Bienvenue dans notre belle villa de 2 chambres avec toutes les grandes commodités pour un séjour formidable. casita individuelle qui offre une sécurité d'intimité et 24 heures. Moderne, cuisine complÚte avec tous les appareils nécessaires .La chambre principale a un lit queen size avec beaucoup de rangement et d'une télévision. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen avec espace de stockage supplémentaire. Grand salon ont cùble / satellite avec la télévision un nouveau grand écran de télévision. et WI-Fi
Il y a une grande terrasse couverte pour se détendre, dßner ou profiter des couchers de soleil impressionnants. La belle piscine est à cÎté de la terrasse .. Les clients ont accÚs aux piscines quatre communautaires, court de tennis, terrain de basket, et salle de jeux. La plage est à 5 min à pied ou vous pouvez sauter sur des véhicules transporteurs gratuits qui vous emmÚnera partout sur le site. Il y a un certain nombre de plages isolées, le tout dans une heure de route. La piscine principale a un grand bar en milieu de piscine. Il y a un certain nombre de petits magasins de proximité sur site. La Villa est dans une communauté fermée sécurisée avec 24 h. le personnel de sécurité. Un parking sécurisé pour votre véhicule. Vous pouvez prendre un taxi ou un court 15 min. marcher dans les épiceries locales ou les magasins.
La Villa est un court 20 min. en voiture de l'aéroport de Liberia sur les nouvelles routes pavées.
Il y a cinq parcs nationaux, le tout dans un lecteur quelques heures, y compris le lac Arenal, qui bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un volcan, sources chaudes et un spa de classe mondiale. il y a un certain nombre d'autres prĂšs du volcan par. sont Ă©galement Ă  proximitĂ© pĂȘche en haute mer, en premiĂšre classe plongĂ©e sous-marine, plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, quatre lignes de wheeling et zip, pour ne citer que quelques-uns. Dans une heure de route lĂ -bas une des cascades, des parcs de jeux, et les aventures de la riviĂšre.

Having lived in Costa Rica for the last 27 years, we have been to a fair share of resorts and condos. Villa 44 was just what we needed for a quick getaway from the interior rain forest where we live. The Villa was super clean, had everything kitchen-wise we needed, the owners and manager were responsive. The little pool out front and that glorious hammock, hit just right!We enjoyed the pool and the magnificent Sunset, from La Bahia, which is a quick walk. The shuttles were fun and convenient. Overall its one of the best beach excursions our family of 5 ever had here and I thank the thoughtful owners and management for providing everything we would need to cook and maintain our little group over our quick stay. We will certainly be back!

Loved this location. Beautiful patio with a little pool, swing and hammock with views of the ocean and Playa Hermosa. There were a couple of broken items in the home when we arrived, we contacted the property manager and she came within 2 hours with brand new products. The only thing I would add would be for them to provide ant traps. There was quite a lot in the kitchen. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable few days.

We forgot to sign the guest book but we had the most amazing time! Love that it’s owned by fellow BCers :D. The cabana is the perfect size, plenty of room with great AC and its own pool. The views are stunning and it’s so close to the restaurants/ pool bars/ beaches. Would recommend to anyone. So easy to find and the staff and amenities were fantastic.

Nos encantĂł la estadĂ­a en esta casa 😊. Es amplia, cĂłmoda y muy bien equipada. Tiene dos cuartos, un baño, una sala y comedor espaciosos, ademĂĄs de una cocina con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dĂ­as sin preocuparse por nada. La zona de lavado y la piscina privada son un gran plus, perfectas para relajarse y disfrutar. Algo que realmente apreciamos fue lo limpia que estaba la casa. Se nota que la fumigan con frecuencia, porque no habĂ­a ni un solo insecto. TambiĂ©n nos encantaron las cortinas del corredor, que dan privacidad en todo momento y hacen que el espacio se sienta aĂșn mĂĄs acogedor. Como detalle a considerar (aunque no tiene que ver con la casa), hay bastantes mapaches en la zona; cuando huelen comida se acercan y pueden ser algo insistentes, por lo que recomiendo dejar cerradas las puertas y ser muy cuidadoso con los desechos. SerĂ­a genial si el complejo Villas del Sol implementara un plan de reciclaje, asĂ­ todos los huĂ©spedes podrĂ­an separar los desechos y ayudar un poco mĂĄs al medio ambiente 🌿. En general, ÂĄuna excelente opciĂłn para descansar y disfrutar! ❀

Overall great. It is inside a resort community.

