Appartement de luxe à Santa Maria Novella, Suite Rodolfo

Notre appartement Rodolfo vient d'être rénové à 200 mètres de la gare Santa Maria Novella et à 5 minutes à pied de la cathédrale et des attractions de Florence. Extrêmement calme et finement meublé, il dispose de tout le confort, y compris une connexion Wi-Fi, une grande télévision, un salon avec canapé-lit, une terrasse propice à la détente, une cuisine, 2 salles de bain, deux chambres doubles avec placards, une chambre avec deux lits simples. des lits et un lit bébé. Grâce à sa position et à son confort, Rodolfo est parfait pour les séjours longs et courts.

Notre résidence est située dans le quartier de Santa Maria Novella, où se trouvent la magnifique basilique de Santa Maria Novella, la pharmacie de Santa Maria Novella, le musée Novecento et d’autres beautés. Le quartier est la plaque tournante de la ville, avec la gare centrale de Santa Maria Novella, la gare centrale de Santa Maria Novella. Les appartements sont à 5 minutes de l'Arno, du Duomo, à 10 minutes du Ponte Vecchio et du Palazzo Vecchio.

L'appartement est à 200 mètres de la gare centrale, la gare routière, qui relie la ville à l'aéroport à partir de février 2018.
Nous avons un accord avec un parking à 200 mètres de notre emplacement,
- pour chaque séjour de 26 heures, 21 € pour les petites voitures;
- pour chaque séjour de 26 heures, 25 € pour les SUV et les grosses voitures.

We had window/doors open in downstairs bedroom but this invited in MANY mosquitoes. Just beware of that. Kitchen supplied well, would have liked more espresso pods. It’s been nicely updated, but it is still a very old building. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Very close to train station and many restaurants close by. Loved our visit to Florence!

A Great Time in Italy

A wonderful apartment in a terrific location! Plenty of room for our family! Very close to the train/tram station, a market down the street and very walkable to almost all sites in Florence. the apartment was much more space than needed for one person and the steep climb to the top floor was very problemmatic. The 40 stairs were listed as an amenity in the registration form so it did not register as to what it would mean in terms of the climb with luggage.

The property was absolutely adorable. However, it was not noted it was on the second floor. That would have been very informative considering myself and boyfriend and some disabilities. Also, there was no maid service during a week long stay. Only by request. This would be another good improvement.
