Ceci est notre unité récemment achetée de 2 lits / 2 salles de bain que nous aimerions partager avec vous, située dans les Dunes du Panama, bùtiment E !!

Spacieux condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain en bord de mer, avec un grand balcon et une vue absolument incroyable !! Tout dans l'unitĂ© vient d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©, y compris: Nouveaux meubles, nouveaux Ă©crans plats, nouveaux matelas, nouveaux ustensiles, nouveaux Ă©quipements de cuisine, nouvelles armoires de cuisine, nouveaux comptoirs en granit, nouvelles salles de bains, nouveaux meubles de patio et bien plus encore ...

Cette / 2 salles de bains appartement 2 chambres est d'environ 1300 pieds carrés, sur la plage, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan! Il peut accueillir 8 personnes (6 adultes + 2 enfants de moins de 10 ans). Il y a un grand lit dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la chambre d'amis, et un canapé-lit queen. Il dispose de 3 téléviseurs à écran plat dans le salon, chambre d'amis, et de maßtriser également la chambre. Le condo vient également avec une laveuse et une sécheuse et des chaises de plage complémentaires, un parasol, et un chariot de plage à utiliser pendant votre séjour!

Ceci est une unité de 2 lits / 2bath qui peuvent dormir au maximum 6 ADULTES + 2 enfants de moins de 10 ans:

Les Dunes de Panama, est idéalement situé à quelques minutes de épiceries (Walmart et Publix), à environ 10 miles de Pier Park, et à seulement quelques minutes de ST Andrews Park. Le complexe dispose de 3 piscines (dont une est chauffée en saison), solarium spacieux, aménagement paysager tropical luxuriant, court de tennis éclairé, dépanneur et sandwicherie situé dans le bùtiment, la zone de grillades en plein air, salle de sport et wi-fi.

The condo was unclean and clearly had not been kept up for a long time. Furniture had been broken and rigged back together. The furnace filter vent was so full of dirt and dust it was showing on the outside wall. It was advertised as recently renovated as if the work had been completed however there was patch drywall that had not been painted. There were stains in the sheets of the master bedroom. Trash under the bed of the spare bedroom. The dinning room furniture and master bed were rickety and falling apart. There were no drain traps in the sinks or tub in the master bathroom. No lightbulbs in several lamps. The handle on the fridge was practically falling off and it kept leaking water from underneith it. The washer and dryer took all day to wash and dry two loads of laundry because it kept shutting off mid way through due to overheating because of lack of ventilation. We addressed the issues with the owner who was quick to respond and offered to send people out to clean and fix things however we declined due to not wanting to spend our vacation waiting for maintenance. These issues were clearly poor cleaning and maintenance for a long time. The property was beautiful and the condo had alot of potential if it was taken better care of. The owner offered to refund cleaning fee but we have not yet received it yet Ive stayed at alot of places through VRBO and have always had a five star experience this was a big disappointment. The locations and view couldn't be better.

Exceeded Expectations!

My family had the best time here! The condo was exactly as pictured and came with a few chairs, toys for the beach, and a beach wagon which super came in handy. The pool was soooo nice and big and it was the kids favorite thing. There is also a little bar/restaurant downstairs with daily drink and food specials. The owners are really njce too. I highly recommend booking this condo and we will definitely be booking again. Our host was extremely nice and accommodating and would recommend renting from her

This is the 4th time I have rented this condo. Great value. Very good upgraded living room furniture. I will rent again. Love Stingrays for drinks downstairs!