Overall great.The property is inside Villa Sol, which is not on the listing. Playa Hermosa has multiple normal villas, & Villa Sol/Condovac. The plus was there is a shuttle that will take you to the beach. The minus is you need a wrist bracelet and a car parking pass. Condovac is on the same property and also has shuttles, but you can’t use them. The villa does not have an instruction manual inside the house so you are on your own to figure out why there is no way to open the safe, how to operate the television, how to re-set the router, what Villa Sol services are accessible to you and which are not, or why the shuttle is rarely or never available to go back up the mountain (Villa Sol has few and only some of them are small enough to fit on the back roads). Having lived in Playa Hermosa before, I knew simple things like to turn the AC off when we weren’t home. The mapaches (long-nosed raccoons) and stray cats have learned how to open the back door. Be careful. The house needs two sets of keys if more than one person is staying there. The person who stays behind cannot open the back door from the inside without a key.The property manager is very, very responsive and helpful. A manual in the house would have made her job easier as would spare batteries for the remotes.This listing is charged in Canadian dollars. If you pay with any other currency, in addition to your rental fee an uncalculated exchange rate charge is added to your deposit and your final payment. 5/25

The unit was fine, well located within the complex, great view, well stocked, and a shuttle to and from the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, it's great. But if you want to surf, snorkel, zip, tube, etc. those things are far.

Amazing villa close to the beach

Villa Rica offered everything we needed as a family for a relaxing get away. Kids definitely appreciated the pool and hammock and with fully stocked kitchen we could eat in when we rather stay in and relax. Villa is located in a gated community with its own pool and jacuzzi and is walking distance from the beach or you can use the shuttle. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great, relaxing villa!

Lovely villa, close to the beach and walking distance to all amenities. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Playa Hermosa is more laid back and quiet than some of the other beach towns nearby, and the villas here were quiet too. Only thing that was a bit confusing was the address as google maps didn’t recognize it, but it wasn’t too difficult to figure out.

Amazing villa with Gorgeous Sunsets

Awesome property! Pictures do not do it justice. So comfortable with closets filled with everything you could need, cooler, snorkels etc... Kitchen was fully stocked with all cookware and utensils. We were raided by very messy racoons in the kitchen during the middle of the night. They can open the patio doors when closed. They must be locked. Also, shower is cold. The beach and pool are must do! We would just start walking and truck would come by and pick us up and deliver us right to the beach or villa. We highly recommend this villa.

Great location for quiet time.

Happy with the overall stay, only bad thing was that I had no hot water the entire time I was there. Showers were the worst part of the day.

A Slice of Paradise

This condo exceeded all our expectations. It’s spacious, comfortably and tastefully decorated with everything you need for cooking, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the beach or pool. We made use of the boogie board, fins and masks, pool noodle, many towels and beach umbrella. The condo is incredibly well-stocked. We loved the coffee and even made Shirley Temples for the kids with the grenadine someone left behind (but not for breakfast, haha). The villa is actually part of a resort with daytime, poolside, beachfront and evening activities, and the staff is so nice. Beware of the price of drinks at the pool bar. Everything was wonderful but the highlight for us was the plunge pool and patio with an amazing view (Ocean! Sunset!). The kids had so much fun in it. When they went inside , I stood in the pool gazing upon the view with my coffee or beer. Wow. The only thing I’d change is 2 beds in one of the bedrooms- so the kids don’t have to share. But, this was a minuscule issue compared to the enjoyment we got from this heavenly little property.
