This place was spacious, had a cute little balcony, and a very comfortable bed! They have great communication and the check in process was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great! It was on the quieter side of the river, but still within easy access of everything we wanted to do. There was ample space for me and my husband and was the perfect home for our time in Florence.

We loved our experience! We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the location. Everything is 15-20 min. walk and the check in was super easy. Amazing place!!

We had an excellent stay at this property! My husband and I were pleased with how much bigger the apartment was in person than what we expected based on pictures. We loved the little terrace and that we had two bathrooms. The location was perfect for what we needed as well. I put 4 stars for the check in process but there was nothing that the concierge or property did wrong really. We had to make our best guess at when we would be arriving and there were some circumstances that had us getting there early, so we ended up needing to wait a bit to check in, but that's okay. My only recommendation is that the host invest in a floor fan to have in the apartment as air flow was not great. We didn't expect world class AC, we were happy that the apartment did have AC to begin with, but a floor fan would have made a huge difference at night with pushing the cool air towards the bed area as it did stay quite warm despite having the AC running. All in all, we would do it all over again if we could!

Stayed 6 nights. Location was great (15-20 minute walk to just about everything - Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, train station), apartment was clean and spacious, check in was easy, property manager was great to work with. Highly recommended!