Excellent property and location

We enjoyed our time at Dunes and think this is our new favorite property. It's so easy to get to the beach, the elevator waits were minimal and the pool was never overly crowded, even in June. They were doing construction, which happened to be right outside of the bedroom, for most of our stay, which was a bit frustrating as our kids were woken every morning. However, this is obviously temporary. There were a few minor issues with the property: The front door needs replaced, or at least the seal needs fixed. You can see sunlight. The hair dryers were broken in both bathrooms, there are very few outlets that take 3-prong plugs, there were no hot pads in the kitchen, only one small kitchen towel and the guest room shower needs re-done, the drain was very slow. The vents throughout the place were dirty and dusty, they just need a good wipe down. They also seem to allow people to smoke at the pool, which was annoying. Positives: The couch was surprisingly comfy even though it's an indoor/outdoor couch. The balcony was large, and we enjoyed having dinner and lunch at the table. The entire place place is large with plenty of room for our family of 4. The snack shop at the pool was convenient for a quick bite. The beach is in the perfect location, quiet, not busy, and easy to walk to. This is the best side of PCB to be on, traffic is so much better. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

Great view!

The location was a great place for all types of food and activities to enjoy. The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo is a little out dated but it was clean and I DID NOT see any kind of bugs. After reading a previous review about roaches, I was a little hesitant to book, but I’m glad I booked this condo. The condo owner always replied immediately. I would definitely recommend this condo. If you want a more updated condo, then pay more for one elsewhere. Oh yah! I almost forgot to mention that the condo has beach toys, chairs, beach wagon and umbrella to use.

Fabulous Condo

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The condo was nice and affordable. The only thing I would suggest is additional blankets for beds. I personally get cold at night. Beach access was perfect. Parking was good too. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

I had a huge issue while staying at this property. Although the owner did respond immediately and made it right by issuing a full refund, I felt it necessary to leave a review as it was a MAJOR issue and concern. The condo itself is just average. Although it says newly updated
 It’s basic at best. The unit is dated and in need of minor repairs. Missing cabinet pulls, no outdoor seating cushions, the living room furniture is outdoor patio seating/ couch, no overhead fans in any of the rooms and very little lighting. The condo is very large and can accommodate a large group and the location is fabulous. If your looking for an affordable stay and don’t mind the above then go for it. But set your expectations!

Perfect location!

Very nice condos. We have stayed for 12 years at PCB, this by far is the best layout condo and complex. Pools are large and clean and are easy to get to with lots of space, tables, and chairs. A ramp to the beach is always a plus!!!! Missed having a hot tub. I know you can't predict the weather but the ocean (double red flags) closed for 5 days sure is disappointing. I love the Gulf Coast just not the storms!!!

Amazing.

Simply amazing. Manal is always quick with responding! I messaged her about some things that needed to be fixed and was very pleased with her response of her husband coming to inspect and fix them! With that being said, I absolutely love this location. This is our second year with here and the stay has always been super amazing and has made it feel like home. The beach is just across the pool, there’s a heated pool across the parking lot, and the location is a great place where it isn’t just busy busy busy. Already planning a trip for next year!

Wonderful tropical getaway

We really enjoyed our time here. The views were fabulous! Waking to see the ocean from our bed was something we will never forget. We loved the beach and all the shells we found. The “warm” pool, as the kids call it, was a fabulous way to end the day. Friendly and welcoming community! We will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

Panama City vacation

Very nice place and location. Great view from the marge balcony, which also has comfortable furniture. Manal responded quickly with communications, which was greatl appreciated.

Very good place to stay

Location: this property was very easy to find, and it was away from the big crowd drawn to PCB. The complex could have been confusing because the buildings aren’t clearly marked, however the property manager was very clear and descriptive on which building the condo was located making it easy to find. It was close to dining, gas, arcades, gooney golf etc., and groceries. The beach: this is the quiet part of pcb. On Labor Day weekend, our part of the beach was not crowded at all. The walk to the beach was very short and easy, and the beach was beautiful. You may rent chairs for $50/day. There was a wash off station at the pool, bathrooms at the pool, and a restaurant at the condominium. The Condo: it is very spacious with beachfront views. Simply decorated which made it easy to unpack and get cozy. The couch comfortably fit 3 kids (5 and under). Bring your own toiletries. The property felt very clean and it had everything we needed. The description is correct, and we were very happy with our stay. The property owners were very prompt with answering questions, and they were very clear with instructions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
