We have been doing short term vacation homes for 40+ years as family with our own properties way before online booking. we just relisted this Property on VRBO on August 23, hence the lack of Reviews we do have over a hundred great ones on another major site with a 4.82 out of 5 ranking if you care to look. This house has been family Run owned and run for close to 35 years as a vacation rental. we have annual guest that come back for over 30 years with there families. it has had multiple upgrades and remodels over the years...We know what guest like and love we know what we'dbe lookingfor in a beach rental and we know how to set them up.... I guarantee you this is the prime beach block in all of SanDiego. this home is 200 ft from the beach. 1 min walk out the front gate. 3 houses back from the sand. no stairs or cliffs to walk down, like all of Solana Beach and most of Delmar. this is part of the 4 premium blocks of perfect beach and access. between 20th and 21st to be exact. We built our dream home, across the street, because we feel so strongly about it. And have 2 other rentals all on this very block between 20th and 21st. Close to the delmar village,restaurants, and less than a minute 200ft to the sand... ThisSingle floor older beach home treated with love with many modern day amenities such as outdoor hot water shower for sandy after beach days, flatscreen 60 inch smart tvs with Roku for streaming. Strong WiFi, remodeled granite bathrooms and marble kitchen counters. Location is exceptional it is prime real estate located directly on main strip of Del Mar beach colony (Coast blvd), directly across street from the beach. Walking distance to all the village rests and shops. Very close to fair and race track. Beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards, umbrellas, beach games, out door hot water shower for off the beach rinsing.

The space
Large enclosed great courtyard for entertainment and after beach BBQ and relaxation. Out door hot and cold shower for sand and salt water, Off street Parking driveway in back of the house for 2 cars. This house has 5 beds, a pack and play, and 1 large couch. And roll out additional bed

Guest access
Entire property, click on the host icon and look at our other properties all next to each other same prime centered heart of beach village.. There are boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, learning surfboards upon request and availability (we have 2 but 2 other rentals on the block) shampoo toiletries, condaments. Custom binder with all instructions and city guide to restaurants and attractions. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit)

Other things to note
Del Mar is a Dog town and we are friendly as well please let us know if u have dogs and how many. And there is a non refundable charge of $125 per a dog with a w dog limit (please ask first if you have more)

Another note is the second bedroom with double bed & twin you have to walk through to get to laundry & master bedroom
