Accueil est centré dans le cœur de Del Mar, à distance de marche de la plage, restaurants, magasins, hippodrome de Del Mar, et plus encore. Avec une vue sur l'océan à partir de la zone d'habitation principale, terrasse arrière, chambre principale, et cour avant gazonnée, cette maison est idéale pour la vie de détente et de célébrer dans un cadre adapté pour les célibataires et les familles. Tout au long de la maison, vous trouverez des plafonds voûtés ouvertes au-dessus, un mobilier confortable chic qui coule avec un thème de la mer de sable et de créer sa propre ambiance unique. Pour le confort ultime, les ventilateurs de plafond sont suspendus dans chaque chambre complimentant l'air conditionné. Les comptoirs de granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, et lave-linge et sèche-linge numérique pour la facilité d'être à votre propre maison. Le maître à l'étage abrite un roi céleste lit exceptionnellement confortable de taille, de la moquette berbère de la mer de couleur, saturé par placard et un espace de stockage. La salle de bain à l'étage est attaché au maître, il a une belle spacieuse comptoir en granit, sable carrelage avec une douche sur mesure séparés pour ouvrir vos jours et les yeux dans le style et fermer vos jours avec un cadre apaisant pour vous fondre dans le lit. La 2ème chambre blottit un grand lit confortable, digne d'une reine. Moquette mer couleur berbère, avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement et un mur de la vie privée en dehors de la fenêtre, cette chambre est un dormeur doux! La 3ème chambre abrite un lit superposé complet / complet avec un lit gigogne double assis au sommet de la mer taché tapis berbère, accompagné par des placards spacieux. Le f / f / t superposés / gigogne offre beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants, mais grande et assez confortable pour accueillir les grups aussi! La salle de bain en bas partagé est situé entre la chambre 2 et 3, le rendant parfait pour le partage. Il présente un comptoir de granit, sable carrelage scellé avec un combo douche / baignoire. Toutes les chambres et salles de bains sont sûr d'apporter la reconnaissance et le confort à tous les jours de votre séjour, peu importe de quel côté vous sortez du lit!

Great location! So many awesome places to walk to and a beautiful view of the sunset each day! There was plenty of room for our family or 4, and all the beds were really comfortable! The only disappointment was that the patio couch in the pictures had been replaced by a table. We were definitely daydreaming of lounging in the sun on the patio couch, and there was just a table and chairs there, so no room to lounge. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Grace! The location and view-complete with evening sunsets-are definitely the highlight of the house! Apologies for the missing outdoor lounge couch-a delightful place to relax and reflect-it was damaged and had to be laid to rest. The good news is new patio furniture (table chairs and lounge couch has been ordered and awaiting delivery! So keep that daydream alive and forward to sun soaking and lounging on that patio couch when it’s time for another visit to Del Mar!

What a wonderfully serene property this is. The hubub of downtown Del Mar is just a block away for when we wanted to go to shops and restaurants, and less than a block in the other direction was the Pacific. The house is so comfy and cozy and has lovely beachy decor. More than anything, tho, was the great care taken of us by Lauren was a gift. I’d stay here again at this gem of a home with a gem of a host over and over.

We just returned from an unforgettable New Year’s getaway at a beautiful house in Del Mar, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! **Location:** The property is perfectly situated, just a short stroll from the stunning beach and vibrant local shops and restaurants. We loved being able to enjoy morning walks along the coast and having easy access to everything we needed.**Host:** Our host was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and communication was excellent. Perfect beach location

Ideal location for a beach vacation. Very short walk (5 mins) to playground and beach and only a block away from shops and restaurants. Lauren was a great host and quickly responded to any questions or needs. Kitchen is very well stocked and Lauren has provided everything you need for a day at the beach (umbrella, chairs, towels, etc).

Amazing trip

Definitely one of the most well stocked places that we have stayed at. Probably the only thing that you need to bring extra are chairs and an umbrella. The area was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time!

Lovely place in perfect location

We have stayed in Del Mar area several times and this house is perfect for hanging out on a beach weekend. Our 23 year old son and his girlfriend met us here and we hung out at the beach, walked to restaurants, ran along the river...location can't be beat. The house is updated and is private with plenty of privacy between the master and other bedrooms. Will be back!

He has always had a passion for life, a curiosity of everything, and a love for aviation, he actually obtained his first plane before his first car! Excelling in school, he was in graduate school at the age of 15 and a Navy fighter pilot at the age of 18. Currently a commercial airline Captain with involvement in the world of private aviation, he may have more hours in the clouds than on the ground! As our guest we hope you have an extraordinary stay at our home, should you have the opportunity to meet your hospitable host, you can be assured that your trip will be extra memorable!

Our property is located on 13th Street overlooking the ocean, taking in deep breaths of ocean breeze, and perfectly situated in the center of all that our favorite city in the whole wide world has to offer!

The wood shakes on the outside of our custom home to the grassy yard placing you in the midst of the action and tranquility are disarming from the moment you set sights high on the property. Upon entering our home, you will know why we want to share the love of our life with our guests!
