L'unité 11 est une unité de coin de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain au coucher du soleil avec un bain à remous privé dans l'unité! Il y a 3 chambres à l'étage: une avec un lit king, une avec un lit queen et une autre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la cuisine, le salon (avec un canapé-lit), une table à manger pouvant accueillir 10 personnes confortablement et une salle de boue pour garder tout votre équipement aprÚs une longue journée sur les pistes. En bas a une chambre avec un lit double, un salon avec un canapé-lit, TV / DVD et lits superposés, sauna privé et un bain à remous privé! Il s'agit d'un complexe attrayant avec de trÚs bons équipements pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Fantastic Condo, Minor Shortcomings This Year

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this condo for the third year in a row, and while the property itself remains fantastic—with an unbeatable location and all the charm we've come to love—we noticed some shortcomings this time around that made the experience feel a bit underwhelming compared to previous visits.A few basics were missing or insufficient: the provided coffee was outdated and only enough for one pot, there was salt but no pepper in the kitchen, and the bathrooms had tiny bar soaps instead of hand pump dispensers. We had even purchased and left three humidifiers last year to improve the stay, but they were missing their power cords this time. Toilet paper supply also fell short for our week-long visit.At this price point, we expected these essentials to be readily available, and it seems like the management might be cutting corners. That said, we don't want to detract from how great the place is overall—we just recommend future guests plan ahead and bring their own supplies to avoid any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we'll be exploring other options next year.

Little disappointing


Im not one to leave a less than 5 star review but the pool and hot tubs was a priority for this trip since we had a few non-skiers. At check in we received the key card for the facilities but they were closed the entire time of our stay. Check between the couch cushions because house keeping doesn’t vacuum between them and they don’t clean the windows. It was a beautiful view once I cleaned all the finger and face prints off the inside and outside.Fireplace still doesn’t work properly.

Fall Family Break

Would definitely stay at this property again! The location is a quick walk to downtown/main street, unit is spacious, well decorated, bedrooms were comfortable with ample storage, kitchen had everything we needed and more. A great base for all adventures!

Ski getaway!

We had an amazing trip! The condo was beautiful and located just off the lower four o'clock run! Very clean and kitchen wonderfully stocked! The Breck free shuttle was awesome especially getting to the lifts! The walk downhill to Main Street is very convenient! Short walk uphill or you can take the shuttle! Kerrie at Wood Winds was amazing at answering our questions and even allowing us early check in and late checkout due to our flight schedules! We will most definitely be back!

Sunset #11 - Amazing vacation rental!

The townhome is incredibly comfortable, well stocked, immaculately clean, and convenient to both the slopes and downtown. Our group was able to easily walk up to get on the Snowflake lift or ski down 4 O'Clock Run to get on the bus to the Gondola. Loved being able to ski to the back door at the end of the day!

Octoberfest 2023

My family and I booked a unit for Octoberfest 2023. About a week before our trip the property management company reached out to let us know about a booking error that made the unit unavailable. She was able to get us into another one without an issue. We had a great time and we will consider staying here again in the future.

Clean, spacious and convenient

Our stay went well. The location was convenient as we could ski to the unit off of the 4 O'Clock trail. You could walk to the Snowflake lift in a few minutes if you want but we opted to take the bus for a 30 second ride up the street where it drops you off at the base of the Snowflake lift. One issue with the property during our stay was with the living room skylights. Halfway through our stay snow melt started to slowly drip into the living room as well as the picture window. Based on the water damage that was visible on the ceiling it looked to be a known issue and perhaps the property owner was planning on waiting for the skiing season to end before getting it repaired. We notified the property management of the issue and we're informed that they would send someone over to clear the snow from the roof. We're not sure if it happened since the leak persisted. At the end it wasn't a deal breaker for us just a minor nuisance. The unit was spacious, upgraded kitchen was nice and having 3 full baths was nice.

Pictures don’t do justice!!!

The townhome was absolutely beautiful!!! Seeing it in person, we were blown away about how spacious, comfortable, and beautiful the property is. The only concern I had was I reached out to management several times to try and fix the fireplace. The management took all my calls and said they would send someone, but it never happened. Its a minor thing but I was looking forward to seeing it working. I’ll definitely recommend this unit to all my friends. Thank you!

This condo was beautifully furnished with plenty of room for our family. It was also very well stocked with kitchen items needed for cooking/baking. Plenty of towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. Hair dryers on each of the 3 levels. Plenty of storage for skis, boots etc at front and back doors. Having 2 points of entry was great too. We loved this place. It lacked for nothing.

A Great Stay

This unit was perfect for our group of 7! It is newly refurbished and quite modern with everything you would need. It has a perfect location right off the 4 o’clock run, which makes the end of the day much easier on the slopes. It’s about a 5 minute walk from downtown, which made dinner very convenient. The front desk was very respectful, clear, and responsive. A great stay for a great price. Highly recommend!!

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 of us stayed in Sunset 11, about 1/3 ways up 4 o’clock road. It was a short walk up to the snowflake lift in the am while the back porch abutted lower 4 o’clock run, allowing us to click off our skis at the back door. The amenities were very comfortable and recent renovations appeared to add heated bathroom floors, a gas fireplace and new windows. The appliances were new and included a large washer and dryer. The location allowed for a short walk into town. Parking was limited to one spot which was a bit inconvenient and required parking one of our two cars about 2 miles away, paying $5-10 per day for overnight parking. We enjoyed sitting in the large wooden chairs after skiing, soaking up some spring sun. The heated pool and hot tubs are located a short couple hundred yard walk away. A large flat screen tv above the fireplace included a nice array of channels as well as streaming services. The bedrooms included 2 kings, one double/single bunk upstairs and queen downstairs. A pullout couch was downstairs as well, along with a 2-3 person sauna. The bunk was a little tight for two of our larger teenagers which required one to relocate to the pullout couch downstairs which was just fine as a bedroom door separates the pullout and queen bedroom. All in all sunset 11 is a great location and was very comfortable, providing a very enjoyable stay.

Ski trip

Property was awesome! Newly renovated and very clean. Location was amazing! Short distance to lift and ski directly to your back door. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this location!

Still under renovation

We booked this "fully remodeled" property assuming the renovations would be complete. They were not. The living room fire place insert was not functional and the facade was only plywood. Several other renovations seemed to be completed in a rush. Also we had to remove covers from the smoke detectors and clean up loose construction nails off the back deck. I had to send multiple emails to get responses from the management company, but ultimately they did give me a small discount. I would make sure renovations are complete before booking this townhome. Outside of this, the location was great, the finished parts of the condo were comfortable.
