Everything was amazing! The staff was helpful and nice all the time. The apartment was super clean and nice and tidy as in the pictures! The swimming pool was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

All you need is proper maintenance

The apartment is beautiful and in a great location walk outside and be surrounded by bakeries and restaurants. The draw back is it’s dirty and poorly maintained. The TV remote needed batteries. The bathroom light blew out( no bulbs around) the bannister barely holding on to the wall. The bathroom floor turned the bath mat and my feet black. The 3rd floor terrace was covered in loose and broken tiles. The sliding doors off of every room were wonderful but the locks were all broken. The host never replied to my inquiries about these things. PS the dryer is a rack on the roof not the one indicated by the apartment description

The condition of the bathroom floor and the terrace is unacceptable, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, the broken locks on the sliding doors and the lack of response from the host are not reflective of the service we aim to provide. Thank you for informing us about the dryer situation. We stayed here in August 2019. The check-in process was frustrating. We had to wait until "exactly" 3 pm to be given the key at the property management office, which was a 10-15 minute cab ride from the apartment. We headed to the apartment, which was still being cleaned. By 4:45 pm, the cleaning was wrapping-up. The apartment is a nice size. The washing machine is on the roof. I would love if someone would clean the dishes and kitchen thoroughly, it's pretty greasy. The pool is nice, very weird to access - through the basement and parking garage. The steps inside the apartment are treacherous! They are steep, slippery and sharp. This apartment is in a real neighborhood. It comes with construction noise, loud neighbors at all hours and the smell of "special cigarettes" all day and night. The metro, many restaurants and grocery stores are a short walk. But I would have loved to have had a list of where to start in the apartment.

Tolle Lage, Appartment abgewohnt

Schade, muss alles mal überholt: Bisschen schmuddelig, Küche sehr mager ausgestattet, kein Geschirrtuch, 1 (EIN) Tab für die Spülmaschine, Herd ohne Funktion, Flecken an Boden und Wänden. Tiefgarage nur für Profis, super eng. Aber sehr tolle Lage mitten in Gracia.

Great location in a very quaint and chill part of Barcelona with awesome restaurants, patisseries and bars. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool. Management company was very communicative. Our only wish was if the bed could be more comfortable to sleep on but overall, great stay.

Not ideal for overnight stays

The check-in process is done a 20 minute drive from the apt building. Despite the contract stating onsite check-in being available, this is only after hours. Our neighbors were equally put out at having to pay for cabs to facilitate check-in, with luggage, etc. every other Barcelona stay I’ve had has been meet & greet. Cumbersome for short term rentals. Upon arriving at 3:20pm the cleaners were still in the apt. The apt is showing its age, yellowing stained seats which were white. A broken rear door that wouldn’t lock. A steel stairwell banister which wasn’t sturdy and parts of which were not held in place. Noted these to the agent but as we stayed overnight they didn’t respond.
