Good Value Beachwalk home with a GREAT LOCATION

We were surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked and loved all of the games. House was clean and the location is perfect in Beachwalk. Easy walk to the beach and to the resort amenities. My only recommendation would be to bring extra pillows because the ones provided were a bit flat and uncomfortable. But that is such a small issue! I would recommend this house to others!!!

Great beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved easy access to beach and that we did not have to drive deep into this area to access our place. Lots and lots of kids driving golf carts and walking around, so you had to be supervigilant when driving. Loved all the kitchen extras:2 coffee pots, crockpot, blender, etc. Accessing the home was challenging as there was only one lock, and it was on the back door and did not work on the front one. It needs to have a keypad. We will always ask about this in the future, as it was a major pain. Place needs some freshening. Back door was so dirty, and furniture upstairs and on porch was worn and dated. There is also a very musty smell in the master bath which should be addressed.

We were able to walk down to the beach easily a few times a day as the house is just a few minutes walk. It’s also just a few minutes walk to the pool, activities and Lake Kai. The house was a very open concept with lots of light. The house was well maintained and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kitchen was packed with gadgets, pots and pans and dishes! The house had plenty of games and puzzles that we enjoyed! Plenty of pillows , linens etc! Loved the amenities of the resort from kayaking and pedal boats to bocci ball, shuffle board and basketball . Remember to bring firewood for the fire pit... we got it at Al’s grocery store. We loved this place! We plan to come back again!

The littles didn't mind walking to either spot so it was easy to grab our stuff and go. The house is beautiful and in good shape. I was a little concerned about the beds in the loft area being right next to the rail but we were vigilant and didn't have any trouble. There was plenty of room to spread out and we never felt like we were on top of each other.

The staff from Beachwalk Rentals were very professional and friendly! The cafe shop & in the premises was darling!

Lovely Stay at Beach Please
