En approchant de la maison 15, l’architecture spectaculaire vous coupera le souffle… il n’ya pas d’autre maison sur la côte de Monterey Bay. Une fois à l'intérieur, les vues sont incroyables. Profitez de regarder les dauphins, les phoques et de grandes vues sur la plage ouverte de l'intérieur ou de l'extérieur sur le pont. Gardez un œil sur le bec de baleine à bosse occasionnel à l'horizon!

Les escaliers de plage sont juste à côté de cette maison, donnant l'impression d'un accès privé à votre cour et à quelques pas de la plage. Quiconque préfère rester à l'intérieur peut regarder tout ce qui se passe sur la plage en contrebas. Un coin lecture confortable avec vue sur la plage et l'océan sera votre lieu de séjour.

Le salon et les chambres sont sur un seul étage, ce qui est idéal pour les grands-parents et les petits enfants. Les chambres sont bien séparées de l'espace de vie, offrant calme et intimité. Les sols en béton poli complètent l'architecture en plein essor, avec une moquette confortable dans les cinq chambres.

Profitez de la cheminée à bois tout en ramassant un film sur le téléviseur à écran plat du salon. Ou bien, notre deuxième téléviseur à écran plat peut divertir les enfants dans une autre pièce pendant que les adultes socialisent dans la grande salle.

Conservez des tonnes de nourriture dans le NOUVEAU grand réfrigérateur / congélateur en acier inoxydable et profitez de la table de cuisson Jenn-Air. La cuisine est équipée de toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin - ou commandez! Nous fournissons des menus de livraison pour les livreurs locaux qui viendront à Pajaro Dunes, alors même maman pourra se détendre à la plage pendant que quelqu'un d'autre cuisine!

Les cinq chambres sont configurées comme suit:
Master: King (vue sur l'océan)
Salon principal (séparé par des portes de poche): futon double (vue sur l'océan)
Chambre 3: Queen, lit de repos double, lit gigogne (vue vallée / ferme)
Chambre 4: lit Queen, lits superposés, matelas double (vue vallée / ferme)
Chambre 5: Queen (vue sur l'océan et la vallée / ferme)

Les trois salles de bain sont spacieuses, propres, modernes et privées. Une pompe à chaleur fait circuler de l'eau chaude dans les tuyaux pour une livraison rapide dans votre douche - vous n'attendez pas que votre eau chauffe!

Après une séance sur la plage, rincez vos enfants avec la douche extérieure chaude. Nous avons des chaises de plage pour tout votre groupe et un parasol.

Le nouveau barbecue au propane de Weber est installé sur une terrasse afin que même le chef du grill puisse profiter du paysage tout en dégustant de la nourriture.

Maison 15 deviendra votre destination annuelle pour faire des souvenirs de famille chéri année après année. Il livre bien à l'avance, alors faites vos réservations pendant que vos dates sont disponibles!

Pajaro Dunes ne permet pas les animaux de compagnie et nous appliquons strictement ce principe. Nous appliquons également les mêmes effectifs maximum jour et nuit (14 max). Nous n'hébergeons pas d'événements ou de rassemblements au-delà du maximum de 14 personnes (tous les adultes / enfants inclus). Tous les invités qui louent plusieurs maisons ne devraient pas utiliser la Maison 15 comme lieu de rassemblement pour tout le monde.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was steps from the ocean and incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. It’s truly family-friendly, with a comfortable layout and thoughtful touches that made traveling with kids easy.

Super clean place with room for everyone. Grandma liked that all was on one level with views so she did not have to go to actual beach to see the littles play. You do need to go up one staircase to reach the second floor where the stay happens (first floor is just storage). The stairs down to the beach are right nextdoor. The beach was awesome and empty and felt private. Stacey responded fast when we had any questions and we can't wait to return!

Excellent location, one of the bets spots on Pajaro Dunes

We really enjoyed out stay here. The property is close to parking, only a short walk. Amazing vistas of the beach and ocean! The house layout is great, bedrooms spread out. And the kitchen is pretty well stocked and reasonable for cooking if that's part of your plan.

What a lovely home! Location is perfect, of course, and the house is beautiful. The home has everything you need to really make yourself at home, and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

The house had some paint chipping in area that was dangerous for young ones.Also, a little concerned that all bedding items are not cleaned in between guests.Also,Need a larger tv in the living room area with streaming options.

thankful for the five stars, but the comments are puzzling. There's no dangerous chipping of paint or unlaundered bedding. The traveler did not contact us or respond to efforts to check in with them. The television is as shown and anything larger would block the wonderful fireplace. They left water damage on all the wood furniture and much more of a cleanup challenge than usual.

Beautiful house on the beach. Easily the nicest house in the neighborhood. Bring binoculars, because there are Whales and Dolphins barely in eyesight. I would highly recommend this property.

On the Beach

A home designed for the family to view and enjoy the ocean together. There are beautiful views of the ocean, beach, wildlife, and sunsets from the living area. The beach is long, sandy, and great for walks, runs, hunting sand dollars, watching wildlife, and for young and old to have all sorts of fun.

