Cette belle ville-maison est au milieu de tout ce que Breckenridge historique a à offrir. Il se trouve à un pùté de maisons de la rue principale et de ses nombreux restaurants et magasins. 



Cette unité est Ski-In seulement. Vous pouvez skier le sentier Skyway Skiway, Lower 4oclock Run et la piste de ski Gondola qui courent tous à proximité du condo. Le condo est sur Ski Hill Road, en bas, prÚs de Mountain Thunder Lodge, si vous regardez une carte. Vous pouvez google GOBRECK qui aura des cartes de sentiers. Il y a aussi une navette gratuite en face de la copropriété qui peut vous conduire à d'autres ascenseurs vers d'innombrables pistes. Promenez-vous dans les nombreuses activités disponibles en ville ou prenez votre voiture depuis votre garage privé chauffé. Le condo est également à distance de marche de la télécabine gratuite.



La maison de ville a un beau dĂ©cor de montagne pour vous rappeler que vous ĂȘtes dans les hauts pays du Colorado. L'unitĂ© spacieuse de 1264 pieds carrĂ©s a 2 niveaux, avec 2 des chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur avec une salle de bain complĂšte. Le niveau supĂ©rieur a un salon / salle Ă  manger / cuisine Ă  aire ouverte avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s et un balcon avec barbecue au gaz et bistro pour votre plaisir. Vous pourrez vous dïżœïżœtendre prĂšs de la cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz confortable dans le salon aprĂšs une journĂ©e de divertissement en plein air.



Le niveau supérieur La chambre principale a un lit queen size, la télévision et sa propre salle de bain privée qui a une baignoire à remous et douche séparée. Il y a une vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon.



Les chambres de niveau inférieur offrent un lit queen dans une chambre, avec un lit superposé simple / queen dans l'autre. Les deux de ces chambres ont une télévision pour votre plaisir et chacune a son propre balcon.



La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles, casseroles, assiettes, verres, torchons, savon, savon à vaisselle, essuie-tout, etc. La maison de ville a également sa propre laveuse / sécheuse.



Il y a un bain à remous extérieur qui est partagée avec les autres condos dans ce petit complexe. Il est situé à quelques pas au rez-de-chaussée.

The accommodations and location were perfect for our family holiday ski vacation. The layout was exactly what we needed, 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and gathering area to relax in front of fire, large table for meals and games. It was easy to control temperature settings for comfort and there were nice fans to use for white noise in the bedrooms. All furnishings were nice and comfortable. We cooked all of our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. This property is managed by a third party called Journey West and they were very responsive and immediately helpful, even during peak holiday time. Very easy 1-2 minute walk to Gold Route shuttle stop with skis. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great location, plenty of room for our group. We were here in early June so no AC wasn't a problem, but could be later in the summer. Well equipped with plenty of fans. Would definitely book again - good communication.

Overall it was very nice. The towels were amazing but the mattresses, sheets and pillows were horrible. Everything was very clean. We had a hard time cooling the place down, even with windows open, maybe the thermostat was broken?? Coffee was really really bad. Master bath was amazing, LOVED the tub. Nice walking distance to town!

Great location in Breck

The condo was in great location to walk to Main Street to explore the shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the shuttle for skiing. It was clean and a great space for 2 families with kids to share!

Great space and location for a skiing vacation. Easy walking distance to the gondola and from the bottom of lower 4 o'clock at the end of a day of skiing. My family had a great time and would enjoy staying again in the future!

Amazing apartment with great location!

We stayed in Twin Elk Lodge over a Christmas break and had a blast. The place is clean and has everything you need to feel like you’re at home. It is a short walk away from gondola and the bus stop to other ski lifts. We love Breck and will be back!

Three couples stayed. We walked a short 2-3 blocks each night for dinners in downtown Breck. Easy to get to gondola to ski. Katie was very helpful before we stayed answering any questions. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect location and accommodations for a family of 5

Katie is a great host. And the HOA guy also super. We loved our stay and would stay here again. We loved being so close to town and the bus for skiing literally pulled up seconds after we made the short trek to the stop. Ski in was great. Condo was clean and comfy. Amazing place

Comfy, well located condo in Beautiful Breck

The condo had everything a group of 5 could have wanted for a week-long ski trip. Furnishings were homely. Living/sleeping areas were comfortable. Excellent amount of crockery, glassware, and general other things (toilet paper etc) to make our stay easy. Location was excellent (5 minute walk to Gondola, whilst was possible to ski-in close to the condo at end of the day). We really enjoyed the hot tub, using it every evening to soak away the aches and pains. All in all I wouldn't think twice about booking the condo again if another trip to Breck were to happen.

Amazing Stay

We had a great time in this townhouse. The location couldn’t be any better. It was very close to Peak 9 and very convenient to downtown. The host was very accommodating and was quick to reply on more than one occasion. The house layout was great and with it being so cold outside, temp control inside was wonderful. Beds and bedding were also very good. Xfinity service was an added bonus instead of just streaming. Kitchen was well stocked and even included various spices. We will definitely be back when we need 3 beds and baths. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the heart of downtown Breckenridge.

Property was as advertised within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops on Main St. Easily accommodated 6 adults with 3 bedrooms/3 baths. Large living room and kitchen area for the group to gather apres ski. Access to Breckenridge slopes was most easily achieved via the nearby Free Ride bus stop. We used the outdoor parking space right outside the condo since our massive rental vehicle was a little too large for the heated garage. The garage served as our ski equipment storage area. Condo was clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Katie, the renter, provided all necessary access information prior to our arrival and we had no reason to contact her during our stay.

Great location and wonderful amenities!

My family (six adults and one baby) had a wonderful time at Twin Elk Lodge for Christmas! The rooms were great and plenty of space. The location is a quick walk to Main Street, down the road from the City Market, and an easy shuttle ride up to peak 7 or 8! The hot tub was so great at the end of a long day and the condo had everything we'd need. The only negatives are the dryer kind of ruined some of the items we washed and didn't dry anything fully and the humidifiers provided were mostly broken and/or had mold inside and need to be replaced. There is also a lot of furniture in the living space and it's quite crammed/hard to maneuver around. Otherwise a great time and would gladly stay again! Thank you Katie!

Incredible!

This was our first time skiing out west and Breck & the condo did not disappoint. Property was as advertised. We were comfortable with 5 adults and 2 teens. Proximity to Main St was an easy walk down to Main St. We took the shuttle which was right around the corner from the property up to Peak 7 or 8 and at the end of the day took the gondola down and then a short bus ride to the condo. Not bad at all. You could ski all the way down but would have to walk up Ski Hill Rd and with ski boots would be difficult. We were perfectly happy with the process. We had a few maintenance issues but property management had it fixed within hours. Would highly recommend this property!

Family Getaway

Property was well located, walking distance into town. We didn't realize we would walk up a flight of stairs to gain entry into the condo and another flight of stairs to the master bedroom. There were a couple of small maintenance items we noted on our exit message and the manager seemed very willing to fix these. We were disappointed that we shared a small hot tub with other units. Frequently there was someone there and we didn't think the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 teen children) would even fit so we didn't bother trying to use it.
