The Roswell Cabin @ Area 51 is a modern, yet rustic, conspiracy retro themed urban cabin with pool. This 3 bed, 1 bath cabin in historic downtown Hurricane UT (about 20 min. from Zion National Park main entrance.) This unit is part of the Area 51 themed Micro Resort - a fun play on conspiracy, imagination and quality family time.

Located in historic downtown Hurricane UT (about 20 min. from Zion National Park main entrance). Minutes to Quail Lake or Sand Hollow Lake. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and antique shops.


You will have access to the entire cabin and common areas.

Pool and Pool Area: This amenity consists of a play pool with a volleyball net, a shaded shamu shelf wading area as well as a large hot tub. The pool is common space area and is enclosed in a private fenced area with locking gates. DO NOT PROP gate doors open at any time.

NOTE: The hot tub is accessible year-round and is easy to heat. The pool is heated for Presidents Day weekend through spring break as well as the month of October as well as the Thanksgiving weekend. Pool may or maynot be heated for Christmas and New year holidays subject to ground and air temps. IF you rent the entire micro resort, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. We do not heat the pool in the summer months.

Renovated in July 2021, this pet friendly unit sleeps up to 6 guests in beds. Themed to capture the mid-century American road trip with a mix of route 66 and the 1950's flare with an occasional "alien" spoof.

Updated kitchen with new countertops, well equipped to host 6-7 guests. Great room with TV and dining area - the perfect space to kick back or play board games. This unit also has a great front porch with a grill, picnic table and conversation area. A cozy cabin experience in the city! Close to restaurants, grocery stores and antique shops.

Trailer parking - ATV's, Side-by-Sides or Boats. Minutes to Quail Lake or Sand Hollow Lake.

This little gem is placed a short drive from Zion National Park as well as all the wonderful outdoor venues that the greater St. George area has to offer.

PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $45 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.

(Pet fee is not automatically applied and will be due after booking)

2-4 days before arrival you will get a link to our check in instructions. Please check that your number is updated in Airbnb. If your number changes after booking, please send a message and let us know. All occupancies subject to owner approval.
