Quelle belle unitĂ© familiale de trois chambres qui dort 7 dans des lits. Complexe situĂ© sur les plages de sable blanc de l'Ăźle Dauphin. PrĂšs du parcours de golf Isle Dauphine et Ă  distance de marche de Ft Gaines et de la plage d'East End. Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus mais vous devez apporter vos serviettes de plage. Il s'agit d'un barbecue au charbon de bois, aucune marche Ă  monter au premier Ă©tage. Location de vĂ©los, kayaks, planches Ă  pagaie peuvent ĂȘtre louĂ©s sur l'Ăźle. The property was much more dated than the pictures showed. It is not newly renovated as the description stated and had not been cleaned well in quite some time as there were layers of grime and dust everywhere. I contacted the owner and communication was quick, but was just told they’ll look into a different cleaning company. We appreciated the beach play items available for use and left some behind for the collection as well.

We had a great stay. The beach expansion is so much nicer! We stayed years ago when there was very little sand. What a pleasant surprise it was so pretty. Good pool. We would stay again.

Check in was super easy and smooth. Loved the condo unit itself. Very comfy and close to pool and beach. The condo complex is older and needs some maintenance. An outside patio would be nice for sure. The condo itself had everything we needed though and we loved our stay at the east end of the island.

We fully enjoyed our stay!!! if you’re coming to dauphin Island to go out to eat every night and go shopping this is the wrong place for you. If you’re coming to spend time with your family playing in the ocean, it’s perfect.!!! Our condo was great!!! Perfect for the week! A very short walk to the beach and the pool is right on the way to the beach. They did suggest that we grab our groceries before we come onto the island which was great. The Walmart is maybe 30 minutes away and there’s an Aldi across the road.

Perfect property for our stay!

Super clean and comfy little condo for 4 adults and 2 tweens. Location is perfect with easy access to beach and pool. Communication with owner was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again..... and again!

Clean condo on the beach.

Clean with gulf view. Condo complex is on the beach and is on the short walk to water. Easily sleeps 8. 2 baths. Kitcken has plenty of necessities to make a meal. Nice clean pool I would stay here again.

Wonderful

We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. They loved having their own bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked. All appliances eorked great. Plenty of hot water, nice TVs and cable. AC worked great. Beach was very nice.

Overall a great stay

We had a really nice time. It was great being so close to the beach. The unit met all our needs. My only complaint was having to have towels washed, dried, folded, and put away. We had to leave really early so all that had to be done the night before which meant no shower in the morning or way to dry our faces. It was still a great stay but that was a bother.

Fantastic.

We spent 10 days/nights and it was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful weather. Immaculate beach. Loved to ground level accommodations. Easy walk to beach and pool. We fell in love with the island and will definitely make it our vacation destination for years to come.

Just as described. Clean, comfortable, beach was easy walking distance. Neighborhood felt safe. Lots of room indoors to relax. The beach was clean and quiet. Would love to stay again. Only complaint was that we didn’t have a grill.

Perfect for the price

We felt that this was a super economical choice to enjoy the beach with access to a pool. Our condo was spacious for four adults and four children. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, it is completely flat. The walk on the grass got rid of a lot of sand, actually! For those who value a view of the beach, you don’t exactly get that with this property. We didn’t mind. The pool was fine to swim in, but the place does have a run down look to it. There are some funny things with this particular condo that may matter so some: the washer and drier are located in the kitchen. There isn’t really a pantry. There are no outlets or vents in either bathroom. The showers seemed to have some possible water damage. The wifi isn’t good enough for a stream and there isn’t cell service. However, for us, these weren’t deal breakers. The AC worked AMAZINGLY. The water pressure was fantastic. We would love to come again, well worth the price!

Family Vacation

Rhonda is awesome. The condo was great. Great AC and place was nice and short walk to the beach. I loved the small grill too so I could save money by not eating out . My kids loved the bunk beds and wifi for their games.

Sweet Little Getaway Just steps from the Beach!

This Condo is just the right size for a family getaway. It stayed nice and cool the entire visit despite the daily temps in the low to mid 90s. The beach is just over 50 yards from the condo door and the pool is even closer. We were able to cook all our meals onsite using the kitchen and the outdoor grill. We had a super relaxing time. Hard to beat this condo for its location and price.

Spring Break 2024

We had the best time at Dauphin Island spent with family. It is such a quaint little island with spectacular views. The beach renovation is spectacular. We would definitely stay again.
