L'unité 11 est une unité de coin de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain au coucher du soleil avec un bain à remous privé dans l'unité! Il y a 3 chambres à l'étage: une avec un lit king, une avec un lit queen et une autre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la cuisine, le salon (avec un canapé-lit), une table à manger pouvant accueillir 10 personnes confortablement et une salle de boue pour garder tout votre équipement aprÚs une longue journée sur les pistes. En bas a une chambre avec un lit double, un salon avec un canapé-lit, TV / DVD et lits superposés, sauna privé et un bain à remous privé! Il s'agit d'un complexe attrayant avec de trÚs bons équipements pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. The rooms were great, and we had plant of room. There were plenty of kitchen amenities that allowed us to cook in a couple of nights. Truly is ski in and a short walk to snowflake lift. Overall a great place to stay and we will be back to rent again next time to Breck.

Sunset #11 - Amazing vacation rental!

The townhome is incredibly comfortable, well stocked, immaculately clean, and convenient to both the slopes and downtown. Our group was able to easily walk up to get on the Snowflake lift or ski down 4 O'Clock Run to get on the bus to the Gondola. Loved being able to ski to the back door at the end of the day!

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this condo for the third year in a row, and while the property itself remains fantastic—with an unbeatable location and all the charm we've come to love—we noticed some shortcomings this time around that made the experience feel a bit underwhelming compared to previous visits.A few basics were missing or insufficient: the provided coffee was outdated and only enough for one pot, there was salt but no pepper in the kitchen, and the bathrooms had tiny bar soaps instead of hand pump dispensers. We had even purchased and left three humidifiers last year to improve the stay, but they were missing their power cords this time. Toilet paper supply also fell short for our week-long visit.At this price point, we expected these essentials to be readily available, and it seems like the management might be cutting corners. That said, we don't want to detract from how great the place is overall—we just recommend future guests plan ahead and bring their own supplies to avoid any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we'll be exploring other options next year.

Ski getaway!

We had an amazing trip! The condo was beautiful and located just off the lower four o'clock run! Very clean and kitchen wonderfully stocked! The Breck free shuttle was awesome especially getting to the lifts! The walk downhill to Main Street is very convenient! Short walk uphill or you can take the shuttle! Kerrie at Wood Winds was amazing at answering our questions and even allowing us early check in and late checkout due to our flight schedules! We will most definitely be back!

My family and I booked a unit for Octoberfest 2023. About a week before our trip the property management company reached out to let us know about a booking error that made the unit unavailable. She was able to get us into another one without an issue. We had a great time and we will consider staying here again in the future.

Im not one to leave a less than 5 star review but the pool and hot tubs was a priority for this trip since we had a few non-skiers. At check in we received the key card for the facilities but they were closed the entire time of our stay. Check between the couch cushions because house keeping doesn’t vacuum between them and they don’t clean the windows. It was a beautiful view once I cleaned all the finger and face prints off the inside and outside.Fireplace still doesn’t work properly.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sunset Lodge #11 as a home base for a ski vacation. Would recommend to anyone taking a family ski vacation to Breckenridge. Positives: Walking distance to snowflake lift and to all downtown Breckenridge. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Great dining area and porch with views of 4 o’clock run. Negatives: Dated interior and furnishings. Uncomfortable twin beds. Cleaning could be improved. Needs a deep clean.

Pictures don’t do justice!!!

The townhome was absolutely beautiful!!! Seeing it in person, we were blown away about how spacious, comfortable, and beautiful the property is. The only concern I had was I reached out to management several times to try and fix the fireplace. The management took all my calls and said they would send someone, but it never happened. Its a minor thing but I was looking forward to seeing it working. I’ll definitely recommend this unit to all my friends. Thank you!

Clean, spacious and convenient

Our stay went well. The location was convenient as we could ski to the unit off of the 4 O'Clock trail. You could walk to the Snowflake lift in a few minutes if you want but we opted to take the bus for a 30 second ride up the street where it drops you off at the base of the Snowflake lift. One issue with the property during our stay was with the living room skylights. Halfway through our stay snow melt started to slowly drip into the living room as well as the picture window. Based on the water damage that was visible on the ceiling it looked to be a known issue and perhaps the property owner was planning on waiting for the skiing season to end before getting it repaired. We notified the property management of the issue and we're informed that they would send someone over to clear the snow from the roof. We're not sure if it happened since the leak persisted. At the end it wasn't a deal breaker for us just a minor nuisance. The unit was spacious, upgraded kitchen was nice and having 3 full baths was nice.

First off, the location is perfect. The ski in/short walk to the lift was amazing. Also, it’s located basically in the middle of town. The house is well stocked and clean and modern. Unfortunately, our group took issue with the beds as they were all very stiff and most of the group had a difficult time sleeping as a result. Additionally, just about an hour of maintenance and the place would have been perfect. The fireplace did not work properly as it would turn on and off once turned on, also the water filter appeared to be over a month over due for a change out.Both pretty minor issues outside of the stiff beds. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be using this property group going forward!
