If you are visiting Edinburgh check this apartment out. Spacious and well equipped, it suited our party of 7 well and we did not feel cramped. Five minutes walk from Haymarket station or 1 stop on one of the many buses that pass the end of the road. Plenty of places to eat in Fountains Park (5 minutes walk away) if you don't want to cook. Supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Apartment block quiet with a private car park if required. Overall a little gem.

Perfect 4 bed flat

We really enjoyed our time in Edinburgh and the apartment at James Sq was fantastic. It’s in a quiet setting, but everything from grocery stores or coffee shops were within a block or so from the apartment. It’s well furnished, comfortable and equipped for any stay. The hosts Frederika & Agnes were very responsive for any and all communication prior to and during our stay. And it was very nice to have someone meet us at check in to familiarize us with the apartment.

Excellent place to stay, 6 minutes from station and trams, so city centre easy to get to.

Beautiful, clean apartment, kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Shops including takeaways nearby. Station and trams nearby. Trains are cheaper than the trams and more frequent taking you to centre of Edinburgh. If pool out of action, beautiful Victorian pool 3 minutes in same road with good sauna, and good showering facilities. Roof terrace a wonderful place to enjoy sundowners!

Excellent place to stay

This home was amazing. We were there for 10 nights with 5 kids and it gave us the space needed to settle. It was cosy, clean, and the host was really kind and easy to contact. The pool was an added bonus for our young son and it was a quick walk into town for the teens. Loved it and would recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
