Our guest house has all brand new mattresses, a new couch and fresh paint (as well as design/decor). Located inside Longmont's architecturally intriguing "new urbanist" community, there's a great vibe and lots to do. In the neighborhood: restaurants, bars, coffee, hair salons, 3 parks, a Barbershop, and bike/jogging paths to downtown Longmont. Denver, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and world-class skiing are just a short drive away.

Your host lives next door, and enjoys meeting folks and helping them navigate the area's gems.

The house was perfect for my husband and I. We had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. I've stayed in Prospect before and the area is beautiful. Will definitely stay again.

What a great place! It’s clean, well-stocked, and definitely cared for. Brent is a responsive host with helpful, detailed communication. It was centrally located for all of our adventures in Denver and Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood is a beautiful, quirky little nook with some local gems. Highly recommend this stay!!

The neighborhood is beautiful, and the place was great. The location was perfect for seeing Rocky Mountain National Park, and also for getting back to the airport. We would highly recommend this rental unit. Thanks for sharing your guesthouse with us.Bill

We stayed here for 7 nights and loved both the VRBO apartment and the area. The host was easily accessible when needed and very responsive. The coffee / tea bar was well stocked, usable and included a French press my favorite and several types of tea. The Prospect New Town area has great walkability and is very close to downtown Longmont. One of the must see things is The Cheese Importers and be sure to frequent the local eatteries in the area.

Three of us stayed here for 7 nights in late July. The guesthouse was clean, the kitchen was great for cooking and the furniture was comfortable for watching TV. The location is convenient for walking to coffee and restaurants. Brent was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time to visit!

My daughter moved to Longmont this past summer and we found this comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is great for cooking and has most everything you need to make a lovely meal (which we did). The location is about ten minutes away from our daughter and in between this place and her place, there are lots of places to visit (shopping and eating). The mattress is comfortable (on the firm side of soft if that matters to you), the bathroom is roomy and bright. There is a washer and dryer and large closet for clothes. The living area is comfortable for watching tv or movies (which we also did). We hope this place is available for our next visit! It will feel like a home away from home if it is!

Prospect Park - Great Location

This was a clean, new, tidy apartment - perfect for a couple like us. The parking spot was right outside the entrance door. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. The livingroom furniture was also comfortable for watching TV and/or reading. The location was convenient for walking to coffee shops and restaurants. Brent was an exemplary host and answered any question in a timely manner. When we return to Longmont, we hope to stay here again.

A dreamy stay in beautiful Longmont

Such a great spot — close enough to great attractions but far enough for privacy and peace. The space has everything we needed for a short stay and more. Anything we thought of, the place had. Brent is also super communicative and offered great recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Longmont Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in a beautiful neighborhood in Longmont. The location was great - and the community was a huge surprise, with eateries within walking distance, and a neighborhood right out of a Christmas Village! The apartment was clean and comfy, and well-stocked - right down to the extra pillows and throw blankets, oversized TV, and coffee bar. On the south side of town, it was easy to get anywhere. We stayed here while neighborhood-hunting for an upcoming move to the Denver area, and it was perfect. Thanks, Brent!

A perfect little home away from home

This little carriage house was everything I needed for a two week stay. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. I was able to arrange a two week membership at the Gym at Prospect. AND. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with lots of thoughtful touches for extra coziness.

Touring Longmont

Brent was a great host; very knowledgeable and quick follow up. The parking was good with excellent directions to the unit. The kitchen was well appointed with new and very clean appliances. And there were things such as coffee, tea, etc that made the visit easy. We enjoyed it.

Perfect spot!

This adorable guesthouse was a perfect place to stay with my family. We were in town for a softball tournament so having a washer/dryer was a bonus! It’s situated in a cute neighborhood and is conveniently located to many great areas. We were able to easily get to Estes, Rocky National Park, Boulder and Red Rocks. The guesthouse provided all the essentials to get through the week with a great coffee bar with fresh coffee beans! I truly appreciated that! Very safe area! We would definitely stay again!

Cozy little home away from home

This is such a cute little cozy guesthouse! These are a few of the things that stood out for my husband and I when we stayed here: - Very clean and accurate to what the photos show. - Super cute, lots of character. - Nice amenities - even had a steamer which was perfect since we had a wedding to go to. - It’s in a quaint, sweet little neighborhood with a coffeehouse, bagel shop, patisserie, restaurants, and other cute little shops - Longmont is amazing. The scenery, parks, and walking paths are plentiful, and the local restaurants are exceptional! Jefe’s Tacos is a local Mexican restaurant recommended by Brent - 5 stars for sure! Love the atmosphere and the food was exceptional. - The mountains! You don’t have to drive far to experience the breathtaking view of the mountains. I highly recommend Lost Gulch Overlook in Boulder. Stunning! We will visit Longmont again, and this little guesthouse will be where we stay!

Wonderful stay at urban oasis

We have stayed at many rentals in the Boulder area while visiting family and this is one of our favorites. Quiet and very comfortable, nicely furnished, well stocked kitchen.(coffee, beans, and coffee grinder.) extra towels, and bath robes and large bathroom. A fun neighborhood to walk and check out cafés and a great French bakery. Very close to downtown Longmont and a short car ride to downtown Boulder. Lots of walking/hiking trails nearby. we look forward to staying again next year.
