Great Spot

Very pretty location in a nice gated community. We had a great view of the ocean and a preserve. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Stay

The trip was amazing. The unit was even more spacious than the pictures showed. Extremely clean and offered many items needed for our stay. The view from the living room and master are gorgeous. We were able to wake up to the sunrise every morning. We had plenty of room to chill out and enjoy in between swimming. The on site bar and grill was great right at the pool. Activities for the kids were offered at the pool as well. The boardwalk to the beach was well maintained and it was such a short walk to the beach. One of our top favorites stays in FL. The owner was easy and quick with communication.

The very BEST

I have never been to a condo so clean. The entire building was spotless. Checkin was efficient and easy. There were extra blankets, paper, towels, etc. Each room was cozy and comfortable. We are planning to stay here again very soon. I would definitely recommend staying here. 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Loved the decor. Everything worked, clean. Lots of beach stuff in the closet. Owner was accommodating and accessible. Just an fyi no spices or oils so if you plan to cook you may want to bring them.

Best view

I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s one of my favorite spots at Topsl! Best view and perfect location. Easy access to the beach! The only downside is the beds are uncomfortable. But I’ll be staying again!

70th Birthday Vacation

Property was nicely decorated and amenities were provided for all our possible needs. Wish the weather had been better and we could have used the beach. Leave it to us to pick a time with tornado warnings and double red flags!

Perfect!

The condo was clean, spacious, updated, and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the grounds were also clean and beautiful. The pools and beaches were easily accessible and just amazing. I can't say enough about this unit and property overall. It's our second time at Tops'l and we'll continue to visit through the years, as it is just a peaceful, beautiful haven for me and our family.

Easy check in! Very nice place with beautifully decorated. Small things noticed but not a big deal- guest bedroom comforter needs to be replaced. Bathroom towel bar was broken. TV in living room couldn’t get regular stations Overall great place to stay and would recommend.

Very disappointing stay

Reserved day before, received no response. Had trouble checking in because had no info. Late check in resulted. There was SAND on top of bed. Obviously had NOT been even checked, or cleaned. No excuse for this. A mildew/mold smell permeates throughout condo. Maybe the mold growing on ceiling in bathroom and in bedroom where vent is is problem. A drone flew over condo and hovered over balcony and into living room twice! I have video and photos. Reported twice to 2 different employees, no response or followup. This great location needs attention. Should not have taken the bait. Not worth what we paid. Sorry

Absolutely loved this property...updated with all new appliances and decor is absolutely superb. This property isn't directly on the beach but is very close. Maybe a 5-7 minute walk at the most. We enjoyed the hottub, sauna and the girls loved the steamroom. The oceanview is absolutely beautiful. I was able to capture a few sunrises while we were there. We slept with the bedroom sliding door open most nights and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean. Our only dislike was the size and area of the deck. But...all of the pros outweigh this con. We will most definitely continue to book with this property.

Tops’l Beach Manor

Nice location with beautiful view of ocean and forested lands. Decor and amenities were lovely, and access to resort pools, restaurants, and beaches was easy and convenient. Parking was super easy. Would stay here again!
