The location of the property was great and the condo was decorated very cute! My only complaint was the toilet water in the master bathroom was hot and you could feel the steam everytime you sat down.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated beautifully and was very clean. The second floor location so close to the pool surprised us as I didn't notice it in the listing, but the location not far from the stairs made it very convenient. During the busy season, the elevator wait can be long, so we just walked down the stairs and were right at the entrance to the pool/ beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to Pier Park was great for shopping and dining. We will definitely look for this unit the next time we go to PCB.

Wonderful stay

Very nice room with a convenient location. Owner was very responsive! My only complaint would be with calypso itself. Staff wasn't very friendly and every single day we were there, the pool closed at the exact same time due to "lightening". They were very rude when making you leave the pool. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay and i would stay in this room again!

Property was probably one of the if not the cleanest I’ve been to. Beds are very comfy and we had all the amenities. There was no grill on the property so that was a set back for meal preps but not a total loss. We just enjoyed seafood the whole time lol. Security at the property was a bit much and not what we was accustomed to. But atleast we was safe lol.

Had the BEST time!

We went down to PCB for fall break. The owners were great to work with, the views are amazing and the condo was just perfect for us! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It's the perfect place to stay! We hope to make this an annual trip and will definitely be staying here again!

This condo is updated and clean. We had a great family vacation and the host was very gracious. I would highly recommend this unit. The only complaint I have is the lack of cleanliness of the pool area. There were bugs constantly in the pool and they failed to clean properly each morning. There actually was a handful of us that took turns throughout the day getting the net and cleaning the pool.

Great location...close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful! A great vacation as had by our family of 6!

Wonderful Experience!

I stayed in this unit this past weekend and it was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning having my coffee and looking at the ocean. The location and the condo were both excellent. I will come again next year!

Last minute getaway

We literally booked this 2 days before arrival. Everything went smoothly. Very easy to check in considering you just go straight to the room. The unit was just as expected and described. Plenty of beach toys/supplies which was a plus. The location is amazing...walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend!

Nice condo close to Pier Park

Great place with a great location. Beds are comfortable decorations are ok. Outside patio furniture could have been a little nicer. They need to stagger their check-in process as a post to everyone arriving at 3:30. Halls are extremely narrow. Pass that we really enjoyed our stay and The owner was easy to work with.

OH MY GOODNESS what an awesome property

this condo is amazing. Rick let us stay in this condo the week he bought this. Mitch was so easy to deal with and everyone was so polite, nice and friendly. The condo looks BRAND NEW, they really keep this in perfect condition. the views are awesome. You are high enough up to get a great view, but low enough to be able to see the sand and surf rolling in. We never used the elevator the entire time there, just like having our own beach house. Best unit we have ever stayed at in Calypso...by far! Thanks for an amazing trip.
