Essentials

The home is stocked with all of the basic essentials you will need to enjoy the home and your stay! Things such as cleaning products, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, as well as hair dryer, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, clothing storage, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and iron. There is also a washer and dryer available for you to use.



Kitchen

The home has a drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and Nespresso, as well as a hot water kettle. We offer some local brand coffee and tea, but if you prefer a specific brand, we do recommend that you bring some just in case.

The kitchen is ready for all of your cooking and baking needs. You are welcome to use any of the kitchen amenities such as a microwave, toaster, blender, baking sheets, pots & pans, as well as a stove and oven to whip up anything you wish to make. We also offer some basic things such as salt & pepper, but again, if there is anything specific you wish to have, we recommend bringing it along! For those who enjoy grilling, we do have a propane grill with all of the grilling utensils you may need.



Entertainment

The home features a 75” HD Smart TV with Roku capabilities that allow you to log into streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Hulu and Netflix. Other great entertainment amenities that the home has to offer include a dedicated workspace, some books and reading materials, board games, pool table and corn hole. When the weather permits, a fire pit out back. There may be wood left over at the home, but we do recommend that guests bring their own. Almost every gas station in the area sells them by the bundle. Please also enjoy our large patio with outdoor furniture for you to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.



Heating & Cooling

As you explore the home, you will find that each of the rooms has its own climate control options for both heating and cooling. In the summertime, enjoy wall mounted air conditioning with each room having its own controls via remotes. Please make sure to point the remotes directly at the units to get them to change the settings. In the winter, there are thermostats mounted on the walls to allow control of the heat in each of the rooms as well. Pellet stoves on both floors for heat is preferred. This will allow you to control the temperature of where you sleep to provide a more comfortable experience for everyone.
