Worse experience ever - Hazardous for kids and adults

There was a huge whole in the ceiling of the bathroom. The bed was not made, bedding was on the floor. Refrigerator didnt work. My daughter tripped on the warped floor in the bathroom from an aparent flood. The cleaner walked in and didnt knock when my daughter was in the bathroom. VRBO could NOT contact the manager. The people from MYSPACE hung up on me stating the cleaner said the apt was cleaned and to take it up with VRBO. This property should not be listed at all without repairs. I took pictures of all of this and posted on Google.

Loud streets and poor service

Location: convenient for walking places, however, its on a busy street. Its very loud - both late at night and early in the morning. The place: It's not a genuine 3 bedroom - it converts to a 3 bedroom with a sliding wall. The A/C broke while we were there. It took 2 days for fans to be provided. (It was never repaired - although, the management claimed to try to locate a technician - which would understandably have been difficult in August) With the windows open, the noise was unbearable and we suffered an invasion of flying insects. When fans were provided, this ameliorated both issues - with white noise to partially cover the outside noise and keep the air moving, which seemed to keep the bugs away. There were no instruction manuals provided for the stove or the microwave - and the management company could not figure out how to work the latter without them, either. One of the doors to the porch would not close properly, and the management either could not or would not fix it even though we granted access multiple times. Kitchen cabinets had been installed improperly and were hanging improperly off their hinges. The pool was small. The place was not particularly clean. The neighbors did not obey the rules regarding noise late at night and the management did not take any effective measures to stop them. We loved Barcelona. However, this was the worst experience we've ever had with VRBO.

Very nice house. Very big terrace, where we could make life. Comfortable beds, large sofa, and giant kitchen. A few minutes from downtown. The check-in process is very comfortable and the staff very friendly. We would repeat without hesitation.

Pleasant stay, definitely recommend

The apartment had a great location, very near the different famous attractions of Barcelona. We loved the rooftop terrace and swimming pool which enabled us to relax in the afternoon. The hosts have been very helpful and nice since the beginning.

Penthouse spacieuse et magnifiquement décorée! Même si nous n'avons pas su profiter de la piscine c'est un réel plus pendant l'été. Le personnel est très acceuillant et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions.

Very nice!

Very clean flat , with modern fit out, very close to Plaça Catalunya. Perfectly quiet at night in the bedrooms, and just the occasional noise from the street audible in the living room Would happily stay there again.

Incredible apartment and service

An incredible apartment, right in the heart of Barcelona. It was a wonderful home for 8 of us for 6 days. My Space Barcelona were amazing and so very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them and this apartment to anyone!
