SĂ©jour a 60 "TV Ă  Ă©cran plat avec belle cheminĂ©e en pierre. 8-10 arpents sont ouverts et le reste est bois. La propriĂ©tĂ© est directement sur la riviĂšre Caney Fork et a Ă©galement des miles de sentiers. Beaucoup d'animaux sauvages. Central A / C, foyer au bois. Reine en maĂźtre, lits superposĂ©s en 2e BD Queen / Tall Twin. Salon a un futon. La propriĂ©tĂ© est trĂšs privĂ© et situĂ© sur une impasse. What a wonderful place to truly get away from it all....we enjoyed the place so much, close to the river and no city noises and lights...a great place to relax with family and dogs.

Had a wonderful time! Any issues (only minor) were responded to immediately. Offered to fix ASAP, wasn’t a big concern for us, so we opted to wait until we were gone. Informed housekeeper of some kitchen items that seemed to be “missing” and she was going to take care of that. Very pleased!

Cabin on the water

The property was amazing and exactly what was described. The barn was far enough away from the house that the only time we saw other guests was on the gravel bar. The dogs loved it.

The perfect retreat!

We loved our stay here! It was a perfect, beautiful spot on the river for our weekend of fishing in the area. The dogs loved it too! The hosts were very accommodating when we asked for a late checkout for one last morning of fishing. Very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

The perfect getaway!

My husband and I stayed here with our dog. It was perfect in every way! It is located on the Caney Fork River and was a perfect, relaxing spot.It only took one hour to drive to Nashville. Bill was in touch before we even got there and was very accommodating. Very friendly and all around great guy.We will definitely come back here for another stay.

Awesome Sanctuary

Beautiful property well maintained and bordering the Caney Fork river.Very much appreciate the owner to allow our dogs which thoroughly enjoyed the trip!Enjoyed seeing the turkeys, deer and various birds in the pastures. Nice to be able to walk the property with our pups in a private, secure environment.Managed to catch several striped bass from the edge by the creek when the river was high.Definitely would come back!Thanks for sharing your property with us!Greg & Leslie Nemeth and Sheltie Shanty pack

Quiet & Peaceful Getaway

Located on 185 acres. Very quiet & secluded adjacent to the Caney Fork River. There is a large house close to the property that can hold a rather large group of people. We were there prior to the Thanksgiving holiday & it was very peaceful until the night before Thanksgiving. 5 car loads of people. Smuch

The Good Life

This was the most excellent get away and it was much needed for my wife and me. The ranch provides everything you may need and a very clean stay. Very isolated and peaceful surroundings with nature, wildlife and the stars. The only people that we saw or heard during our stay was a few paddlers and Terry, who helps keep up the farm and very nice guy. The communication with Bill was very easy and responsive to anything we may have needed. We have been floating the Caney for many years and thankful to know that this place exists. We will be back!!!

Beautiful and clean place to relax by the river

Very beautiful property. We had the best time going down to the rock bar to fish and swim in the Caney Fork. We loved building a fire at night, looking at stars, and telling ghost stories. Having a grill and a place to keep our boat was great. One of the cleanest and most well-stocked places I’ve ever stayed in from vrbo. The owner Bill and groundskeeper Terry were very helpful with everything we needed.

Quiet getaway in nature

A beautiful property with lots of privacy located on the river. The accommodations were clean and well stocked with everything you might need and very private. We especially liked being able to park our car in the barn, this made things much easier with our dogs. It was wonderful being able to bring our two dogs too! Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing.

The place is quaint and perfect. We loved the whole farm and we absolutely be back. We loved how quiet the place was and the river behind the place. The only con, wish there were bigger pots in the kitchen.

I have 4 lovely children and a wonderful wife. I am originally from New Orleans however I have lived in Chattanooga TN and call it home. I purchased this farm as a retirement place and my family and i love spending time there. I own a sign company called Professional Sign Service and a lighting company called Certified Lighting.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

20 years ago or so i had a friend bring me on a fishing trip to this part of Tennessee. Over the next several years i visited the area many times and made some new friends. I think this part of the country is absolutly beautiful and the rivers are fantastic. I decided to buy some land on the river and i found this property and love it. I have done lots of work to the property including miles of trails, barn and a very comfortible living space.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Everyone that comes falls in love with my place and i so enjoy sharing it with others. it is very private and the scenery. The Caney Fork river is beautiful at this spot and with the ability to easily get access to it and the large rock bar is a great attraction. The talk along the river through the trees is so special and it has created a cool canopy shade from the sun.
