"Joy Coastal" is a beautiful two-bedroom Gulf-front condo at the Dunes of Panama on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach.

During your stay, you’ll soak up an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether it’s waking up to a view of sparkling turquoise water from your bed or enjoying a special beverage with the last moments of the sunset from the balcony, you’ll be constantly connected to the sea.

The main bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, hotel-quality linens, a walk-in closet, updated en suite bath with a tiled stand-up shower, and a seating area with a view of the Gulf and balcony access. The second bedroom has 2 Twin XL beds with new gel memory foam mattresses, hotel-quality linens, plenty of storage, and connects to an updated bath with a stand-up shower. The condo can sleep six with a queen sleeper sofa (and new gel memory foam mattress) in the living room.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking throughout your stay. In addition to new table service for 8, a Keurig and a traditional 10-cup coffee maker, toaster and blender, you’ll find a full sized refrigerator and a pantry with additional kitchenware.

We have dining room seating for 6 and a comfortable living room that includes a large flat screen 55” Smart TV and two gulf-facing recliners. (Find a better place for a mid-day cat nap - we dare you!)

In addition to hotel-quality bed linens and bath towels, we also provide beach towels for guests to use during their stay. Because trips to the beach are gloriously wet and sandy, we have a top-load washer and dryer in the unit.

The Dunes of Panama is tucked away on the quiet east side of PCB. The five buildings on the property are spread over 1500 ft of sugar-white beach. The result is an ever-present connection with the water that doesn’t feel crowded, three pools that are closer to the sand dunes and beach than the street, and a beautifully landscaped property that you can explore throughout your stay. The setting leads to the feeling that your vacation isn’t mass-produced.

Our condo is located on the 7th floor of the E building, which is the newest building at the Dunes of Panama. We have a pool, snack shop, fitness room, and two dedicated elevators. Because the condos at the Dunes are spread over five buildings, elevator waits during peak season are not nearly the issue they are at other complexes. We have ample parking right next to the building, a convenient, covered, loading area in front of E building, and several luggage carts you can use to bring your items up to the 7th floor.

We are located just a few minutes away from the beautiful St. Andrews State Park. Also close by are several grocery stores (Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart) and local restaurants. (The Finns Barista Bar and Snack Shack across the street is to die for!) The location is convenient and connected to the heart of Panama City Beach.
