Enjoyed the first floor access. You can't see the beach from the porch but it's just a short walk and no waiting on elevators. Nice and clean. Very comfortable.

It was an excellent place to stay. Super clean condo. The convenience of being so close to the pool it allowed us to watch our 10yr old at the pool from the back porch while also monitor our toddler napping. Which is big for us. Beach area wasnt crowded at all and was very nice

Perfect space & location

Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds, clean and smelled great. Located right on the beach and just a few steps to the pool. Can’t wait to stay again. Everyone in my family enjoyed their stay.

Renting was very easy, found the condo on line followed the instructions. Picked out the rooms that we wanted ( they were exactly as pictured).

Wonderful stay

We came to this property for a much needed family vacation. The location of this unit is fantastic
 right next to the pool and beach access. Everything was just as described and we were all comfortable. Bob, who takes care of the pool was so very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and book with VRBO and Southern Vacation Rentals.

Good location.

The condo was very clean and in a good location. There wasn’t any laundry detergent for the washer or salt/pepper in the kitchen and the key code for check-in could have been easier to find but other than that it was a nice place.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Plenty of room. On the ground floor right across from the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. Loved that the beach was not crowded as it is away fromthe tourist area. Absolutely gorgeous!

The condo we stayed in had the best stocked kitchen of anyplace we have stayed. It had everything. The condo was clean and all the staff on the complex was very nice and helpful. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was great. I would only suggest a little upgrade to the beds in each bedroom the beds were not comfortable. We even requested a late check out and the process was super easy. Communication was easy and very accommodating! Thank you!!

Absolutely perfect for family of 4!

We've stayed at many rentals and this was the cleanest, nicest place we've stayed. Location is absolutely perfect, walk out ground level to the pool, close enough to watch the kids swimming, short walk to the beach. The condo was a mix of vacationers and residents, who were all friendly and helpful. Ample parking - we had a boat and had no problem finding space to park it. The kitchen had everything you could ever want or need. This is a place we will return to. You're ON the beach, what else could you need, a short drive to the action but far enough to enjoy the peace.

You just can’t get any better than this! Direct access to the pool and the beach right out the patio door! Very quiet, extremely clean, first floor, end of building. It was awesome! I will definitely recommend this to everyone (just don’t book it when we need it!) đŸ€—

Best place ever!

We will definitely write this one down in the books to hopefully come back one day. Loved being in the bottom unit. Walked right out to the pool across from us and the beach is short, short walk. Only issue we had was the internet going in and out for about 3 days. No biggie cause we were having so much fun at beach.

Beach Time

Location was great. We were on the first floor able to walk out to the pool. Pictures are very accurate. The king size bed is a very firm mattress, this was difficult for me as I sleep on a sleep number bed and my number is 40. I like a soft mattress. We had 5 people in our party the 2 bathrooms worked out for us. Of course you don't get a gulf view being on the ground floor, it is only steps away. The beach and water are beautiful!

Perfect place to stay!!

Pros: - I brought my own cleaning products but no need to use because the unit was very clean. -Proximity to the beach and pool -Easy to just walk out the back and head to the pool or beach. - Access to Pensacola Trolley was easy -Perfect size bedrooms and includes a king size bed. - Included towels and washcloths as well as soap. - Well stocked Kitchen supplies such as pots and pans and plates, cups, and bowls CONS: The sliding patio door has a trip hazard and their needs to be something in place to prevent tripping or bumping toe all the time. Possibly a little ramp - Would be nice to have a small grill of some sort. -Would be nice to have a code for the sliding doors Overall this place was perfect for me and family. We don’t like being in high rises so the first floor was perfect to come and go. We enjoyed the waves of the beach and family atmosphere.

Construction

I booked the property in January and was not told there would be no access to the patio because of construction, there was horrendous grinding daily which was basically unbearable. Booked the property because of its 1st floor location with easy access to pool and beach as one of the guests have difficulty walking. That didn't work because the put a board in the patio door and blocked everything off. Was told they sent out notice to this construction (which I never received until after I complained) on April 2nd which is conveniently 2 days after we could have received a full refund. The condo was clean and spacious but unfortunately, we did not enjoy the stay because of all the noise and blocking of access out the patio. This condo should never have been rented during such a major construction project! Not a very happy customer. Had and 11 day vacation ruined!

Incredible condo

My mother and I felt safe and very satisfied with the condo. The unit # was not very visible, so we did have a small problem finding it. I would highly recommend Regency Towers!
