Abode Kenmare est une maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains dans la subdivision Old Florida Village. Old Florida Village est prÚs de Gulf Place le long des plages de South Walton sur 30A. Le complexe dispose de 2 piscines communautaires. Premier étage: cuisine, salon, salle à manger et chambre avec un lit de repos / lit gigogne (2 lits jumeaux) salle de bain complÚte. DeuxiÚme étage: Chambre des maßtres avec roi et salle de bain privée. Chambre Queen et une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et salle de bain partagée.

Would highly recommend this house for families! My husband and I, my parents and our 4 children (ages 16-8), stayed here for 6 days had a wonderful time. The living room was spacious enough for all of us to watch tv in the evenings and the bedrooms fit the 8 of us perfectly. It I was so nice being close the beach and 2 pools. We’ll be back again next year for sure!

Great house, pools, not far from the beach.

We had an excellent time staying in the house! It was spacious and clean. Easy check in and good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Good House and Location to Stay At

This house and location is everything you need to visit 30A.Old Florida Village is a quiet,well-kept subdivision with two pools.You are a ten-minute walk,or two minute drive to the beach access. As a bonus,the owner provided a credit to rent bikes,etc.

Beautiful home with nice amentities

The home was very comfortable and clean. The showers appear to be new, the teflon pans and dish ware are like new and the home is well kept. Unfortunately we did not have time to play a free round of golf for one person for each day of our stay but it is a great perk. We travel a lot and spend a lot of time on 30A. The home is in a great location. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Just what we needed

House was clean and well equipped. Only drawback was the grill was so rusty we couldn't use it. Walk to the beach was not difficult at all. Bikes were provided for those who didn't want to walk. Two pools were a very short distance away.

Great stay

The home was very clean, stocked with kitchen supplies, and located within walking distance from the beach. The brief encounters we had with management were very friendly, personable and professional (wish I had got the ladies name). We briefly parked on the street after unloading some beach gear and an unknown neighbor called in to management to complain about the vehicle on the street and one single beach float on the ground beside the van after we unloaded. Although this was a petty complaint by an unknown person, the staff handled it exceptionally well and called me to let me know about this issues so that we could properly handle them. I suppose the van could have been towed and we could have been fined for the beach float on the ground even if it was for a short amount of time. Staff didn’t issue fines or tow, they called me to handle it first. We would absolutely recommend this home, and the staff for anyone’s vacation in the area! Well done!

Old Florida Village townhome

Worked great for 4 adults and 1 6-yr-old. We did drive to the beach, parking was limited, but we managed. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location and property!

The property was really all we could ask for and more! We stayed with our friends and their kids, so a total of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 1-3. There was plenty of space for everyone! Lots of room for the kids to play, big table, nice kitchen, everything is laid out well. The location is spectacular. A very short walk to the beach which we made numerous times, or an easy drive. Get to the access early for a parking spot, because those go fast! The pools are not busy and are very accessible to the house. Nice neighborhood, beautiful weather, great access to shops and restaurants. One tiny note: the property is very "bare" when you get there, so you need to buy or bring your own laundry detergent, dishwasher packets, coffee filters, etc. There were only 2 dish towels. We ended up purchasing a non-stick skillet because most of the frying pans available were extremely scratched. Plenty of bath towels though, and great water pressure!

We stayed at Abode Kenmare and it was a good house in a good location. It’s a short walk to the pool and about a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Nice stay

Great neighborhood and nice clean home. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves and the neighborhood is a great location in Santa Rosa Beach. Just a quick drive to the beach (or a 10 min walk).

Great Spring Break 2022

Beautiful home with all we needed. Easy walk to beach. Easy access to shops and stores by car but not much was close by for biking or walking other than beach. Furniture worn and dated but clean and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Speed bumps in neighborhood made it hard to ride bikes effortlessly but once on 30A it was easy.

Beautiful House in a Perfect Location

This house is beautiful! It is a short walk away from the beach and from some shops and restaurants. It is a quiet neighborhood which made for great walks and bike rides. It was our first time in the area and we walked to the beach many days for beautiful sunsets. We walked to the local ice cream shop (Pecan Jacks - highly recommend as well), a couple of beachy stores and there is a cute beer shop with lots of outdoor seating. The process of checking in and out was easy. The free rounds of golf also kept my husbnad happy! Book this house for your vacation and enjoy!

Lovely area, comfortable house

Great little neighborhood, quiet, cute houses, nice trees. Quick walk to the beach. House was comfortable with lots of room for 4 women to each have their own space. Communication and check-in was easy. Would recommend.

Above my expectations

This property was spotless on arrival! You walk in to a large, clean, beautifully decorated home. Only thing I would also is replace sofa. I've stayed in that neighborhood 5 different homes and this is my favorite!
