Cette charmante maison dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains avec un espace pour 14 lits confortablement. Sunshine Inn propose une grande disposition pour une grande famille ou séjour multi-famille. 2 chambres à coucher de la Reine et 2 chambres adaptées parfaitement pour les enfants, il y a un espace pour tout le monde pour appeler leur propre.

Entrez le niveau principal et vous trouverez la chambre avec lits superpos��s, un grand espace pour les enfants avec 1 lit double superposé, 1 pyramide superposés (taille réelle sur le fond, deux sur le dessus) et un autre lit jumeau. Cet espace peut accueillir 7 lits. Ce niveau accueille également la salle de lavage pour une utilisation pendant votre séjour.

Le deuxième niveau est le cœur de la maison offrant la cuisine, salle ���� manger et espace de vie, ainsi que la chambre n ° 2, la chambre de la Reine.

Le troisième niveau propose 2 autres chambres.
Chambre # 3 a un lit Queen avec salle de bains attenante offrant une baignoire jacuzzi et d'une douche.
Chambre # 4 offre un lit gigogne double et un lit de repos gigogne, ensemble, vous avez un total de 4 places de couchage jumeaux dans cette chambre et est un autre grand espace pour les enfants de se retirer.

We loved the outdoor space, and we loved the laid-back nature of the area. The beach is gorgeous, and such an easy walk to get there. There are wagons, beach chairs, toys, etc. in the garage that we enjoyed using.

Amazing Family and Friend Weekend Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Sunshine Inn for the weekend, and it was everything we wanted and more! The house was located in this super cute, family-oriented neighborhood literally a block away from the beach. The area had outdoor activities and security that patrolled at night--which we thought was a nice perk. The house was perfect for my group of 15 because we had lots of space and were able to easily cook/grill in the kitchen and outdoor patio deck. We just wanted a place where we could hang out and relax, so we spent most of our time on the deck and the beach! A lot of the houses nearby were pretty cool too, as each house seemed different (i.e. we noticed some groups enjoyed bonfires on their front yard, each house was named/different color, etc). Everyone had such a great time, and we would definitely stay in the area again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the living areas in this home. Lots of space for everyone. Rest of the layout felt a little awkward, like everyone staying in the upper level had to use bathroom in master suite. Our biggest disappointment was with getting problems addressed. The remote for one of the TVs was missing, and we made several requests to get one and were told it had to be ordered. Amazon would've delivered one the same day! Ceiling fan in middle bedroom was not working, and this room got uncomfortably warm at night and was never fixed. There was a lot of stuff under the couch cushions; vacuuming would be a good idea. Be very careful on front porch. There is no railing on one side, and you can step or fall off the side onto the concrete steps. Please find a way to provide wagons and chairs for guests. Bringing your own takes up a lot of space in the car.

A Wonderful House in the Sunshine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was so much more than we expected. The pictures don't do it justice! The second level (general living space) had more than enough space to accommodate our group of 13 and was surrounded by windows and filled with natural light. The sleeping spaces were comfortable and were separated nicely on each level. Beachwalk is an adorable and inviting community. I can't say enough good things about The Sunshine Inn and the Beachwalk community. Rent it! You won't regret it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sunshine Inn was serviceable, but had some odd characteristics to it. The streaming TV was very limiting and rarely worked, the curtains on all the windows were half the size of the windows, so the sun crept into the room at 6am, the master bedroom had a full bed, not a queen or king. In general, the entire house needs updating, including the patio deck. Outside of those items, the house was in a good location, enjoyed the area and close distance to the lake. We enjoyed the ammenities the community offers. Management company was very responsive when the hot water heater broke (fixed very next day).

Reviewer Comments: Grandparents, 3 adult kids and spouses and 7 kids all just fit perfectly in this nice vacation home. the association pool was very nice and access to the beach was only a short walk. Everything was perfect except for one little issue; the ice and water dispenser on the fridge did not work. alas no ice
