Courtside 1 est un 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains appartement tout un niveau sans étapes. Courtside 1 a été rénové avec des comptoirs en granit, 3 tél��visions à écran plat situées dans les chambres et le salon. Vous vous sentirez à l'aise pour vous détendre dans ce condo sur la plage. Courtside numéro un est une unité d'extrémité qui donne plus d'intimité et de lumière. Le condo est à quelques pas de la plage et à quelques pas de la place Coligny. Le maître en suite dispose d'un lit king-size et la chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits doubles. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. Le curseur de patio ouvre sur une belle pelouse et la piscine est à seulement quelques pas.

Enjoyed our stay

The place was nice and seemed clean, but we did see a few roaches at night, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, everythingwas great, and we enjoyed the location and amenities.

Great place, wonderful location and nice amenities

We spent a week there at Courtside number one. It was clean, comfy and cute. The condo had everything we needed by or the week and plenty of space for food and drinks. The location is awesome. A short 7 min walk to the beach and it’s close 10 min walk to Coligny Shopping area and Low Country Park which has a new pirate ship playground for the kids that was built in 2020. Awesome place and will stay again!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: great location, comfortable beds, kitchen supplied adequately for dining in. Cons: needs updating and TLC, sofas were not comfortable but this may be personal choice as we like firmer cushions; master bath tub faucet dripped continuously for our entire stay even though it was reported twice: by phone and again by email.

Great place to stay, private Master suite

Perfect location! Only a few blocks walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping! We would recommend getting a beach cart to carry your things to the beach. The pool wasn’t very crowded so it was nice to have it all to ourselves a few times. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint, there was a family staying above us with small children that liked to “run laps” and “jump” around every morning starting at 5am! We didn’t let that ruin our trip but it was very frustrating when trying to relax and sleep in. Overall we had a great time! We will be back again soon! Loved this condo!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was easily accessible, close to the beach, and clean. Initially, the property manager was responsive via email, but I had to call the emergency line because we never received information about check-in and I had a question about check-out and it wasn't answered via email. The associate on the phone was helpful. Recommendations: Check congruence between what is noted on the refrigerator and in the check-in package (codes, passwords) Put sheets for pull out couch in the linen closet and not under the table in a bag. We didn't find them until we were leaving!

Location was good , walking distance to the beach , shopping and dining. The furniture really needs upgrading- wasn't very comfortable and not the cleanest. The kitchen was set up nicely and very functional. The floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped. The pool on the property is poorly maintained.

Great location and cozy house.

Located close to beach, biking trails, restaurants, kids activities, etc. Big enough for our family. Worth the price I suggest some minor renovations as doors and flooring seem to be worn out and there was rust in the bathroom. Most of the cookware need to be replaced as they seem to have lot of scratches and some knifes have rust.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. We had a couple of issues (light bulbs out, bedroom tv not connecting) which were handled by Seashore very quickly and efficiently! The unit itself was kind of dirty and a bit outdated. The master bathroom bathtub faucet dripped which the repair folks that showed up for the other issues said they knew about it, but the fix required ripping everything out. Unfortunately it was close to the bed, and the dripping would keep us up at night at times.

Beautiful condo

We stayed 6 nights in this condo with our three kids (2 months, 5, 8) it had plenty of space and the kids enjoyed sharing a room! The only downer for us was no ceiling fans

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the unit "old & tired" and in need of upgrading. The unit had a musty smell and required us to open front and rear doors to air out daily. Glassware was minimal (1 large glass, 3 small wine glasses). Dirty coffee cups in the cabinet. We ended up washing all dishes and silverware as we did not trust the cleanliness. Bedroom lighting in front (2 beds) is terrible, pillows hard and uncomfortable.

Unit needs updating

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Multiple issues during our stay, all minor but overall entire unit needs to be updated. Our toaster was broken, sink drain was clogged, shower dripping 24hrs a day, half the lights in the unit were burned out so it was very dark, we only had 1 trash bag for an entire week stay with 7 people in unit, couldn’t get back sliding door open because handle is so old and broken, when we walked around to patio it was filthy with dry rotting chairs no one could sit in anyway, broken toilet paper holders, etc.

Reviewer Comments: There were many things that needed attention.Poor silverware selectionVery limited amount of glasses in the kitchen. 2 large glasses is not sufficient.The Wifi was not too slow. It tested at 3 Mbps which is not sufficient.The TV was way to small for the living room. In todays world a larger TV is a minimal cost.In reference to the TV system since the signal appears to be supplied by the Wifi it was not sufficient to provide a signal to the TV. The bed in the master bedroom is way to hard. We could not us that bed. The comforters on the beds are too long and drag on the floor.The shower head in the front bedroom is broken.
