A spacious and quiet carriage house loft located two blocks from historic Old Town main street. Sleeps four: one bedroom with queen size bed and a trundle bed in front room that sleeps 2. One bath and full kitchen newly renovated. A cozy living area with wifi. In walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques such as Lefthand Brewery and Tasting Room, Ziggis, The Roost, The Pumphouse, Scrumptious, Adorn Home & Gift Gallery. Enjoy concerts, festivals, and movie screenings in neighborhood parks, Roosevelt and Thompson.
Please note there are 17 stairs to climb to enter the loft. Base rate subject to change with summer rates.

Loved our stay. The loft is well equipped, clean, nicely decorated, very cozy feel. Check—in and out was seamless. Host is responsive, communicative and the location is great. Will definitely be back.

Two comments about a lovely place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood--one, I'm a tea drinker and would have very much appreciated a tea kettle in the kitchen!Also, the stairs are very steep and rather long--fine for me but difficult for my friend who has had knee surgery. I think they would be a problem for many people and should be clearly noted in the description of the property.For myself, very glad I stayed there! Thank you!

Charming loft apartment over their garage in a very beautiful neighborhood. Location perfect for a stay in Longmont. Walk to restaurants/breweries/ coffee shops. They have a list of recommended places. Full kitchen, washer & dryer. While our stay was short, it’s perfect for a longer stay. We visited RMNP, Red Rocks (fyi we had zero issue getting a 2am uber back to Longmont, after a RR concert) We will definitely be back!

Our one-month stay at The Carriage House Loft was wonderful! The hosts were very friendly, and they responded immediately when a couple of (minor) issues arose. The place was welcoming, clean, well furnished, and well organized. There is a skylight over the bed, so we used eyemasks so we could sleep in in the mornings. It's in a very pleasant, walkable neighborhood.

We were in town for a music festival and this carriage house loft was the perfect stay! I don't think we have ever had a nicer VRBO, just as described, quite frankly probably better, they have not forgotten a thing Very comfortable and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

An ideal location in Longmont, and the carriage house was nicely renovated and relatively private above a detached garage. Joni is also a super welcoming and friendly host.Would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with our VRBO experience at this property. Very convenient for visiting with nearby family and some tourist activities. We had all the privacy and amenities necessary, and the host left some nice treats in the kitchen and bathroom for guests. The host’s yard is gorgeous, as well :) Super nice area in Longmont!

This was our second stay here. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed. Lots to do in Longmont within walking distance. Host is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Week in Longmont

We were in Longmont for a week visiting our daughter and family. The cottage was clean, quiet and comfortable-perfect for us. We were surprised the cottage was a bigger than we expected! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever had in VRBO. We did not cook much but the kitchen was well stocked. Joni was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Longmont

First, it's the perfect location for walking to Main St and a lot of other locations that are nearby. Also, Longmont is great central location for going to see other sites. It's a wonderful old neighborhood and quiet. You can hear the trains, but that's anywhere in the southern part of Longmont. The area above the garage is quite spacious. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Just an FYI for potential renters: you have to be able to go up and down a flight of stairs. Also, Joni was the first US host that we met and talked with. Definitely a good VRBO find.

Beautiful retreat in downtown Longmount

Stayed with a small group for a wedding nearby. The property is absolutely gorgeous and in a central location, an easy five minutes walk to downtown. Communication was fantastic, would recommend to anyone for a quiet weekend getaway.

Perfect Longmont Loft for Two

This loft apartment is perfect for two. Walkable distance to downtown Longmont and easy drives to Boulder and the front range. The place was spotless and well equipped to allow cooking some of our meals. Proprietor Joni is extremely personable and attentive. This place is a true gem

Everything we hoped for! Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed at this property for about 4 days. We were visiting my nephew at CU Boulder and doing some other activities. This was our first time ever staying at a VRBO rental property, so we were a little apprehensive. Also, the 70+ 5-star reviews seemed way too good to be true. But alas, it was the perfection we read about. Joni was a fabulous host and so responsive if we had any questions! I think I was concerned about cleanliness, but the place was immaculate. We also really appreciated and loved the restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed one of the best meals in years right down the street. The food and ambiance were amazing. We would 100% stay there again and I have already recommended the place to both of my sisters who will be visiting the area later this year. Joni set the bar high for us. Now, any future VRBO stays by us will be compared to our first-rate experience in Longmont!