15 Plover Will Win You Over!

The house is so optimally positioned within the Dunes; completely facing the ocean, just steps to the sand! The sound of the waves was so relaxing and the sunset were breathtaking! We enjoyed walks, fishing, sunbathing digging for clams, BBQing, watching movies, playing games and connecting as a family (13 of us total!). We are so grateful for out time there and hope to make it an annual trip!

Another Relaxing, replenishing, restful Visit

This home is in a beautiful location on the dunes. This property sits a little closer on the dune to the beach. It's an inviting and comfortable home. It has everything to make your visit enjoyable and relaxing. You'll have the most phenomenal views from sunrise to the most memorable sunsets. And always a short walk down to the beach and ocean. We will always consider this home as an option to stay on Pajaro Dunes again. Stacey is always there to answer your questions or if you need anything, with timely assistance and response.

House we rented wasn't available due to a leak. They found day before arrival. They did accommodate and find another house but when we arrived it, there was a dead mouse in the sink and none of the windows besides two bedrooms you could actually see outside. Had two kitchens but way overkill. The beds all but one were very uncomfortable, towels felt cheap. Four of the five toilets were loose. We would never have rented this house. They said it would be our new favorite., Bigger is not better.

This person did not stay in this home due to a water heating issue (since fixed) and we proactively offered a guest-favorite oceanfront home with more bedrooms, space and amenities including a pool table. They looked and approved that home over other options readily available. Their comments about that other home are false and will be addressed - however, their review has nothing to do with this home or our services. They received a one star rating from us for their conduct throughout the rental process, prior to seeing their falsified review.

Perfect Family Beach House

Wonderful place to recreate family beach trips from years ago with a new generation on a new coast. The house worked well for 4 couples and 2 small children. The water views are amazing. We saw lots of birds, seals and maybe a whale spout. Beach is beautiful and easily accessible. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The Internet worked well. We look forward to coming back here or to a smaller home in Pajaro Dunes. Use of carts to transports things to and from cars was a non-issue. Short walk, smooth walkways. Communication with the owner was quick and not necessary during the stay.

Beachfront Heaven for family getaway

This house is so lovely and located oceanfront and just steps from the beach with nothing impeding the view of the ocean and beach from the decks, living room, dining room, master bedroom. The home was very clean and we felt relaxed immediately. There are lots of bedrooms to choose from with different bed setups. My son especially liked the bunk bed. This home felt very safe behind a gated entry for cars to enter the Pajaro Dunes houses area. An upgrade to the washcloths and towels and saute/frying pans would really be my only suggestion. I would return in an instant. My parents are seniors and my son is under 5 and we all found it to be paradise. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Beautiful location

Had a wonderful stay at 15 Plover. The views were amazing and location couldn’t be better. The living room/ dining area was great and even the windows were washed before we arrived. Note: you cannot even enter the Pajaro Dunes area until 4 pm, so don’t try to check in early. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more forks as with 13 pp we had to constantly wash forks. (there are a lot of spoons/knives) As others have reported, the furniture in the bedrooms is dated, there are no headboards on the beds and one bed is on the floor. Remember to bring shampoo. Overall we’d go back in a minute, but know the high nightly cost is for the views and location.

Hi Lara, thanks for your review and sharing your enjoyment of this home! We have not heard forks were an issue until this review so we will go ahead and get more. The 4 pm entry is to ensure we can complete window washing and deep cleaning the home for guests -- it is impeccably clean on arrival. The rest of the home is as pictured in the photos and video before booking and is the most popular home in this amazing community! In just the past year it got new paint, cabinet faces, and is continually kept in good condition in an extreme location. Please note the rental cost is for the oceanfront location, views, being in a guarded community, as well as the home itself being a modern recent construction with amenities such as radiant floors and continually updated appliances, maintenance and all other primary guest needs. Importantly, this includes outstanding service 24/7. During your stay we received an email at 5 pm that the fridge had gone warm. We don't stand for inconveniences! Within an hour we had coolers and ice to you and within 2 hours we had a full size extra fridge brought to you on the second floor there. We were so happy to get your thanks for the "awesome troubleshooting, you are a rock star!" (strangely the 5 year old fridge died and has been replaced) To our readers, this is a five star home with service you won't get anywhere else. :)

Beach Bliss!

Everything was as described in the listing, and the actual experience of it was even better than we anticipated!! We had a family group ages 2-62, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Having the balcony to sit on and read, soak up the sun, or just get lost in the rhythm of the waves, was such wonderful thing. The balcony is in the pictures, but you have to be there to experience the feeling of any stress you came in with being washed away. Also, you’re close enough to connect with your people on the sand, and that’s such a gift when you’ve got babies that need naps, etc. the neighborhood also has a wonderful walking path that gave the toddlers a non-beach place to go for walks. The house was very clean, and really well appointed. Our “chefs” said they did not want for anything in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and had quality linens. And, there are incredible views from all over the house. Even if you don’t step out on the balcony, the sweeping views of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows will ease your mind, calm your heart and renew your spirit. House 15 won’t disappoint! It provides a true vacation destination and a backdrop for making memories!!

I've never been disappointed when using "VRBO" This house was beautiful. I had 3 of my favorite girlfriends come and stay and we had a great time. Will definitely be back for a much longer stay. And Stacy returned my email questions as well as phone calls promptly. Thank you so much Vivian
