to contact and was quick to respond. This was a great stay!!! Thank You!!!
