Summer vacation

Rustic 3 bedroom with extra gathering areas. Beautiful section of lake Lanier with new dbl dock, kayaks, slips with moderate walk to the water. Owners reasonable and friendly.

Great Cabin!!

The location of the cabin was great. It’s very close to all the stores in Cumming and in a quieter part of Lake Lanier. It was perfect for our family!!

Lovely cabin- very cozy and welcoming- fantastic location!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well-stocked and very charming, on a beautiful piece of property. It was conveniently located, making our tour of North Georgia and its wineries very easy.

Family Trip

This property is such a hidden gem. We had to change our Thanksgiving trip last minute from FL to GA and finding this location could not have been more perfect. Such a wonderful family house!!

Great weekend getaway

We brought our boats to the house for a weekend getaway for a 40th birthday party. The house is in a great location with easy access to the lake and ample room within. The owners were accommodating and great to rent from. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Great location on Lake Lanier - the two-story deck was fantastic. House was comfortable with plenty of space for our family of six. Owner was very helpful and easy to get hold of. Highly recommend this house.

Lovely setting

The property owner was very thorough and accomidating with our needs for the stay. Very relaxed environment which we needed after a long wedding production my wife was involved in. Beautiful, and the fish were biting too!

Perfect location for family vacation and boating

This was our second time at this property and we loved our stay there - position on the lake and boat dock for our boat is fabulous and the house comfortable and well supplied. My husband and I had the suite on the lower floor and our grandchildren and their parents had the first floor which worked well. I recommend this property.

Peaceful!

Great spot for 3 couples or 2 with kids since there's a bunk bed in one of the rooms. Included everything needed to relax on the water, grill out, and sit around the sunroom playing games. Also close to the wineries if you are planning to visit. Would stay again!

Delightful Getaway

We had a wonderful time by the Lake and easy access to local stores and outdoor activities. The house met all of our needs including being able to continue virtual work and school. The owner was very available.

living the Dream

went for a 2 day stay for a Graduation Party.....2 days is the tip of the iceberg,wish we could have stayed at leasta week! The house was perfect & compfy, comp;etely full of supplies The location was the BEST!! All we needed to take was our clothes and relax. Wonderful host!!!! Great location

Loved our stay in Dawsonville. The house was even better than described, very comfortable with all the amenities. Close to restaurants and shops. 40 min drive to Helen and 20 min to Dahlonega. Will look to stay here in the summer as the double decker boat ramp looked inviting.
