HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Hampton Place, juste au sud de l'Hôtel Hilton est une offre en bord de mer complexe à un, deux et trois chambres en bord de mer villas. La plupart des plans d'étage offriront une vue magnifique sur l'océan de presque toutes les pièces, y compris la cuisine et de vie des zones. Luxueusement fabriqués, les villas en bord de mer disposent d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, des espaces de vie ouverts et bains de maître avec de grandes baignoires spa et douches en marbre. Le cadre ouvert, parc dispose d'une piscine et d'un pavillon, une zone de bain à remous et un barbecue, une piscine pour enfants pour les plus jeunes visiteurs, un belvédère et d'une terrasse, d'une promenade à la plage, et des pistes cyclables qui relient les nombreux autres équipements de Palmetto Dunes. Les clients de Hampton Place auront également accès à un centre de fitness privé et terrasse.

Ceci est une belle chambre en bord de mer villa - un endroit parfait pour votre prochaine escapade Hilton Head Island! La cuisine récemment rénovée comporte des comptoirs en granit, des appareils mis à jour et de nouvelles armoires. Il y a aussi un bar de petit-déjeuner pour 2. La salle à manger a des chaises pour 4, et le salon a un grand canapé, une chaise, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. Les portes coulissantes en verre de cette pièce conduit à une terrasse avec une grande table pouvant accueillir 4.

We arrived July 6 for one week! We have rented this units for years. I spent time reporting issues with this unit And one of them was the refrigerator building Ice. I’m so surprised you didn’t take the time to make this repair for the guests it would come in the future.

My wife and I had a really good week once we got past the TV issue and frig issue on Sunday. The villa 5301 Hampton Place was great, we would definitely rate this one again. The view was probably the best we have had in several years and not being on the pool side made it really quite. Really appreciate Island Getaway working with on the credit given to us because of the remodeling noise going on above us in 5402 Look froward to planning our trip to HHI in 2020. Have being using Island Getaway for well over twenty years and will continue to do so

June beach trip

Palmetto dunes is always our first choice for a Hilton Head island vacation, and we have stayed at many of the condos along the beachfront over the past 20 years. 5301 Hampton is among the best. We initially thought the oblique view of the beach from the back of the condo unit would be a drawback, but it turned out to be one of our favorite features. The treed landscape was much quieter and more natural than the front views overlooking the pool, and there was no obstruction in looking at and listening to the ocean at night. The patio furniture was more comfortable and functional than found in most units, and we spent almost every night outside before bed. We like a firm mattress, and were not disappointed And slept well. The master shower worked well and had some custom shower heads with good water pressure. There was a weird fitting around what used to be the jacuzzi controls that had some mold.. The second shower was more cramped and a little awkward to keep the water from leaking onto ghe floor , but hey, it’s the second shower in a 1 BR unit, so just having it was a bonus. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but appliances and washer/dryer were all better than expected. Third floor location allowed us to skip the slow elevator except for carting luggage. All in all a superior condo and one of the best we have enjoyed on our annual Hilton Head excursions.

We have stayed at 5301 Hampton a few times and just a few comments (1) I think the owners need to buy some coasters for setting your drinks on while watching TV, they need to purchase more glasses for when you are having mixed drinks and they need to provide more coffee cups (2) the mattress needs to be replaced, it always felt like you were laying toward the floor. Other than these two comments the villa is one we like to rent and the view is absolutely fantastic.

We had a wonderful vacation here! What a beautiful condo! We loved the view and the decor. Thank you so much! We noticed on our last night that there must have been some condensation in one of the a/c vents (the one on family room wall over television) because there were some streaks on wall (they were dry) and a very small area where the paint had bubbled up. We don't recall seeing it upon check in. But, we aren't sure. We did call the office today to report it. We kept the a/c at 74-75 F during the day and at 73F at night. The A/C seemed to work very well. Thank you so much again! We hope to come back soon! Kimberly and Jim Wolpert

We have been to HHI year after year and especially enjoyed our visit this time to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We always try to stay at Hampton Place villas and this is our favorite unit. It is so beautiful and comfortable. There is, however,a serious problem with the refrigerator that I hope will be corrected. I did a kitchen remodel at my home and purchased that same refrigerator. Mine had the same problem the condo one is exhibiting. Ice building up in the bottom of the refrigerator side. It is a defective part that must be replaced. Mine was still under warranty. Hoping yours will be too!

very nice condo overall.Floor was dirty with sand on arrival and had to call management comp to have cleaned which was done promptly.Soap dish in bathroom had some rust and needs to be replaced.Small things but make this a 4 star and not 5.Hampton Place is a very nice building.
