Cosy room with a wood burning stove, television and DVD player. Windows to back and front of cottage overlooking the salt marsh and rear garden.

With a double bed and windows to the rear and side of the cottage with views to the salt marsh and very distant sea views.

With a shower cubicle with mains pressure shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:

Off the driveway is a small lawned garden with pretty shrubs and a patio to the rear of the cottage with table and chairs and a barbecue. The sleeper steps can be slippery when wet.
There is a fence to the rear and side of the garden but access to the driveway is not gated.
To the rear of the cottage is an open shingle drive and parking area for two cars.
The road outside the cottage is quiet.
