Si vous recherchez l'emplacement idéal pour un ski incroyable, cette maison de ville de 4 chambres à coucher est la meilleure propriété possible pour vous! Des arrangements de couchage pour 12 personnes garantissent une escapade amusante et emballée sur les skis. Le bain à remous privé est l'endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et se détendre après une longue journée sur les pistes ou pour faire du shopping en ville. Admirez les skieurs qui sillonnent en regardant les grandes baies vitrées de toute la maison.

Il y a deux espaces de vie principaux dans cette propriété, un au niveau principal et un autre au niveau inférieur. Détendez-vous près du feu en haut pendant que les enfants regardent des films et jouent en bas.

La cuisine récemment rénovée dispose de plans de travail en granit et de comptoirs en granit. Un concept à aire ouverte dans la grande salle offre un grand mobilier confortable, une table à manger pour 6 personnes ainsi que des sièges supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. Un merveilleux espace de rassemblement pour tout le groupe.

Cette propriété est l’un des meilleurs endroits pour le ski in / ski out. Saisissez simplement votre équipement et sortez par la porte arrière! La piste de ski 4 O'Clock est à quelques pas. Descendez-y et suivez les panneaux en direction de l'ascenseur Snowflake. À la fin de la journée, suivez le Run 4 O'Clock jusqu'à votre porte arrière. C'est si simple!

I think reviews of this property were accurate. The location is amazing. The property itself is a bit tired. But it was clean and we prioritized access to the slopes. Even with sub-par conditions, we were able to easily ski to the property.

True ski in and ski out convenience. I've been to many so called ski in ski out properties, but this one really makes it really convenient. Walk out the back door, throw your gear on, strap in, and ride straight down to snowflake lift or even town if you don't want to drive to your aprés ski destination. This property is also snowboard in snowboard out, as Four O Clock run has enough gradient to maintain speed. Four O Clock is the longest run there, it is central to the mountain, and it is right out the back door of this property. Relax in the hot tub and watch the last people coming down the mountain. Would definitely return to this location.

Perfect for family ski trip

We had the best time staying here! The ski in/ski out aspect was incredible. You are steps away from 4’O Clock run which is the main reason we booked this house. It comfortably fit 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The bed sizes and room sizes were really great and we loved hanging out in the basement!

Comfy home, super good for ski on ski off!

The property was clean and looked as advertised in the photos. It is very close to 4 oclock run, making it easy to access snowflake lift. The trail is very easy to ski on the way back to the house also. Kitchen came well stocked, fireplace worked perfect, and the hot tub seemed pretty new. Would definitely stay here again. What a comfortable place with great location to the slopes. We enjoyed the numerous games, the hot tub and the large kitchen for gathering at night to tell ski stories. Everything about the rental was effortless.

Great location

Great ski in/ski out townhouse right on 4 o’clock run. Short walk to free shuttle that takes you to town. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub watching the skiers go by. Beautiful picture windows overlook the slope and mountains. Gave only 4 stars for cleanliness due to some of the linens having stains on them but overall very happy with the home.

Perfect location for kids/beginners -- ski in/out was awesome. Kitchen was well appointed, rooms were comfortable, tub and grill worked great, host communication was great, check in and out was a piece of cake. Would definitely stay again. No, the furniture was not all brand new and no, everything wasn't in pristine condition, but everything worked and it was a comfortable place to be for a week with family.

Great multi family house, excellent location

This house accommodated two families of 4 very comfortably with great separate space for the kids. Very roomy and the location is terrific. We have stayed many places in Breckenridge on our ski trips and this place was an ideal ski-in/ski-out rental. Like most vacation rentals there are imperfections, but on balance this place was tremendous.

Fantastic location! Can board from 4oclock run right to the door or hot tub. Lighting and mattresses in the bedrooms very subpar and need upgrading. Overall I’d definitely stay again.

Property was fantastic! The two living spaces were ideal for our group since we had kids and adults that could have their own areas. Huge TV was perfect for March madness. Ski-in-out doesn't get any easier. Soni and Mackenzie were a huge help with anything that we needed. Would stay again for sure!
